Hi,   I would like to create new users other than administrator, so it is possible that each user can work on different projects.   I have created new user and logged using <host name>/Thingworx/FormLogin/<Organization> But after logging in the user is not able to create anything.   Thank You, Naeem

Hi, Is it possible to update kepware store and forward data to a stream? In my usecase, all live data are logged into streams every 1 minute. When Thingworx and Kepware connection is broken and reestablished after a few hours, I need to update the streams with the lost data so that I can avoid data loss. Kepware store and forward works good for value streams. How could I get the lost data back in case of disconnection. With regards Yedukrishnan U

Hi, Is it possible to store kepware data in a database? I want to retrieve data from DB with SQL commands.    When connectivity with Thingworx and kepware are interrupted, I need to store data from kepware to database and retrieve the data to Thingworx when connection is reestablished.  Store and forward functionality in Kepware can automatically send data to Thingworx when connection is reestablished but it don't have any control as we need to calculate the KPIs based on the retrieved data and sync with the existing data.   With regards Yedukrishnan U

Hi ,  I set  default value to false for a Boolean type parameter of Expression.  By doing so , I expect never should have undefined received, however ,  I still get undefined value for the initialization.  please check the screenshot below.        Regards, Sean  

Hi,   I'm trying to import the ThingWorx Analytical extension tool but I'm having some issues. The download comes with a PDF to aid with installation which I have been following. As Attached file below, I want to put DummyDataDatatable's data into DummyDataDuplicate. And Datashape is same. there are three types of widget: dropdown, textbox and numeric entry. Now my process is: 1. I link dropdown list's value into textbox in DummyDataDatatable.  2. I drag textbox's data into DummyDataDuplicateDatatable's column SKU and ID also. but after that, there is nothing in the DummyDataDuplicateDatatable.    Can Someone help me to figure it out?    Regards,  Tracy

Hi Everyone,    We have two different kepware on separate place which is pointing to same PLC. In that one of the kepware having both Manufacturing Suite and Data logger license but second kepware having only one data logger license. Now for both of them We have implemented data logger concept and according to tag value change we are logging data into SQL database. It is working fine for first kepware but incase of second it start giving tag quality as bad after 2 hour and we need to restart runtime service of that kepware. and because of bad quality tag data logger is not working as expected even though it has data logger license.   So, Is there any way to without restarting runtime services we will get actual tag value and on change of that value we can log updated tag value on Database ?   Also, it is possible to connect second datalogger to first kepware(because first kepware having both license) so it will work fine ?   Could you please help me on this. &n

Hey guys We have a widget for TW 7.4 called BMCodeHost that I have been trying to get working on V8.4 without success. Is there someone here that has managed to get it working ? Hi there,   I am using the host free for 30 days.   I have created one dashboard and one user.   I was able to open this dashboard in other devide (tablet). To do it I copied the runtime's link and shared with my tablet.   When I opened the link was requested access credentials and the first time I missed the login and I was able to observe that no message was showed saying for example: "user or password incorrect".   Is there any way to change the login screen?     Regards, Leonardo.

Currently I am working on Edge Microserver. For this I am following guide https://developer.thingworx.com/en/resources/guides/use-edge-microserver-ems-connect-thingworx This guide talks about the Edge Microserver installation on Windows machine. This guide uses the precompiled binaries for windows provided by following link  https://tpgtwxdevzone.s3.amazonaws.com/files/media/Software%20Content%20Management%20SCM%20stuff/MED-61060-CD-054_F000_Microserver-Windows-x86-32-openssl-5-4-0-114.zip But I am not able to find any link of recompiled binaries for linux system. Please let me know if anyone has the link for downloading the ems binaries for linux/ubuntu.    

Hi,I am having an issue related to license. It is creating licenseRequestFile.txt file and ignored_license_capability_response.bin, I have tried to download the license using device id and put it in the folder ThingworxPlatform naming the license file license_capability_response.bin, Then after running the service AcquireLicense, tomcat server stops and license_capability_response is changed to ignored_license_capability_response. I trie to re-run the same workflow but with different inputs parameters while the one is not finished yet I use a simple workflow , using webhook as input . The flow use only log and delay boxs. I use postman to start the flow . The first flow is started . When i send again a new post before the first flow is not finished . The flow is never re-executed

Hello, I am trying to determine if Asset Advisor and Production Advisor meets my requirements.  I want to be able to change the default status of my asset if something happened on the plant and also add a comment to an asset to log any anomalies or things that occur on the plant.  Is it possible to customize Asset Advisor to be able to override the default status in real time and add a comment?   I tried doing this in the free trail but if I try and add a label to the mashup it does not appear in the Asset Advisor dashboard in the App suite. Perhaps I am doing it incorrectly or I am not allowed to   Thanks in advance for your help.

I am trying to use the new QueryImplementingThingsWithNamedData service in Thingworx.   According to the help file I need to have the basicPropertyNames as a InfoTable.
