Hi,I uploaded a video to be played in my experience, when I test it in an Android device it works fine but when an iPad or iPhone is used the video play in full screen.Is it anyway to avoid this to play the video at the size I create it?Thanks and best regardsFelix

Hello everyone,based on Can't use more than one sequence animation in a single experience in ThingWorx studio. I implemented the second solution. When I load the application, there is an empty value set (no animation sequence is selected). I have to choose an animation sequence first. Is it possible to define a default value, e.g. in this case a default sequence which is automatically chosen from the beginning?Thank you!

I just need to test my Thingworx app on various browser but I feel chrome is the only one which is good for performance than other browser,but i am not sure I am completely correct Is there any document regarding the compatibility part of Thingworx

I have created a sequence of steps in Creo Illustrate. When previewing the sequence in Creo Illustrate the steps are displayed correctly (timing of each effect and transform plays as configured) , however, the same sequence in ThingWorx studio appears to be out of sync. Some parts move before others even though they are configured to move together. It appears as if the parts that have additional effects do not transform until the effect has completed, example, the part changes color first and only once the color change is complete then it moves, even though the sequence is configured to move at the same time as the color change.Has anyone else seen this behavior. Any tips on how to solve or avoid this issue?

Hello,when I use Model Item, it is work well. I save it, close the experience and when I open it, everything is moved. If I delete the model item, everything goes back to his place.Any ideas ?

I have a problem when i download the app thingworx studio, after download, show this message: Is not possible to start the app.

I have bind the RPM property of Car1 Thing to a 2D gauge Widget. Now, I want to make the gauge value reset to zero whenever some service is invoked. I am able to reset the value to 0 but immediately it is changing to the bind values of RPM. I want the binding to stop and start through some service invocation. Is it anyway possible?

My Thingworx Composer suddenly stopped working. Before stopping it was showing some error in OPC UA thing I had created earlier. After I refreshed the page it stopped working. Hello,I discovered strange behavior of Hidden Menu option in ThingWorx Studio. It is working properly when we are adding Views directly in Studio, but when I am copying View from one project to another one the Hidden option is simply not working at all.In the appConfig file I found the "mainNavigationMenuStyle": "noMenu" code line, so from my perspective the menu should not appear, but in the preview and on the device it is visible.Any tips there? Maybe the value is stored somewhere else also and I should change it manually?Thanks,Adam

Hi,I opened up Studio this morning to work on some current projects and found that no matter what I have tried, neither ThingMarks nor Models show up on the Studio main Canvas? The Preview is still OK and everything seemed fine at COB last Friday. Have I missed an update or something? Even projects I worked on last week are experiencing (pun intended) the same behavior.Anyone any ideas?Hope all is going well at LiveWorx... Regards,Brian

Hello, my question is: " How can we take an experience, create it totally and then duplicate it, so on the duplicated experience to have the possibility to easy replace models and labels? so it can be made copy-paste and not the same thing every time because it gets a little bit frustrating the fact that we have to make a more mechanic work rather than a much more creative one. And the second question is: "Is it possible for us to create a function in which after we add another view on an experience, the 3d view to be merged into this view too, so we can replace the 2d widgets view only?"   Thanks in advance.
