Every time I run Prime 8 it opensPTC Mathcad Prime 8.0 | Mathcadhttps://community.ptc.com/t5/forums/postpage/board-id/PTCMathcadHow do I stop it doing that? I am currently on Express as we work out the licensing details. 

I am trying to solve for the length of a headed stud using a solve block with a constraint equation.  The image below is from the attached worksheet and shows the solve block and the error message when I try to solve the equation.  I would appreciate any corrections or suggestions on setting up the solve block correctly.

Hi,I have been working for maybe a month now on my worksheets for geotechnical calculations and so far, with the support I have been getting from this community, I have been progressing very well so thank you ! Now I wanted to ask if anyone has any suggestions on how I can present my data like this (see image below). I believe it would look better rather than presenting it this way (see below). So basically I wanted to create a graph that can provide the bearing capacity with respect to varying footing width sizes. I have attached the mathcad file below. Mathcad 15 MC15_M050When disconnecting a toolbar there is an outline visible but it is offset from the actual moues position. moving the mouse moves the offset outline. Is there a setting or update to correct this?

Hello Experts, Somehow I am getting error in Mathcad Prime but it used to work with my 14 application 

Each package gives quite different "simplifications" to a complex variable quotient. Old Mathcad defaults to a sixth order Series but Prime8 produces a shorter result that is quite different from that of 15M050.The error seems to be a function of the quotient complexity. I am careful to run both packages side by side on a new HP Envy laptop as I try to transition to Prime8 while writing a patent disclosure. This error makes Prime8 unusable for what I do.Has anyone else seen this?

I had a PC failure and now need to reinstall MATHCAD 14 (yes, old version, I know). I installed the software with no problem, but when I go to retrieve the license code over the internet, I continually receive a server error, with some gibberish language in a dialog box about a header being wrong or something. I just need to get the software license so I can get back to work. I have all of the product codes and CDs, and have been a MathCad user since version 8. Please help - this is quite frustrating. When my trial ended, the program reverted to Mathcad Express. How do I install the full version again? I have purchased and received the licensing email.

Having already discovered mathcad's rpm "unit" is radians per min and not rotations. I am having a new issue trying to figure out why I'm getting incorrect solutions for power. Wrong  Correct Thanks

After Initial Splash for Mathcad, Software closes. Individualized on 1 computer and 1 user. Tried Uninstalling and reinstalling Mathcad to no changes. Can boot into Mathcad as an Administrator but not as a user. Saw a Windows Update for a previous version that fixed this issue before but not for Mathcad 8.0 Express and Windows 10.

1. Run LicenseWizard.exe from default location C:\Program Files\PTC\Mathcad Prime X.0.0.0  ( Mathcad Prime 7.0.0.0  - 8.0.0.0 ) or Launch using Windows #Search and #Run as administrator     2.  Select Mathcad Icon M' and then select #M' Options Select option #License   3.  Follow the Steps as highlighted in numerically ascending order and select #Next   4. Enter the Product Code, #Next on Acquire License Page check the product for which the license needs to be activated  and select #Acquire License (4)   5. After selecting #Acquire license, a license will be generated for the provided product code. User can double click on the Mathcad Prime icon and launch the application successfully.   7. Now you are all set - You'll be able to launch Mathcad Succesfully!!!!

How to differentiate complex vector matrix expressions (quadratic forms, parametrically dependent matrices)? In mathematics, this is done by creating rules; I don’t know anything about other software packages.For example:Q1=x^T*A*x, and dQ1/dx=???Q2=x^T*B(x)*x, and dQ2/dx=??? x is a vector, and A and B are matrices.I know how to differentiate this manually, but I need Mathcad to do it automatically.

I am using Mathcad Prime Release 8.0 and Datecode8.0.0.0After converting Mathcad 15 files to Prime, there are red lines and arrows identifying any differences. How do I turn off/remove all of the red lines and arrows after editing the Prime file?Here are the errors that I facedNone

I have a user who is using Mathcad 8.0 and recently has been having issues with it booting up properly. when we open Matchad the initial screen opens but after closes out and the software never goes through. We can access the software if we open it up as an administrator but not as a user.

Whilst playing around with some array extraction functions, I noticed that Mathcad Prime 8 partially restores Mathcad 15's ability to directly use ranges as function arguments.               Stuart
