Hello,   Thingworx provides a way to edit already existing analysis models and their pmml files. We only want to update/replace the old .pmml file with a new one (updated weights). However by doing that, the prediction does not change with the new pmml file. We also tried restarting thingworx and thingworx analysis. We strive to create a generic solution for updating an existing analysis model with a newer version of the pmml model. The input parameters of the used pmml model always stay the same.   For the prediction we are using the following analysis provider: TW.AnalysisServices.AnalyticsServer.AnalyticsServerConnector   What we also tried so far: When creating a new analysis model, thingworx seems to store the uploaded *.pmml models in the following location: /ThingworxStorage/repository/TW.AnalysisServices.ModelRepository/Provider/{ModelName}.pmml   However replacing the model in this folder with a newer version (same inputs; only with updated model weights/pa

Hello everyone!   I would like to set up a label chart as follows:   On my Xaxis I want to put 8 intervals (1 to 8).   I have a "thing" with 8 variables of the integer type and when associating each variable to one of these 8 intervals on the X axis and when that variable changes its value, the corresponding bar changes the value of the variable accordingly.   As I am a beginner I am having difficulties doing this.   Can anyone help me with this?   Regards

Hi guys,   I am trying to send an infotable to another mashup using the collection widget.  I bind data from the selected row of a grid to this collection widget.  I then want send the selected row data as an infotable to my other mashup in the collection widget.  I can't figure out what the javescript needs to look like to be able to do this. For a parameter its quiet straight forward:   {"Parameter":"Parameter}   I tried the following for an infotable format but it does not seem to be working. Hello,   I am very new to ThingWorx, I am trying to graph data that is in an array that is being imported from a plc. I managed to map the float array to ThingWorx as an "Industrial Thing", on the Properties and Alerts page, I can refresh and I can see the values are updating. My array is 20 long. The value area shows the image associated with an info table, and the additional info shows it as a NumerArrayElement.   I want to create a time series chart that trends the values of each of these on one chart vs the timestamp. I have created a value stream for a single float to do this function with already, but I want to streamline this process by using an array of floats.  I am sure that I need to make a value stream of sorts, but I am not sure where to get started.    Thank you.

Hello,   I've been trying to connect some kepware tags using remote bindings in the properties section of the thing I have created. I can see that kepware is connecting, but for some reason when I click on remote bindings it is just blank, no error, just blank. However, when I click on new composer and use the discovery option, the channels and kepware tags appear and I can bind them. What would be the reason for this discrepancy?   Also, after I've used discovery to find the tags and bind them to my Thing, I click refresh and there is no update to the value, they all just stay zero. When I examine the tags using kepware, the values are all correct. What am I missing here?

Hello,   I'm attempting to setup email notifications (i.e. alarms) for one of our furnaces.   The furnace is setup as an OPC server, which is then routed through OPC Aggregator, and we're receiving it in Thingworx Composer.  I setup an alert for one of the bound properties if the property is greater than 1.  I have also setup the email server (and performed a test email using the sendMessage service).  I created the Notification for the alert and the email handler, but I haven't been receiving any emails when the alert should be triggering.  Am I missing something?   Thanks, Joe

Hello,   I'm attempting to create a Value Stream to collect data from one of our OPC servers.  Currently, I have the OPC server setup with PTC's OPC aggregator to connect it to Thingworx, and I'm getting live data.  I, then, wanted to track that data for use in small time-series charts and statistics.  I thought the right way to do that is by using a Value Stream to record changes in the properties.   So far, I have a Thing with the bound properties from the OPC server.  They're set to Logged.  I also have a Value Stream that the Thing is referencing.  The problem comes when I try to execute the QueryPropertyHistory service.  Thingworx spins for a few seconds then returns the following error:   Unable to Invoke Service QueryPropertyHistory on Test_Thing : com.thingworx.common.exceptions.DataAccessException: [2,006] Unknown error occurred. Contact the administrator if this re-occurs.     I'm an admin on Thingworx.  Has any

Hi, I'd like to show timer increment every second on mashup, which is based on the property values 1 ON and 0 OFF. Hi,   I have created a model based on a time series dataset. The problem is that when I try to test it in the Analytics Manager --> Analysis Models I can't complete the input data row values because the page is not showing correctly, see attached image.   If it is not possible to test it from de UI, how can I do it?   Thanks.   Olatz.

Hi, Thingworx version 8.5.1   We have created a Integration connector or HTTP thing and mapped few OOTB oData APIs under API Maps tab in development environment. Data fetched from Windchill as expected.    Issue: When we export this thing to another Thingworx 8.5.1 production/BAT environment then the mappings not getting copied or populated under API Maps tab. Please assist.

Hi,   I have got a xml file using "GetXML''. I want to convert it to an infotable, so am using the "FromXML" snippet.But when i execute it , it says "Must have a datashape defined to add rows." Dear All, I am trying to get update on remote thing property value every 1min. These are my configurations:   Thing with (Thing template that has Remote thing template as basic template), corresponding Value stream(Thing) with value stream as its base template and Persistence Provider as ThingworxPersistenceProvider)   Thing Template with (base template as mentioned above) and Thing shape with required properties (Persistent, logged, Binding- Remotely bound, Cache method- Cached for specific time, cache Interval - 61s, Start Type- Read Edge Value, Push Type- Always pushes, When Disconnected - Fold all the changes into a single last changed value, Timeout - Use system default(30s) and in Advanced settings Data Change Type- always, Value for properties across). I used Manage Bindings to bind my property values accordingly. So inside my Thing (Properties and Alerts) menu when I hit Refresh next to Manage Bindings I see my property values getting updated. Hi everyone!   I'm beginner to thingworx and I'm having very difficult to configure a value display widget.   I was able to bind a data on value display and it is having worked well.   My problem is:   How to configure the color, text, font, alignment that value display?   Below is the picture of my mashup with value display and its configurations:     And below is the picture of my mashup in mode run:     It's possible to realize the wrong alignmente and I already tried to create a "Style Theme" and it don't work.   Can anyone help me with this alignment issue?   Regards Leonardo

Hi, Trying to update time of the property on thingworx using following code ts = 1578034820000    -epoch unix time in miliseconds local data = {}data.value = valoredata.time = tsdata.quality = "Good"me:setProperty(nome, nil, nil, data)   ,but except time it is updating value and quality of the property.   Tried to update after converting ts into different formats, but in vain.
