Hello,   I have a Thingworx studio trial and have been experiencing issues with publishing my experience:   I am unsure how to solve this, or if I even can. This is my default experience service link. I logged in with my credentials when I clicked validate, but it still failed.

Hello,I have a model item that I want to be on top for only a specific part of my sequence. How do I toggle this on and off using java script? Currently I am trying:  $scope.view.wdg['modelItem-1']['always on top'] = true; but this does not seem to be correct. Thank you!

Hi all,               I  am able to see the values or properties when i preview my thingworx studio project, but i am not able to see those values after scanning the Thingmarx.Thank you..

HiI have a functioning project which incorporates a gauge widget which displays live updating data.When I Preview the project, the on screen display shows the gauge correctly and the data changes properly. This is all published up OK, but when I try to view the same in ThingWorx View on an iPad, the gauge only displays the default text.It took me a while (and a lot of trial and error!) to realise that unless the Access drop down menu in the Info Editor is set to Requires Authentication instead of Public, as I had it set, then the live data will not display in View. Is there a particular reason that the live data gauge display requires authentication? Can the Access not be set to Public and still view the streaming data? There are certainly some instances, especially in demonstration, where it would be preferential to NOT have to log in and enter passwords continuously!Many thanks as always,Brian

Hello,I have set up an AR tracker project for one of the Thingmarks and I've been trying to extract the coordinates of the tracker.To this purpose I have set up 3 application parameters (xCoord, yCoord, zCoord) and bound them to the X, Y, Z coordinates of the model that shows up when the Thingmark is found. From my understanding the placement of the Thingmark is at the (0,0,0) position. However, without initialising the application parameters to something in the 'Home.js' file, the values show up as Not a Number ('NaN'). Additionally, the values do not update live during tracking.I understand that this happens because within the editor the model has a fixed position, it is only in the AR environment when I move the Thingmark that it changes. And since the model is following the Thingmark if also resets to (0,0,0. Does anyone have any idea if what I am trying to do is possible?Thanks in advance!

Dear Team,I am newbie to ThingWorX and Creo illustrate. From PTC I got the ThingWorX experience services with 3 thingMarks to create my Augmented reality applications.Currently I am able to Create, preview, Publish the content on to experience server.  Now I would like to create animation sequences in Creo illustrate and import in ThingWorX. So as per the GettingStarted_trail.pdf I tried to access the license for creo.But I couldn't get activated.  I need you support on How to activate Creo illustrate license on my system so that I can work on Creo for animations.Also check the attached file where I got stuck.Please suggest me on how to resolve this issue.Advance Thanks!!!

Hi,I have placed a 3D Gauge in the canvas against a 3D model and also I have a tagged the 3D Gauge to an RPM value steamed from Thingworx Core.When I do a preview or see the experience in my tab, I can see the gauge showing RPM values successfully, but I wanted to know how can I enable to show the gauge name as well.In the end I want it show up as RPM : 245 or something like that. So that it show both the value as well as the Gauge name. I remember seeing a tutorial on this once but not able to locate.Any ideas.Thanks,Avinash

I am aware of the Thingworx experience/foundation server for integrating our IoT solution. Though some time according to the client requirement we want to integrate our experience with their already built solution for IoT platform (in eg. AWS, azure).Is there a way or future possibility that this can be achieved using studio?We develop the experience in studio and live data fetching from external servers( eg our own or AWS).

Hello,I have come across this challenge that sometimes when we load the experience on our Tabs/Phone, it flickers a lot.While the same experience would have loaded properly and does not flicker at all.I am not able to find the root cause for this flickering.Thanks,Avinash

While using a thingworx screen we noticed it only bring back 500 rows of data, where can we change the limit on this? Thanks

If I do a "mechanism" on an assembly on Creo. Can I use the "mechanism" on Thingworx Studio?

When I first installed Thingworx View 8.0.1 on an iPad Pro (A1701) it worked as advertised.   However, I'm now having problems with it not connecting to the camera to scan a Thingmark.   It works fine on other Android and Apple devices.   Has anyone else experienced this problem?

With the latest updated version of Thingworx studio when a new experience is created , the preview does not show anything. Similarly after publish, in Thingworx view when the Thingmark is scanned, the experience name pops up for selection but no experience is shiwn

On a newly provisionned server, my experience is not visible despite succesfull logs from twx studio.

Hi,We are facing an error on ThingWorx View app version 8.0.1 when trying to load an experience. The error we are facing is " There was an error with Experience Service . Check your settings and or contact your Administrator" . However it is working fine in View app version 8.0.0(796) screen shot below. Is this a know issue?

How can we make a button or any other widget such that when it is pressed it plays a particular sequence step only and gets the step descriptions as well
