Hello, please forward it to the API development team. Please kindly send the interface   GetMatrixElement(RowIndex as integer, ColumnIndex as integer, Value as double) - Gets the matrix element in RowIndex, ColumnIndex with Value.   Change Value as double to support float64 or double because GOLang does not have a double data type, so I cannot get the Value of matrix.   Thank you very much. Thank you My problem is that I can get the matrix value in Python, but I can't get it in Golang. I suspect that the value I get must be a variable of type double. Python supports double, but Golang has no double, only float64. So ask the technical person who developed this interface to see if they can get the matrix value for a variable of type Float64. thank you

Hello, Attached is Mathcad 11 file. I also converted it from Mathcad 15 to Prime7(attached).  I did Nonlinear/ iterative solution in a manual way and another one with a small program at bottom of sheet. I have two load increments. In the manual way, it took two iterations per load increment to converge. When I compare the manual way to the little program: 1. Results matched in both methods for the first load increment , where you see green arrow and u=0.635. 2. Results didn't match for the second load increment. Manually, I got (u=1.613) after two iterations , but by the little program I got (u=1.599) where the red arrow is in the sheet ( please scroll down until you see the red arrow). Little program is shown at the bottom of sheet. For some reasons it shows a different number of iteration by the program.   I appreciate any assistance!   Thanks, Sam

Hi,    I'm not sure if my subject is correct. But I'm looking for function to show the formula or equation that was used in a variable especially if there are conditions that was used in the said variable. see example below. Variable Leh has 2 formulas that was conditioned based on the value of variable nv. if the first condition was satisfied, i want to display the formula instead of the result of the formula. Thank you  

I am using Mathcad Prime 7.0 7.0.0.0Issue with the excel component. Existing excel components within document give error message that excel is busy and will not accept input or give out puts. Adding an excel component in a new document add input and output sections but does not give a new excel sheet. Here are the errors that I faced excel is busy. can't calculate make sure that cells are not being edited in excel and try again in a few seconds.

For a course offered by SEABC, we were given student license of Mathcad 15. Installation instructions directed us to create a new PTC esupport account. After logging-in, instructions said that we will be asked about product code, after which we will be directed to software download page. However, that never happened. I am trying to get this installed but the interface is very confusing and unfriendly. Every time I try to go to download page, I am re-directed to a different page saying "insufficient privileges". Could anyone please help with this?

I have the following problem. I have a vector containing 5 possible volt values and another vector containing 3 current values. I want to calculate in a solve block what the needed resistance is needed (according to ohm law). I can't figure out what is wrong with my solution.   Thanks 🙂

I am from the US and have been trying to purchase the Mathcad Prime 7.0 student license and every time I submit my payment information, it says that processing has failed.  I've tried multiple cards, all with the same result.  Looks like the reseller is DigitalRiver.   The webstore also does not load correctly on any browser other than classic Internet Explorer.

I want to get old looking matrix formatted into table with columns as it used to happen in Mathcad 15 I am unsure how to do that in Mathcad Prime   Austin

Hi all i want to interpret a pass/fail criteria based on if the point of intersection is above or below the  x-y axis line i.e. for example this would be classed as a pass where the lines intersect below the loading envelop      thanks Ben  

I am trying to install PTC Creo 7.0 Schools edition onto my laptopI downloaded all the software and ran the set up programIt states on the instructions enter BE700908EDSTUDENTEDK12 into the simple license entryI have done this and although it comes back success, in the license summary it states invalid file or format and won't let me contnue.Can you help with this please?Thanks

Hi all i am trying to set a pass/fail criteria based on if the point of intersect is above or below the x-y axis plotted line, is there an easy intersect function that mathcad has? or a pass/fail region that can be defined ?   as shown above this would represent a pass as it is within the region below the limit of the Xt & Lt plotted line   thanks Ben 

Dear Community,   I am unable to solve a particular equation having a unknown value. After evaluating it is giving the same variable in answer. Any suggestions how to avoid this?    

I downloaded the trial version, but when I go to open the file it does not work, the loading screen will come up for a couple of seconds, then just disapear.

Dear Community!I installed PTC Mathcad Express Prime 7.0.0.0. (30 days full version) 28 days ago. I used this program for my project (it is a 70-page Mathcad document). Yesterday I got PTC Mathcad Prime 5.0.0.0. from my school. Now I have the problem that I can’t open my document which doesn’t include any features from Mathcad 7. Is there any solution for this problem? If this problem can’t be solved than can you tell me how I can copy this from my Mathcad 7 document (I am still having the Mathcad 7 document and the Pdf)I am looking forward to your answers. Hello,   Attached is a Mathcad 15 file. It is for incremental/ iterative solution using Newton-Raphson method to trace a nonlinear curve.  I am using another example that has a solution. It is enclosed in the sheet. 1. I am unable to plot the curve resulting from Newton-Raphson. 2. i don't know how to plot the graph "number of Iterations" vs. "Increment"  3. I don't know what " While 1" in the attached file mean. Both solutions are included in the attached file but i am not able to generate them.   Thanks, Sam

 

I was evaluating two functions with columns of a matrix. They plotted fine, but when I multiplied them, the result did not (got an error). It eventually dawned on me to convert to index form and that worked fine. Why is this? Example is at the end of the worksheet.

I tried to find the maximum of the real function (n*p) but I failed. I used maximize and minerr commands. Where did I go wrong? What does TOL and CTOL mean? Thanks!
