When sending modification sheet 400000000382 to SAP:We receive ESI Failure:The point to note is that we do not have ESI Failure on BOM modifications (Destination Target 1).However, as we are dealing with a purely Customer Service Product, it also carries the Destination Target ARTICLE_SEUL, and the Change Notice also refers to this publication destination.In essence, the desired modifications have been passed in SAP but there remains this ESI Failure. "Duplicate entries for parameter UNITSOFMEASURE".How can the sending be completed without error?

While integrating IBM DNG with OSLC in Windchill Modeler for the first time I mistakenly gave wrong credentials in a pop-up asking for Consumer Key and Consumer Secret (this information we can get from DNG). Due to this I was getting 401-Unauthorised error when proceeding. How can I delete those Consumer Secret and Key stored and start the process again of integration to get the pop-up asking for Consumer Key and Consumer Secret creds? 

Hi,I am using PTC Windchill Modeler, where I have added the OSLC license file to use OSLC to integrate it with IBM DNG. I have followed the steps given in OSLC integration with IBM Rational DOORS Next Generation (ptc.com) but after entering credentials it shows the following error: “The remote server returned an error: (401) unauthorized”.Can anyone help in fixing this or has an idea about it.

I have accidentally revised a large assembly (>100 components). Is there a way to delete the latest revision on all the components at ounce or do I need to do each one individually?

Hello, I would like to ask if the JAVA API provided by winchill system can be used for application in Linux (Ubuntu, Rocky OS) environment. I know that winchill JAVA API is operating successfully in windows OS(RV&S already installed in PC). Any ideas or advice if there is any way to use Integrity (Winchill RV&S) API in Linux environments, even if it is complicated. Thanks.- jw Kwon.

Hello, I am using Requirements connector 4.2 version and PTC RV&S 13.2.I have created a mapping file and by default i have left the server date format blank. When i try to export an reqIF file, i get the following error:  MKS124822: Invalid value provided for "asOf": Not a valid date, valid format is "MMM d, yyyy h:mm:ss a" I did try to set the date and time format as per Canadian standard, as the servers are in canada but i was not successful.  Looking forward to your support.

While working with the document view of RV&S (13.1-CPS 2) our users noticed an undocumented limitation.   It s possible to have one (sub)document inserted several times within one main document.  Something like this.   main doc Heading1 inserted Doc A Heading2 interted Doc B Heading3 inserted Doc A   Apart from the discussion whether this makes sense, it is possible as long as the subdocuments are INSERTED.If you select all subdocument node and toogleInsertInclude, you would expect something like this   main doc Heading1 included Doc A Heading2 included Doc B Heading3 included Doc A   BUT, what you will get is   main doc Heading1 included Doc A Heading2 included Doc B Heading3 inserted Doc A It is not possible to change the section 3.1. to include mode.- no error message - no warning the Action is simply ignored.   I understand the problem for the GUI, as it would lead to identical item IDs shown several times

Has anybody an idea how to import HTML data (laws, norms, standards, ...) to RV&S directly or via Requirements Connector? Example:We need to provide traceability and evidence to EU standards like:EUR-Lex - 32023R1542 - EN - EUR-Lex (europa.eu) Of course there is a workaround via PDFs and the ReqMan-Tool. But importing real HTML data would be much more precise and less effort than the PDF path. ReqMan does not accept HTML either.  

Hi, I have added a new test result field called "Test Execution Date" and added this field to the visible fields of the Test Result type.But when I add this new field to the gateway mapping file where the predefined Verdict and Annotation fields are mapped:<map name="Test Result"><field internal="Verdict" external="Verdict" direction="out" /><field internal="Test Execution Date" external="Test Execution Date" direction="out" /><field internal="Annotation" external="Annotation" direction="out"><default> </default></field></map>I get an error when I try to export a document:Error: MKS124814: Cannot show view information: MKS6411939: Field "Test Execution Date" does not exist. Any idea how I can get this field into my Word export?

We got ReqIFs from Polarion with relations specified.The only thing (e.g. compared to DOORS ReqIFs) which is missing in the ReqIF are "Relation-Groups".WRC 4.2 seems to expect these Groups because there is no option to import the contained relations.Is there a trick how to adjust WRC differently for Polarion ReqIFs, may be additional refactoring for the links/relations?

I am importing a database provided by our program's modeling team to PTC Windchill Modeler 9.3. They have provided a .zip of the database modules using the method of the enabler export tool. When I attempt to import using sqlimport.exe in the cmd prompt with admin privileges, I am getting 2 errors in the log after database creation and import setup has ended. I am open to other suggestions or arguments to attempt resolving this db import issue. Thank you!   Input with arguments as PTC documentation suggests: >sqlimport "C:\location of file\dbfile.zip" "<Machine-Name>\<SQL-Instance>" "<Database-Name>"   The first errors, I believe, shouldn't impede the import because the user accounts don't match the source PTC Windchill system (it was failing in creating logins that don't exist on this system, but still reported, "Migration User/Groups completed." in the log file.   The other issue; however, is an error with executing bcp/runbcp not finding the file

When you register a member in the sandbox or create a subproject, the state is created as Baseline rather than Exp.When establishing the project baseline, it should be set to Baseline, but when registering members or creating subprojects for the first time, the state is set to Baseline, which is why it is difficult.I'd like to set it up as Exp as shown in the picture, so what kind of solution is there for that problem? This picture is the View Project History when I created the Subproject. What I want is a subproject in Exp state when I first create a subproject like that picture. 

Hello All, I have been observing this issue in 13.2 version and not for the other versions.  The size of the display changes when we connect to multiple screen. Ex: in the attachment (UI size) you can see that the size is very small. in the other attachment you can see that the screen is unresponsive and where you point and click is not the same as what you see. When switching from multiple screen to single screen the user interface is not manageable.     

Is there any documentation to configure Digital Traceability between Windchill - ThingWorx - Doors Next Gen?  

Hello All, I am using PTC RV&S 13.2 and sometimes the tool gives me option to delete large sum of data and sometimes not. My use case is after i branch a requirement document, i filter the requirements that i do not want in the new branched document. After applying the appropriate filter, i select all items and see that the delete option is disabled. I am able to delete one requirement at a time. but it is not efficient when there are more than 100 to 500 line items. Under view -> option->editng-> operations mode : i have tried selecting all the 3 modes and still sometimes i get the delete option and sometimes not.
