Hi everyone! One of the users of Chalk experienced issue with connectivity over the Vuforia Chalk application and getting message about poor network connectivity. The tests are showing that the network is good in that particular area. I am attaching the document from Twilio Test. Please comment on this issue and how to avoid it.

Doing testing with Chalk, but have not had much success due to bandwidth issues. Call keeps going into low bandwidth mode and dropping video and voice cuts in and out. Here are some notes for the testing we did. Tested on iphone 6 & 7 with iOS 13.5.1 Using just cell service then just WiFi Crosby network spec’s 10 gig backbone 1 gig to desktop .5 gig wireless Tested off site as well as onsite with same issues. Passed the tests included here: Chalk Network Troubleshooting [support.ptc.com] Not sure of next steps as the bandwidth seems to be the issue at this point. Any suggestions on next steps?
Hi, After installing and testing Vuforia Chalk, we simply love it. We would like to implement it in our mobile application, that supports after-sale activities around our products. Does Chalk SDK exist? Or do you provide API? Please assist
When using chalk, say on a production line, how far can one walk away from the a Mark, before it is lost, or not accurate to its original location? has this been tested?

After Configuring SSO Invited User(as Business Administrator) isn't able to reach the AdminPortal. The Error Message is "The Server couldn't complete your request. Please try again later." How would you recomend to resolve this issue? Thank you
The Expert connected over the Desktop Version and shared the code with the Fronline Worker which uses IPhone 7 (IOS min ver.13.3.x, minimum 7 Gb Storage is free on the phone). In Chalk Application in Settings Live Annotation are ON. The internet connection is excellent. Nevertheless the callie got a message about the poor connection. And the calibration didn't start again (see attachment). What could be a reason? Are there known issues based on incompatibility of Chalk Version with IOS Versions? Thank you!
1. My user- 'Filtering' function as like excel pivot table.Current filter seems to try match all fields value with the provided keywords which is not convenient if Admin tries to find out some particular group of users. Could we make the filter works like Excel pivot table filtering so that user can filter based on different fields with different combination, etc.2. Insights - Session activity- For external use, we can only see whether it's external user or not.Can you change them with email address?- When i download the list, the 'Date/Time' column format is changed.Can you make the column format of CSV file to be same to format of screen?

Hi All; Is there a way to expand Vuforia Chalk capabilities to add monitoring features? It is possible to merge Chalk with spatial toolbox? It would be very nice to be on a Chalk call with marks and at the same time have the capability to monitor KPI and even modify logic as spatial toolbox does. Thanks for all.

The users of Chalk experienced connection losses a lot of times during the calls (also with Low Bandwidth mode). Could you please provide the information about the resolution of this issue? PS: Ports are opened, Low bandwidth mode is enabled. Best Regards

Hello, After testing Vuforia Chalk on several devices, we have noticed a huge difference in performance on different Smartphones, despite testing under same conditions and in identical environments. While Vuforia Chalk was running great on iPhone 10, audio and video quality on iPhone 7 was very poor. On the other hand, we tested the software again on iPhone 6 and it was running much better. Could there be a specific reason for this huge difference in performance? Are there any additional software requirements that might impact the quality of calls (like newest iOS updates for example or additional plug-ins)? Best Regards
A request from a customer: It would be very helpful if a user can access to a contact list similar to the mobile app. So the Host is able to call a contact directly instead of using email or sharing the session ID (connect code URL) via 3rd party app like a desktop messenger. I'm currently testing Chalk, and have tried to change the color while doing the different annotations. I would like to do ex. red X on a button that you should NOT push, and then make the one to touch green, but it seems like all my annotations change color, whenever I change color. Is there a setting I have over looked, or can you only use one color pr. user, per session?

Hi, Has anyone used an accessibility device with chalk? I would like to use a separate device such as a slide advancer or remote mouse as the controller for annotating the screen. I have paired a Logitech Spotlight device to an iPhone and enabled the accessibility setting. I can control the placement of the spot and I am looking for what is the action to cause the chalk marks annotation to be placed. Welcome your input!! Thanks Bruce Hecht
It would be great to have the ability to change the line thickness and color as needed for the application. Often, the product itself is detailed and needs finer annotations to clearly indicate areas of interest.
