Hi guys, I'm Junior at Pusan National University in South Korea.I usually use PTC CREO 3.0 while working with my major, Mechanical Engineering. But Recently I CANNOT access PTC.Because of this error,License request failed for featureRequesting CREOPMA_Student3 ...C:...._license.dat:(-10) Feature has expired........................It means that I cannot use PTC or any other errors? Thank you already for your favor

I used the code provided in http://apps.ptc.com/schools/references/install_creo3_unistudent_standard.pdf?_ga=1.44004205.991619151.1478220157 and when i click accept i log in my account, and i get an error, i tried contacting tech support but i havent got a reply from them.

HI! I have an issue with the License Identification on Creo... When I entered the product code which I got from the installation instructions, the computer responded me with an "Error" instead of "Success" as it was supposed to do. Do you know how what the problem may be, so that I can proceed with the installation?

I still have trouble connecting a simpleClient from Java SDK to our new ThingWorx instance.Please see the debug info attached.A different precompiled Client (AcademicEdgeConnector by M Cheli ) can connect successfully and push data to the platform form the same client machine (i.d my laptop).

Hi, I'm trying to install Creo 3 Academic but I'm not able to enter the product code. I tried to run as administrator and turning off the firewall but nothing helped. As you can see in the screenshot the field for the Product key is disabled.

Hi allI've just downloaded (for £185ish) the student premium version of Creo 3.0, but it doesn't seem to offer either the NC milling or injection moulding processes that I actually need for uni. I'm curious if it's maybe just an error I've made during installation or if it actually doesn't offer 80% of the functionality that students need?Thanks for any help...Calum

Every time I go to run Creo Parametric 3.0 these windows pop up and selecting any options shuts the program down immediately. Does any one know how to fix this?

Hello everyone, i accidentally deleted the Quality Agent software from my Computer. Now i am not able to use Creo Parametric anymore because of error "0x00000009". Can someone help me out?Thanks and best regards!Stefan Köhler

I am using the arduino weather app project to connect with thingworx. On the serial monitor I can see the values of temperature and humidity been updated. but they are not updated on the thingworx . (I checked by refreshing). i went through posts in the community and got to know about the things to be checked and unchecked in the platform subsystems. I was working on the academic instance. I was unable to check and uncheck. it flashed message saying u are not authorized to do so. then i launched the thingworx foundation server 30 day trial edition. i could easily check and uncheck in platform systems. but for the server name when i checked the url in the address bar it just showed me http://52.198.165.187/Thingworx/Composer/index.html .now as per the tutorial if my link is  https://academic.cloud.thingworx.com/Thingworx/Composer/ then i can use the server name as academic.cloud.thingworx.com   so from the above url i was just confused as to what should be the server name

It's a new season, so trying to add new students to Windchill.  All created their accounts, then I tried adding them to our Windchill project via email search.   Some showed up in the search and some didn't.   I can provide the user names/emails, the team is FRC4931, Edwardsville Technologies.   I remember this happening a year or two ago too, but don't remember the solution.Rande JohnsonFRC4931 mentor

I'm trying to connect my Intel Galileo Gen 2 board to thingworkx. I'm following the tutorial  Weather Application with Intel Galileo | ThingWorx  . In the example, they have used the HTU21D sensor . As it wasn't available where I live, I'm performing the tutorial  using  a BMP180 sensor. I am getting the error message "Invalid server location. Please change the Location field and try again" in Server Manager when trying to connect Creo Parametric to Windchill.  Solutions?

Last Saturday we introduced 32 FTC students and several mentors to Creo. All day our introductory class was taught by Jay Hunt from PTC and mentor of FTC Team 8620. The students went through the curriculum How to Model Almost Anything.   During the same day we held a advanced class that 8 students attended.
