Hi, I am using the custom FileUpload widget and its having upload event property binding. Widget version is FileUpload_SEE_v0.113.zip. This widget is shared from community. widget is working in Thingworx 8.2.5. I am using same widget in Thingworx 8.4.5 and Thingworx 8.5.1, widget is not showing correctly.  Any one knows how to resolve custom widget issues in latest thingworx version?. Same I have observed in D3pieChart widget. This widget is not working in Thingworx 8.5.1. Thank you Regards, Latha

Hi There are various use cases in the current industry so I need some assistance regarding the thingworx architecture approach. Use cases such as 1. Connecting to devices 2. Connecting to PLM systems 3. Connecting to sensors 4. Connecting to industrial devices which requires Edge connectivity.   Please share some architecture if anybody has already. Thanks in advance.

Hi   How can I render mashup in the custom widget ?  something like the Collection widget .  But I couldn't find the client API to render a mashup by it's name .  Anyone knows it ?    Regards, Sean

I have connected KEPServerEX to ThingWorx Successfully. I want to add a property in TestRemoteThingConnection which connected with KEPServerEX. The property need to bound to an item named TempertatureTest in KEPServerEX. I don't kow how to do it.

Hi, here is the usecase: I have transferred a "log file" from remote edge to thingworx. Now, I want to allow the user to view that log file in a thingworx mashup. How can I apply internationalization or localization in this process with respect to Thingworx?   Kindly provide a solution or any reference to existing libraries.

Hi, Here is the usecase:   I have to transfer a zip file from thingworx repository to remote edge and vice versa, for data exchange (using SDK). Typical payload size is nearly 2 GB and the frequency is once in day or on-demand.   What is the maximum file size that will be supported by Thingworx, without any data loss. What is the suggested internet bandwidth?

Hello! I'm having some difficulties with the collection widget and hoping someone can help me understand this error. So, I have an Infotable with 4 parameters which 3 are text (string) and 1 is an image. The 3 strings appear with no problem in my Mashup but the Image does not. I tried to add it on my infotabel directly, through a service and even changed the parameter type from image, imagelink, and string (with the path to the image), nothing has worked so far... any advice? Thank you in advance!

Hi, I stumbled on a widget refresh issue while the data is loading in background. In particular scenario, InfoTable is created with initial API call and  the rows are further updated with async API calls over the course of time. This scenario is chosen due to the amount of data that needs to be collected and the user will not be able to do/see anything until all data is collected (UI experience). While the initial data is correctly presented in Tree Grid Advanced widget, there is a problem of presenting data as it becomes available. Even if the properties "CookiePersitence" and "PreserveRowExpansion" are set to "true", together with "AutoScroll" property set to "true" (I also tried with the "false" here), there is a "glitch" when the data is reloaded. Without "AutoScroll", if one is deep within the tree exploration and "zero" node is not in the view, widget will "jump" to start and present the tree from "zero" node and below (with tree expanded). Hello,   I currently try to upload an image to SAP via Odata as Attachment. Everything is fine, but i have one issue. The SAP Endpoint expect a Content-Type : (f.e) image/png... But the service send everytime application/json.   I've allready changed the getCustomHeaderParameters... still not working. Any Idea how i can change the content type?    

Hi everyone,   I have 100+ images on a Thingworx repository that I would like to load and show them on UI (Mashup). Each image file has between 100KB/200 KB, so when I run a service to load all of them will be something like (100+ Images)* (100/200KB) to download, which takes a lot o time to load.   For this reason, I've decided to reduce the image resolution on Thingworx, so that it could reduce the file's sizes and increase the loading speed to UI. To do so I've imported the Imaging Tools Extension :  https://marketplace.ptc.com/apps/193452/imaging-tools#!overview But, when using this extension, it would certainly reduce the images resolution but when these new files (with reduced resolution) were saved, all of them had around 1MB+ ...   - Is there a way to reduce image file size on Thingworx ?  - If not, what would be the best way to create thumbnails for each image, load them (assuming that it will be faster than loading the full image), and then 

Dear Thingworx community,I am facing behavior I cannot explain and I am looking for some expertise. I have two scenarios/questions, loosely related. 1. I have a very simple mashup, just showing a counter from a thing. The GetProperties Service is called once when the mashup is loaded. I set the "Automatically update values when able" checkmark to true. I let it run until my session gets closed automatically by the system because I hit idle session timeout. I would expect the counter to stop but it doesn't, the websocket seems to remain open and I continuously retrieve the counter information. I am very certain that my session is closed because a) I get the login window on other tabs and b) I also get the login window when refreshing my mashup (F5). Why is that? 2. I noticed the Autorefresh widget keeps the session alive. So in one plant we have one particular mashup (not my counter test from 1.) permanently open.
