How I can Uninstall DPM from Thingworx server. 

I want to show date in label widget. If i passed new Date(), it is diplaying 1725475328533. If i passed let date = new Date(); TimeString = date.toString(); then it is displaying 'Wed Sep 04 2024 14:15:55 GMT-0000 (UTC)'. This is not server time. I want to display server time in label widget or text field widget. How to do this ? 

 Hello Community,   I have here currently three mashups which are embedded into three tabsets. If i do for eg add entry in datatable from one mashup then it also have to show me into another mashup which they are showing but i have to do manually refresh the page to see the change.  Is there any way that other two mashups would be updated automatically when i add an entry into one mashup then other two must reflect the changes also which i have done...   

Hi,     I have a requirement for integrating Thingworx and Mathcad, mathcad has some fixed calculations, for that input should be passed from Thingworx mashup and result should also get captured back to mashup. do we have any available solution at PTC? how can i start with this?     thanks, John

Hi  I'm using Kepware KEPServer EX 6.16 and connect a Modbus TCP device. Data acquisition is ok and Datalogger in ODBC also is ok.   The process is to acquire 3000 registers and archive in a Database. I noted that when Inter-Request Delay when is set to 0 the requests to the Modbus TCP device are very very high (higher then I need) but if I set to a number near the Scan Rate (5000 ms) of each tag I don't have all the value expected in database Static Interval (10 seconds),   how can I set this parameter (or other) to have less query and stay to the Static Interval lapse? I don't have issue about timeout or delay in communications. Albe   Best Regards

I need help developing the service to get the data into an infotable that will have runtime in minutes for every 20 minutes with planned downtime in certain columns (3-4). Hi Community, I'm working in evaluation where Kepware Datalogger send data to ODBC Postgresql driver a lot of data and after 1.5 milions of rows the data inserting stopped until I delete old values from destination table in Postgresql+Timescaledb. Does exist any limitation in trail license (moreover the expiring indicated in Events) ? I'm using Kepware KEPServer EX 6.16 Best RegardsAlberto

I know how to assign permissions dynamically however, I am unsure about how to get all the style definitions that are on my server. I saw the spotlights search on searchFunctions it could be helpful.Has anyone tried something like this before? Best Regards,Janice

KepWare.KepServerEx.V6 The client connection has reach a limit. Then I increased the maximum to 2,000. The number of clients shown at bottom right conner is still increasing to reach a limit again while we don't have a number of clients about tens. How to disconnect inactive client automatically?

Hello   I am currently looking for a way to dynamically filter an info table via a service using a query via RestAPI. Ideally, the full functionality of the query function should be retained. Has anyone had any experience with this? In SAP IoT, the whole thing is more or less solved as a complete parameter in the URL. But in Thingworx, this doesn't seem to be possible, or am I missing something?   Thanks in advance

Good day everyone, I am running a mashup as a test user and I get this error: "Error executing service myService.Message: : Entity[ EntityServices ]service[ myService ]". I have already given execute permissions to the service mentioned above. I see that AB has Ethernet IP based IO called the 1732 family.They are industrial, hardened IO that seem perfect for the shop floor.dsI'd like to be able to connect these directly to the Kepware Server.IS THERE A KEPWARE DRIVER THAT CAN TALK DIRECTLY TO AB ETHERNET/IP BASED IO?Thanks.

For few mashups especially we used as popup, we are getting "Reason: 401 - Not Authorized for Read" in QA. But the same user role and permissions, we able to see that mashup in runtime as popup in Development Environment. Its working after enable the "Design Time permission - READ" in QA. My query is why its not appearing any permission related issues in Development? And, its appearing in QA even though the same permissions. We are having an following thingworx instances in Development and QA environment.Development Server - ThingWorx 9.1.9-b887QA Server - ThingWorx 9.1.7-b776 

Hi Everyone, I am building some custom reports using Thingworx and FlexPLM query builder in QBR I have some 80000-1000000 data I am fetching these records but I am getting time out issue so what time shall I set for the script time to fetch the data default Timeout is 30 second.Error: "Execution of Script terminated after : 67 seconds. Timeout configured for 30 seconds."For this I need to increase service execution time for this 2 approaches I know :1) Sql Service ---> Service Info ---> Time out Interval (sec)2) Platform-settings.json ---> define script Time-outHow can I decide the timeout duration Please suggest some steps if anyboday have any idea?or tell the value .Thanks and Regards,Lav.

I was working with Kepware on a problem and during the discussion we enable a trial of IoT Gateway. I wont be using it in my application. But now it is filling my event log with "Time limited usage period on feature IoT Gateway has expired." Also, while on a trial of KepServer and this IoT Gateway, a notification shows up every 30 seconds to tell you it is a trial with limited time. It was so distracting I just uninstalled the software and work remotely with the actual licensed software. Now I just need to get rid of the IoT on that. Thanks, Scott

When I click on "Launch Quick Client Here" the quick client opens showing 640 tags. Most of which are unwanted. I have the timestamp for the opening time, quality Good and Update Count 1. All but two of the update count values remain at 1 and the time stamps for those value remain at the starting time. Two tags are updating every couple of seconds. Of the rest of the tags 7 are marked Bad. In the KepserverEx event log there are 12 tags marked "Unable to read tag" with a CIP Error = 0x5. Am I really getting data from the PLC? How can I tell if this is accurate? How do I make the other tags update like the two anomalies? KepserverEx 6.14.263.0Thanks for the help.

I have temperatures 10 times higher than they should be. I read the article "How to scale data from a PLC in PTC Kepware Products" (https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS291338). It resulted in a tag that errored out with a CIP error 0X5.I created the new tag, gave it a name and description and the address. and set the Scaling to linear, 0 to 10000. And got the error. I tried changing the data type from Word to Float and Short, but they threw the error for illegal data type.  Any other suggestions? Scott

Hello, I have some difficulties trying to run android java sdk setam sensor sample. 1-Donwlod the java sdk from official website 2-Since the gradle version is 6.3 , I downloaded the compatible jdk (version 14) 3-Import the project from android studio  4-Configure gradle with my JDK (see pic1) 5-run  .\gradlew assemble (see pic 2) 6- Output error  (see pic 3 for full error):     Duplicate class ch.qos.logback.core.util.StatusPrinter found in modules logback-android-core-1.1.1-6.jar (com.github.tony19:logback-android-core:1.1.1-6) and logback-core-1.3.14.jar (ch.qos.logback:logback-core:1.3.14) Duplicat....     I tried to fix on build.gradle file but it didn't work.   Some classes are declared twice in two different jar files... I add my 'build.gradle'  Any ideas   Thank you.

Goal: I have multiple OPC UA Clients who will connect to the OPC UA Server (Kepserver). Trust every client is getting difficult. I cannot make the Security Policy to "None".I have created a common CA. Created a server pfx file and imported in Kepserver in OPC UA Configuration Manager>Instance Certificates. Imported the CA.dar file in Trusted Client List.I have created certificates and private keys for Uaexpert and signed them with the same CA.Created CRL and pasted in C:\ProgramData\Kepware\KEPServerEX\V6\UA\Server\crlStill I am facing problem while connecting.Is it possible to do this? Is there any other process to achieve the goal? Please guide me.
