Dear community members, We are facing an critical error when integrating bitbucket with codebeamer. I am getting the following error in the bitbucket. Does someone knows any workaround? I am using Codebeamer 22-10-SP5  

Hello everyone, I want to use the Codebeamer server (2.2.0.1) as an OSLC server, and I have trouble to do so. First I followed this Server Guide and added a new section to the Application Config:"apiThrottling" : {"urlPatterns" : "/api/oslc/**","bandwidthConfigs" : {"capacity" : 100,"timeUnit" : "SECOND"}}, I saved it, and it said "saved and re-applied" or something like that. Seems like it shall be ready.Then I try from my browser (which I login to codebeamer already) the following url:https://my_codebeamer:8080/cb/api/oslc/catalog/projectsAlso tried thishttps://my_codebeamer:8080/api/oslc/catalog/projectsBoth shows connection timed out. Do I need to setup port 8080 for oslc, or is it the default (fixed) port? Did I miss anything here please? Thank you very much in advance.

 Hello,I've encountered an issue with the REST API where the description of a requirement item is returned incorrectly when retrieved via API call. After entering "adler32_z" into the description of an item and saving it, I used the REST API to fetch the item's details with the following GET request: GET /api/v3/items/%item_id%/fields.Expectedly, I hoped to see "adler32_z" as the value of the Description field. However, the response returned "adler32~_z" instead. Here is the response I received: This issue appears to be specific to descriptions containing "adler32", as other descriptions seem to be fetched correctly. Could you please help me understand why this alteration in the text is happening? Is there a specific parsing or encoding rule that might be affecting text containing "adler32"?Thank you for your assistance.

I am trying to connect codebeamer with EA using the LemonTree.Connect, but do not have the option to click on the option to configure the server settings. Attached is an image below, tried troubleshooting, but very limited information. Any tips?

Codebeamer is not connecting with Bitbucket.org. While Bitbucket is returning a 200 response code, the repository is not being created in Codebeamer. Upon checking, I found the following: external.bitbucket.BitBucketCommunicator - Unsuccessful request: Status code: 404 NOT_FOUND Body: {"type": "error", "error": {"message": "You may not have access to this repository, or it no longer exists in this workspace. If you believe this repository exists and you have access, please ensure that you are authenticated."}} I have access to the repository on Bitbucket and have created the same user as in Bitbucket, following all the steps outlined in the documentation.

Is there any way Lock /Unlock tracker using API?

I am trying to integrate with Codebeamer using OSLC as explained in the wiki With OSLC, an application (such as codebeamer) typically provides Delegated Selection Dialogs which can be embedded by an OSLC client. This allows a user to search and select an item in codebeamer from within the client application. Reading the documentation, it does not seem that CodeBeamer supports such dialogs.I also tested by navigating the OSLC Catalog and cannot find any Dialog services. Is this interpretation correct? Is there an alternative approach that I am missing to create OSLC links to Codebeamer? 

I have tried from the help center page but still facing issues. Help me out on this one. 

Is it possible to delete choice field options permanently, when i try to delete it goes to obsolete state and not getting removed.

Hello together,when I create a test run, and click "Run in Excel", codebeamer (v 2.1.0.0 with mysql) creates an Excel file.Inside this Excel file, in the columns ACTION, EXPECTED RESULT, etc. some characters are prefixed with the "~" character. For example my text in codebeamer test step is    set par_CP_voltage = 12V   set par_CP_dutycycle = 50%in the Excel file it will show up as   set par~_CP~_voltage = 12V   set par~_CP~_dutycycle = 50~% This happens for at least the characters: _ ! # %Does anybody know how to avoid this? Thx in advance,Philipp

Hello. We're switching our OPC Explorer application Matrikon to KepserverEx on our S7-1500 Siemens PLC. We're facing a difficulty on Date and Time tags. In Matrikon, we're using a Date and Time tag for power-off time of a machine. When we trying to use as it is on KepserverEX, there is two data types : Date and DT. Date is Read / Write tag but we have to write a value like "2024-10-10-08:23:52" and we can't. We can only write "2024-10-10" to that tag. Other option is DT but DT is read-only tag so we can't use it. And DT data type is the data type we want. It's like 2024-10-10T08:23:52" but we can't write to it. We receiving a error message on SAP MII Workbench : "The item's access rights do not allow the operation. Operation was unsuccessful" My question, is there any way to use DT as read/write ? Or there is any other data type other than string ? You can see the tag in Siemens Tia Portal and it's format and the tag in KepserverEX. Thanks

Hello Team,I need help with MKS Implementer, PTC Inc.The issue I have is with physical and logical files.When I make changes to a file and promote it, the new objects do not have the same object authority as I had given manually.So, every time I make changes to the object, I have to go to all the machines/environments and change the authorities.

Version: Windchill 11.2   Use Case: I have imported from PTC to DOORS a document, which I selected the target path wrong in the IRC 3.4 tool Description: If I try to change the target path in DOORS, IRC doesn't allow me to do it, it doesn't list the document to select another target path. Check the attached files from the IRC tool. How can I change the target path of an already imported PTC document in DOORS?

version  windhicll 10.0 can i get baseline object by LotBaselineHelper.service.getBaseLinableObjects ?    This table is combined using "baselineObjects.table," and I observed how it retrieves the baseline object information.I am trying to use this API to get the objects I need, but I am not sure if it will work.My requirement is to verify that the baseline contains the baseline object. If it does not, I will notify the PD and interrupt the task by throwing a WTException.

Can we do "Export project as Template" using API?

Does anyone know when PTC or MKS changed the way a Build Sandbox populates your local drive with "read-only" files instead of "writable" files or whatever you had the file set to when you checked it in?  Is there an option to set the "read-only" parameter to whatever the file was initially checked in as?  Note: I'm using Integrity 12.2.1 and in the past have used MKS 2005-2009.

Hello,    I am a new user to codebeamer and have not been able to determine how to configure the project settings for changing the rules for what upstream/downstream references are allowed in between trackers.  I will be an admin and creating projects to manage aerospace requirements and projects and this would be a very useful tool/item to go over in the courses that was not discussed in the self-guided trainings.     I could also not find this in the user guide for creating new projects or trackers.  If it is in the user guide, could someone point me to this section?
