I am trying to use the PTC Plugin with Jenkins. I am trying to do a checkin. I was able to do a checkin using the Freestyle project...but when I try it in a pipline ...I get a API exception ... <Filename>: Invalid remote file   I will provide my line call    sici configPath: '#/NYAB_SE#TOOLS/Jenkins/jobs/CCBII-P/Junk/project.pj', includes: '**/*.txt', itemID: ':none', password: '{AQAAABAAAAAgKzhzVNF4TCb/UOzWS6XMXb9Czlqxk8mpp0UOMTQBFUI6xYcv83bY1+7hIbfxg+RL}', serverConfig: 'fa969335-8e6f-4836-92e8-009378b122a2', userName:'XXXX'   Somewhere I read that it does not support remote slaves...but it worked using the freestyle so I'm not sure how to make it work for the pipeline...can you help?

I've been using an custom Word export file to share information from a document in Integrity. On eof the item exported is a Trace and in thiis case only the ID is available. I would like to add more information from this ID, like its main description field "text". Is there a way to get the content from that trace, using the ID?    Actually, <%{Mitigated By} richcontent="false"%> return the traced item ID.   Thanks

I am using Source Integrity (v11 build 11.1.0.961) and want to see file differences. So I right click on the file in my sandbox and choose "View Differences". Unfortunately this give me the error   MKS125274: Unable to launch the VDiff application using command: vdiff32.exe. Please ensure the application is properly installed in your system path.   This happens not always but very often when PTC has been opend in the background for a longer period without being used. I am admin on this and several other PCs and I have seen this problem on every PC I am using and I have seen other users who have the same problem. When I close PTC and reopen it and then do the diff, it works. Pretty inconvenient, though.  The hints from the documentation are no help, as they all seem to target some access rights problems, which I don't have being local admin. I even got word that people using a third party tool for the file diff, sometimes get the same error code MKS125274. But they say it

How can we create a viewsegment hyperlink for versioned document? It should be supported by the PTC Integrity Modeler to connect to a Cluster SQL-Server DB. My oslc server is giving response while scheme is https but not when scheme is http. Below is my production.json. For http the request does not even go to server, as i dont see any logs on oslc.log. So, my question is, can I link the revision of two member files together?   E.g.: schematic1 - revision 15 simulation1 - revision 13   I want to add a link/trace to know that revision 13 and 15 belong together Is this possible?

hi all, I have requirement of exporting my document in integrity 11.0 to html report, where I am facing an issue regarding the exporting of images, the images are not exported directly but when logged in through the browser to the web client I am able to view them, is there any way to avoid the authentication process so that the html report can be viewed any time without authentication factor/login process .  

Is there any way in Requirements Connector to set the requirement Category type based on the Object type?  Instead of a one to one relationship between requirement type to document container, DOORS NG uses multiple object types within a container.  So a Header would be a Heading Object type, a Comment would be a Information Object type, etc. PTC Integrity achieves this with a Category field. But once I refactor a multiple object type ReqIF file to something Integrity can read, I don't see a way to set the Category to reflect the above different Object types.   Anyone know of a way?

The Gateway has improved in 10.9 for reimport of Word documents.The first Word configuration from the OOB list called "Requirements Document Import and Re-import with Outline Levels" does exactly what I need, except that it uses the "SampleOutlineLevels.DSD.xslt" parser which creates one requirement for each paragraph.I need the equivalent "condensed" parser that will create only one requirement for anything between headings.As far as I can tell, all the other parsers are basically the same versions that have been around for 10 years and they tend to generate errors of the "field not found" variety. They have all kinds of legacy code that's hard to extricate.Does someone have a version of the SampleOutlineLevels parser that also condenses? Would you be willing to share it?That would save me (all of us, really) a lot of time.Thanks.PS: please note that my use case is to reimport a document, but not one that has been exported from Integrity and therefore does not contain IDs. Hello All,   I have PTC Integrity 10.5 Client and Server. Using IRC 3.0 I have generated ReqIF files for a specific DOORS module. Now i would like to push this ReqIF files into Integrity's Requirement Manager Section. I currently have RIF 2.4 Gateway for import function configured against the 10.5 client. When i give the ReqIF files as input for RIF 2.4 gateway, these files are not recognized!   I assume there is a ReqIF Gateway (similar to the one that RIF has), could you please provide me the path to download this gateway along with few example templates.   Also is Integrity 10.5 compatible with ReqIF files generated via IRC 3.0?   Kind Regards Karthik Komarla

These are two possible use cases I'm contemplating: 1) Synchronize a list of issues maintained in SharePoint with matching issue items in Integrity. 2) When a file is stored in SharePoint, check it into Integrity CM and vice-versa. Has anyone done anything like that? I cannot find any tools, scripts, APIs, etc. that could be a starting point, especially for the latest "SharePoint online" version.

  when report is run on a particular document in integrity the images are not been exported as into the html report. In the browser alternate text of the image is being shown, can any one help me out on this ? But,if we login through the browser into web client the images are displayed but I require them to be exported where I should not have any login procedure to be done. how to extract the images to html report?
