Hi,   I have a problem to install MongoDB driver on the server. I would like to use PTC integrity functionality which is checkpoint.post event which will trigger *.js script. Script should create one entry in MongoDB. Everything looks fine but how to install MongoDB driver on the PTC server? I know that integrity is using JavaScript beans but I can't find any information how to install Mongo on it 😞    Best Regrds Krzysztof

Does WIndchill RV&S supports Matlab 2019b?

After installing the MS Project PTC integrity integration, I am unable to see the Add-In in MS project. I tried searching in com add ins and disabled add ins but still I couldn't find it. Any suggestions on this topic would be helpful.

Need a list of ALL Query definitions regardless of authority, I'm administrator of Integrity.I need to list all queries on our production system to see who is creating queries.As we make changes to the work flows or fields I need to ensure I notify those users whose query could be effected by the change.If there not a CLI that will support this function can a third party SQL query tool be used to extract this information?

Dear All,   I am trying to export the Integrity Requirement Document via gateway export wizard in to MS Word.   All the steps done successfully but at the last step i.e. on export option showing an error ""The transformation of item "6286327", field "Text", failed. Cause: com.mks.gateway.tool.exception.GatewayException: File "C:\Users\pisec\AppData\Local\Temp\WordExport_0/[Content_Types].xml" does not exist.""   I tried to, 1. change the export directory 2. delete the temp files 3. checked the mapping files   Please let me know if there is any workaround on this.

When is the next version of Windchill RV&S (after 12.3) releasing?

HI,    I have SAP BAPI and I want to use them in Java Code. Only requirement is to use those BAPI. I have a Linux system. Can someone please guide me how to use sapjco API's , Where should I deploy these jar files in Windchill environment?  I think there is no need of SAP Adaptor configuration.

hello everyone, can any one help me how to download the images in the text fields which are not present as attachemnts in the integrity document i tried im extractattachemnts command but it was not saving any of the images  can any one help me here ? thank you regards ktreddy1997

I understand that we can use the existing "History Computation Fields - Daily or Weekly or Monthly" triggers to store the field values to history. But is there a way to store the values which we compute using custom trigger to the field history ? Example : "Requirements Count" - I can compute this metric using a trigger but is there a way to store this value to history. The use case is to create a trend chart based on the history values. I am trying to use the PTC Plugin with Jenkins. I am trying to do a checkin. I was able to do a checkin using the Freestyle project...but when I try it in a pipline ...I get a API exception ... <Filename>: Invalid remote file   I will provide my line call    sici configPath: '#/NYAB_SE#TOOLS/Jenkins/jobs/CCBII-P/Junk/project.pj', includes: '**/*.txt', itemID: ':none', password: '{AQAAABAAAAAgKzhzVNF4TCb/UOzWS6XMXb9Czlqxk8mpp0UOMTQBFUI6xYcv83bY1+7hIbfxg+RL}', serverConfig: 'fa969335-8e6f-4836-92e8-009378b122a2', userName:'XXXX'   Somewhere I read that it does not support remote slaves...but it worked using the freestyle so I'm not sure how to make it work for the pipeline...can you help?

I've been using an custom Word export file to share information from a document in Integrity. On eof the item exported is a Trace and in thiis case only the ID is available. I would like to add more information from this ID, like its main description field "text". Is there a way to get the content from that trace, using the ID?    Actually, <%{Mitigated By} richcontent="false"%> return the traced item ID.   Thanks

I am using Source Integrity (v11 build 11.1.0.961) and want to see file differences. So I right click on the file in my sandbox and choose "View Differences". Unfortunately this give me the error   MKS125274: Unable to launch the VDiff application using command: vdiff32.exe. Please ensure the application is properly installed in your system path.   This happens not always but very often when PTC has been opend in the background for a longer period without being used. I am admin on this and several other PCs and I have seen this problem on every PC I am using and I have seen other users who have the same problem. When I close PTC and reopen it and then do the diff, it works. Pretty inconvenient, though.  The hints from the documentation are no help, as they all seem to target some access rights problems, which I don't have being local admin. I even got word that people using a third party tool for the file diff, sometimes get the same error code MKS125274. But they say it

How can we create a viewsegment hyperlink for versioned document? It should be supported by the PTC Integrity Modeler to connect to a Cluster SQL-Server DB.
