Hello,Simple question: I don't see where I write the color of object target, the color of the model CAD don't catch inside 3D Model ? where is the function ?

The easing animations that was done in creo doesn't show up in vuforia 

The sequence is running in the studio but without  highlight effect and symbol,how to show the assembling process of a model with animation and symbols which we can see in illustrate but not in Studio.

I understand only surfaces are supported windows device for Vuforia view app. http://support.ptc.com/help/vuforia/studio/en/#page/Studio_Help_Center%2Fcommon%2FViewSupportedReq.html%23   What is reason for limited devices? Does Vuforia view require specific hardware in Surface or just matter of PTC has not tested for other devices? Can we still run on non-recommended hardware?   There is customer requirement for heavy-duty windows tablet. Will PTC increase number of supported devices?

Hello all, total newbie here, who is keen to learn and has downloaded Vuforia Studio! I have a number of questions, starting with this one, that I'm hoping someone can help with. By the way, I'm not an out and out techie! I'm looking to build an app that can help in a maintenance scenario. E.g. helping an cable electrician with basic tags that show how to perform routine maintenance. E.g. access to more comprehensive functions more detailed operating procedures like documents or videos linked to a content management platform like Alfresco or SharePoint.   Can anyone point me in the right direction to be able to link tags in a Vuforia created app that can access content like documents and videos held in a content management system like Alfresco or SharePoint that could be viewed on an iPad or wearable? I have access to both through a HoloLens.   Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have created a sequence which contains 10 steps. I want to create a next step and previous step button so that when a user clicks 'next step' button he moves to the next step, and when he clicks 'previous step' he should move to previous step of the sequence.

Hello,   i want to create a layout, how you see it on the picture.  If i click on the "1. Button" the row with "Test_1" und "Test_2" is then visible. Now when i click on the "2.Button" when have to open the next row.  That i managed already.    Now then i click on the "2.Button" the row with "Test_1" and "Test_2" have to automatically invisible. I am pulling external data into Vuforia Studio from Thingworx. However I want to filter the data being displayed. I attached a photo below of my infotable and my question is: Is it possible to only display data where "shelf_number" is equal to [x] within Vuforia?    Thank you!

Hello,   I have come across this quite a weird problem. Let me explain it below steps:   1. Image 1 > Have a JS to show popup on click > Work well   Same thing when 2 images involved: 1. Image 1 > Click and make Image 2 Visible > Have a JS code to show popup > Does not work now.   This is easily reproducible!!!   Has anyone come across this?   Avinash

Hi All, I would ask if it is possible to hide or show popup when navigating from a different view?   Example : In view 1, popup 1 is shown. However, when navigating from view 2 to view 1 by a button, popup 2 will show and popup 1 will hide.   Thank you

If for example an arrow that points in a certain direction to show the user the way to the next location. Currently i have 2D models of the arrows done from inventor and bring it over to creo to animate it, but lets say i wanted to use a gif of that same arrow animated in after effects, is there a workaround to get gifs to work in creo/Vuforia?

I configured Thingworx platform to use self-signed certificate and updated Experience Service configuration. I can access Vuforia Studio and connected it to Experience Service server. But a bad gateway error is displayed when accessing External Data panel in Vuforia Studio. What's possible reasons?

I'm using the code below to move multiple models. The issue I'm having is they all have different starting locations. So they appear to 'jump' to that Y coordinate, and then move up. I have an experience service server. It can be connected from Vuforia Studio. The experiences can be uploaded to server successfully. I noticed the upload projects on the server folder. The problem is Vuforia Viewer on my Android device scanned the thingmark and reported it can not connect to experience service. Does anyone know what's possible reason?

Hello, everyone, is there a way to switch between the different views in a project without using the navigation menu? Possibly by clicking on a text label.   In my case I want to switch between the views: "Home", "ELT UV 13" and "ZLT UV 12". Has anyone ever implemented something like this before and can tell me how to do it? I would also like to try to use the barcode scanner to switch to a specific view.   It would be nice if you could help me further. Best regards    

Hi! I'm new to Vuforia Studio and i'd like to use it to develop an AR app that can recognize different "stickers" (image targets) that are on different products and show labels about the properties of those products (i.e. a product could have many stickers on it) I couldn't find a way to put multiple image targets with their respective augmentations on a project.Does Vuforia Studio support this? Is there any way I can make this work on one single project?Thanks, Facundo.
