I am using Creo Parametric Release 4.0 and DatecodeM120I cannot check in. A ghost object is included at the time of check-in, and it cannot be checked in even if it is removed by checking this object.
I am using Creo Parametric Release 4.0 and DatecodeM110I have a blanking plate that has a cosmetic sketch which reads "15 SWP". It is a part, and it is issued, so it cannot be modified. At assembly model level, the part is called up and the cosmetic sketch should read "26 SWP". I am unable to use the extrude function to delete "15", nor am I able to hide the cosmetic sketch at assembly level using layers. Is there a solution?
Hi,I am studying the AFX module "Creo Advanced Framework Extension" and I notice something as strange as it is interesting that I cannot explain. In the model of the library "\parts\profiles\steel_beams_mm\c_beam.prt" there are parameters associated with dimensions, see B_STR, H_STR, T_STR, C_STR, they have zero suppression and are approximated to two decimal places. The question is: I would have expected to find relationships that would define its values and instead, there are none! So how is this possible? Where have they been defined?I tried to see if they were defined inside Pro\Program, but nothing ...To achieve my goal, for similar shapes, for now I have duplicated this model and reused these dimensions, but I would really like to understand how this thing is possible to apply it to new shapes.Thank you.P.S. I'm using Creo 9.0.0.0
Hi, I am trying to connect two cylindrical shapes with a pin connection so one rotates around the other. I added the Axis alignment and the translation surfaces but Creo still says the connecition is incomplete. I am also not able the flip the connection. Can anyone tell me what is going on and how to fix this? Kind regards, Nine
Hi, I am using Creo Parametric 8.0 and I intend to model and analyze some nano-level structures. But the smallest circle/rectangle that I can draw is around 100nm. Can someone please let me know what is the smallest possible dimension size in Creo Parametric? If nanometer level drawings are possible, how should I model that? Thanks,Jay
MBD action To create a bolt hole circle on a detailed drawing you need radial_pattern_axis_circle option set to yes. What's the option to do this on the ASME 14.41-2012 Annotations version. I want to show my bolt hole circle in 3d annotations. Ideas? Maybe I'm missing something. I've stepped up my game to deliver MBD and GD&T this past 10 years. Is anyone willing to have a zoom conversation about the topic? With respect to detailed drawings I wake up thinking "why does PTC insist on making this a config.pro option as opposed to simply adding the option to the UI" It can be a pain in the but teaching Creo to SW users. they wonder the same thing and I'm like 'uhaaa yea' PTC. with the exception of 20 or so items it's way better than the consistency in SW. Can I say that if I point out inconsistency to SW users in their own SW UI they get angry. &n
Greetings Community, I've been asked to install CREO Parametric 7.0 - Student Edition for my university course. I have created a student account, disabled firewalls, disabled antivirus, downloaded the compressed program file through webpage link, run the setup wizard as "Administrator", and imputed the Simple License Entry product code "BK700908EDSTUDENTEDUNI" as instructed in the Quick Installation Guide. When I start up the program, it says something along the lines of Invalid License followed by other pop-ups, and it eventually closes. I scoured the internet and videos and none of the methods I have found worked. My university Professor is unable to provide assistance, but is aware of this issue every semester with other students. Can anyone please provide provide me with a walk-through for proper installation of this program? My machine is a Dell i7 with Windows 11. Also, I was emailed a ".dat" document called "sw_license_email_62278.dat" - am I supposed
Has any noticed that you now have to have a work piece in order to turn on the Mill Volume and Mill Window options? This was never an issue with prior versions of Creo up to 7.0.9.0 All that was required in the past was to have a reference model. Where is the logic in forcing a work piece to be defined just to machine a surface or text on a surface. I could not find any config, pro options to reset this back. Creo 8 and 9 Creo 7
I have finished a half-sine 30g impact shock analysis, however, I can't plot any results even I have defined some "measures". What could be wrong?! What could be wrong in setup?Thanks.P.S.(BTW, I also ran the same half-sine 30g impact shock analysis using SolidWorks Simulation concurrently, which produced stress results that I wanted within 1 minute using a laptop Precision 7550_2.5GHz-32GB, in contrast, CREO took 12 minutes using a desktop Precision 5820_3GHz-128GB).

I am using Creo Parametric Release 3.0 and DatecodeF000License is available in the server , but it is showing the licenses are reached out. The users cannot get his access.
For those of you who have large car type assemblies, what absolute accuracy value are you using in your start part?
In the result window of Creo Simulate; the default unit is Pa. How can I set up the default unit to Mpa? Then, I don't have to modify the unit during the simulation or review. Is there a config option for unit modification?
I design allmost all parts with default constraints. When moving them to a new subassembly, their contraints are converted to fixed in the new subassembly. Is it possible to not have this but leave them contrained default?
Good day, how i can insert accuracy in to parameter? I need show accuracy part in 3D note (flat to screen).Thank you.
I am using Creo Parametric Release 7.0 and Datecode7.0.2.0We have our company drawing format where we want to lock/freeze the format [.frm file] just to prevent editing during the drawing preparation. Here are the errors that I facedUnable to find any such option to do so
I am using Creo Parametric Release 4.0 and DatecodeM050We need to renew the following expiring licenses:NC-PRODUCTION_SETTool_Design_SETThese are expiring in 7 days.Thank you!

Hello friends, What is the function used to change the surface color using toolkit?
I am using Creo Parametric Release 5.0 and Datecode5.0.0.0I recent have a new laptop Dell Precision 7560 (graphic hardware NVIDIA T1200 Laptop GPU). experiencing Creo crashing during save or regeneration models about two weeks ago. The crashing be progressing day of day. At the beginning the crashing happened on different model from time to time. Since Oct 17th it started consistent crashing when tried to open the main assembly model. My Old laptop is Dell Precision 7510 (graphic hardware NVIDIA Quadro M1000M). I tested the same models on the old laptop. It's opened and running very well in Creo on my old laptop. So that means not the model with corrupted or other issue cause the crashing, But something else.
I am using Creo Simulate Live on an assembly. I am trying to simulate bolted joints between the parts. I think Creo is treating the joint as bonded because the stresses on the mating faces are constant, and I do not see any stess at the bolt holes. How do I model a bolted joint? I am using pinned connection between the mating parts. I do not see an option in simulate live that tells me what kind of joint is assumed, and I do not see any option to change joint definition.
Dear expert facing the issue of trajectory 5 axis milling in normal to surface option the path is discontinuing. at normal to surface option .please check jpeg regards Asif fisa
Hello when I created a repetition by reference in assembly, sometime i don't want to repeat the 1st. Is there a way to disable the 1st one ?
Hello, I have questions. Can I change the color of one dimension in a drawing on a plot? I am modifying the part and I would like to show the changed dimension, e.g. in red. I use a Cre parametric 2.0 _________________________________________________________ Translated From Polish by Iuliana Lazar with Google Translate on 26 oct. 2022 Witam mam pytania. Czy można zmienić kolor na jednym wymiarze na rysunku na wydruku? Dokonuję modyfikacji części i chciałbym pokazać zmieniony wymiar np. w czerwonym. I use a Cre parametric 2.0
I am using Creo Parametric Release 4.0 and DatecodeM150When trying to create WTPart from Creo using Auto-associate function, it ignores the mandatory attributes of WTPart
