Hey, im trying to setup the SSO integration with our Azure AD, on Azure im able to get the correct answer and to test it correctly. on the Chalk side I get : There was an error while testing your Identity Provider:The 'email' attribute mapping is incorrect. When i look in the Azure AD app, it's the same email as the one im connected. Do you know if their is special things to do to get this working ? thanks,

Can we also overlay a 3D model over the physical component during the vuforia chalk session and then use the overlay for annotations / markup? Can the Vuforia Chalk's recorded session and pictures be updated/ uploaded into Windchill? Are there any SDK/ APIs to access Vuforia Chalk's recording sessions and the pictures ? I Where are the Vuforia Chalk's recorded session and pictures stored? If it's in PTC Cloud, then how can the different team members (field engineers, design engineers, etc) access it.
Hi team, this questions may have come already but I haven't find an answer yet. A big customer is looking to purchase a big batch of licences for chalk, they are concerned about how they can control the new licenses that some individuals in the company could purchase in the future. When buying different licences in different time spams, will there still be a single administrator for a defined company? or there will be one administrator for each license bought? Also will the Administrator account for chalk count as a named user or as a host? Or is there a way that the administrator only have access to control the admin center but is not able to consume the slots for the users or hosts? Hope you could give me some guidance VF
My customer is Vuforia Chalk 5 sessions' Primary Admin and he wants to transfer it to other user. I can't find how to change mine to Business Admin and transfer to other user. Please guide me how to do this.
Take long time to scan environment before annotate.It take time around 1-3 minutes for application to learn the environment.(Sometime it take longer time or cannot use this function)Is it normal condition? During initiate video call, Application always show as “poor signal” even if we change from mobile carrier or WIFI. But other video call application not has this kind of issue. When start session, How many member can join per session?

Hi, Is anyone aware whether it is possible to have live annotations in Vuforia Chalk session when 1 user is on mobile device and other is using a Realwear helmet in the field. We are unable to do this and currently use a "work-around" of still images and annotations for the realwear user. Can anyone help please. Regards. Rishi.
With a newer RealWear Headset -with the latest firmware and chalk App 4.2 receive the Error "Your request did not make it through your Network. Please try again." Initiated app from IPAD also using V4.2 and can view on Desktop chalk webpage. Used the same network connection for realwear, also used seperate network connections using hotspot, and work's on site network to try and trouble shoot. I did use your twillio app to test the network and it passes. Thanks in advance!

Using an Iphone to Desktop App for a demo, Pausing the image on the desktop app, while the Iphone is moving around. I can draw a circle on a area, however, when I press the play button, the AR circle moves, and the Iphone and Desktop AR locations do not line up. has any one else experienced this, and is there reason for it happening?

Chalk for RealWear gives technicians access to remote expertise while keeping their hands free to complete tasks safely and efficiently. Along with giving users a hands-free experience, Chalk for RealWear also offers still-frame annotations for desktop users. Still-frame annotations allow the desktop user to take a still image of the RealWear user's environment, annotate it, and send it back to the RealWear user. Does Chalk support Surface devices? I don't see that the Microsoft App store is supported but could they use the browser on a Surface and have limited capabilities for it?
Will be possible to have longer calls than 60 minutes?
