Hello, Could someone please give me more details about this topic on the road map? I am interested in knowing if it will be possible to set up a user with limited-time access. For eg: Add a user into the admin center for 1 or 2 months. After this timeframe, the user will be automatically deleted. The scope of this is: To offer partners and/or customers support throughout the chalk app for a monthly fee. After the support period is done, the user will be automatically deleted.
Is there a reason for which Vufora Chalk is not running properly with Webex? The end-user is having a speed of 10 Mbps but when he is using a Webex meeting and Vuforia Chalk on the PC the connection on Chalk gets lost and they cannot use both at the same time. It seems as if Webex is using all the bandwidth. If the Webex meeting is closed then the connection for chalk works. This being said could you let me know what would be the reason for this? Hi Currently I am trying to setup our users for the chalk program. I have created 2 users and passwords and can log into my profiles on line, but I cannot log in with the chalk app. Please help
Hi all, hope you could help me with this question; a customer is currently testing the SSO configuration with chalk using a temporary licence that we supplied just for this test. I've been asked by the customer the following: if the customer purchases the licence (host or user) do they have to configure the SSO for each new licence? Does the SSO configuration has to be done for each licence and every time they acquire a new licence? Regards Victor F.
A user within our organization has tried to reactivate her Chalk account several times over the last few weeks. Each attempt has been unsuccessful. Her initial invite expired and subsequent invites have not worked. For now, she has a personal account (and linking that to our organization/enterprise group has not worked). We would like help with this issue. Another user has experienced the same issue following an invite expiration. The accounts use SSO through our organization once created and activated.

When the technician (also host) walk around in the office area after the initial scan of the area the expert received a message that drawing will be possible again when he is back in the help are. When someone joins a session he is asked to scan the environment. How far can we go here? The scenario below: The operator calls an expert and we need to have a look at the server and the router.Can the operator scan the 180° or do they need to do one by one? Can the help area be "reset" within the session? Means when the both participants of the call had a look at the server and then want to check the router, how can they switch? Best Regards Olena

They want Chalk to be able to held a session which can be join by multiple people not just 1 on 1 session. I got the information that this feature was already in the development plan but can you give us the estimate time for when it will be ready ? This will have a lot of benefit to our sales process. I purchased Vuforia chalk "SAS-56303-F" and registered 26 users. When customer try to add more user, it comes error message such as " There is no more seat".
Hi Community, are there any plans to let the Chalk application use the orientation of the phone/tablet? Hi, I am able to make a Chalk call to a contact that has started a session. This is confusing as there is no indication on either side. After a while the person calling will get a message "Callee is unavailable". Some kind of indication would be good saying that callee is in a session or immediately indicating unavailability. Hi, In an ongoing Chalk Session, if one of the participants goes out of power, there is no indication on the opposite side of the call. This is confusing. Some kind of indication that the other part in the call has left would be good. Kind regards, Pontus
I am getting an error upon concluding a Chalk session that the session summary has been disabled by Admin. However, when I go into the account settings in the Admin Console, I can see that the check box for session summaries is enabled. Is there another place this is disabled from? What should I do?
If a customer signs up for a 50 User subscription, and also has a Realwear, will they be able to use the Realwear with the 50 User package, if so ho? can the User package use the Web App now?

I am able to call a user that has been deleted from our company directory. Some kind of message would be useful indicating that the Chalk user is not available anymore. Cheers, Pontus
This issue has been resolved in Chalk 3.5.1 for iOS. After updating to iOS 14 and Chalk 3.5.1, be sure to allow Chalk to connect to devices within your Local network. This allows for peer-to-peer delivery of audio, video, & images within the same network. The current Chalk release for iOS, version 3.4, is known to experience crashes on iOS 14. The crash occurs as soon as the Local user shares their camera view. We are actively working on a fix for this issue and will update this post when it is available.
When I put my email attribute to connect and test. I get an error: "There was an error while testing your identity Provider: The 'email' attribute mapping is incorrect." Sometimes, it brings me to my company login page then this error occurs. Other times it goes directly to this error page. Has anyone else had this issue?
PTC has announced that Chalk will be available for the HMT-1 in July 2020. Who is looking to try this out?
The expert connects with "Chalk for Desktop", creates the code and share that with the frontline worker (with no registered account). Customers says that it will take long time for the frontline worker to join the session and when this is done, the session on the Desktop automatically closes and on the frontline worker's phone appears the message: "waiting for others to join" (or something similar). Any clue? Thanks
Hi, I have recently tested Vuforia Chalk for Desktop (Chrome Version 85.0.4183.83) and Vuforia Chalk on mobile device (iPhone 6s, IOS 13.0) with potential customers and we experienced serious performance issues during the session. The network bandwidth between the desktop and iPhone is good and should not be an issue to support Chalk video session. What we observed is that after 5 minutes into the session, we noticed the session on Chalk for Desktop prompting us warning that the network is "poor", and it automatically switched to low bandwidth mode. Immediately, the session is cut off and we see nothing on the screen (desktop), although the Chalk on mobile device is still sharing the session. The Chalk for Desktop then went into a hang state where we have to kill the session by refreshing the browser (Chrome latest version), and re-initiate another session. The behavior is repeatable after we tried several rounds of initiating new sessions. Even du
