Mathcad

Hi everyone,I am using mathcad version 8 to do a symbolic calculations.  I am getting good results until my results that are in series exceeds a certain number of terms.  For example, I am taking a product of two series and integrate them to get the results or Aseries times Bseries = Cseries then Integral of Cseries = Results.  I am getting results when Results series are up to 8 terms.  However when Aseries and Bseries have more series terms, when trying to calculate the Results I am getting the error message saying that "results are too large for the screen" and it does not display results.  Sometimes Mathcad shuts down unexpectedly.   I tried a trick by letting D = Results and defining E = Result series in 6 terms and it displays then E up to 6 terms.  Then to find other terms I tried F = D - E but it failed by displaying error message or shutting down unexpectedly.  Does any one knows a work around this problem or some kind of trick.....

I'm plotting an equation using a range variable to sweep x.  I'm also using a range variable to sweep another variable in the equation (3 values).  I expect to get 3 different lines on the plot, which I do.  However, there is some additional solid "fill" in the plot that I don't want.  I just want the 3 lines.  Ideas on how to get rid of the fill?

I am using the basic Mathcad 15 student version, date code 010 and I cannot seem to find allowed updates for this software from the Mathcad site. I am finding that I need to have a support agreement. What does this entail? Does it cost more money to get access to software updates for a basic Mathcad 15 program?The recent Microsoft Windows 10 upgrade has fouled up the ability to print graphics plots. I am running Mathcad 15 student version on an Acer tabletop which was working fine before the computer was upgraded from windows 7 to windows 10. When I try to print a hardcopy or convert to adobe format, my computer shows a blue screen message, "Sorry, this program has encountered a problem and needs to restart your computer." Then my computer shuts down and restarts. This happens for any Mathcad work that contains a graph, either x-y plot, vector field plot, surface plot, etc. This is really a bad scenario. For some time I have been unable to open Mathcad 3.1.  I twice requested help via the Academic Case Logger, and once via a customer support address, but I have heard nothing.  I am running Windows 8.1, 64byte.The problem is that all attempts to open 3.1 fail & generate the message: "This application requires ... .NetFramework,Version=v4.0.” Installing 4.0 and its 4.6 “replacement does not remove the message even when all existing copies are deleted.  Also  deleting and reinstalling 3.1 does not work.   Regedit.exe shows "Release REG-DWORD 0x0005c615 (378389 Finally, Prime, Viewable Support & PTC Diagnostic tools. ASP.NET 4.5 is ticked in Programs & Features. Does anyone know of a fix for this?

Hallo,when I tried to install Mathcad 11 on a new Computer with Windows 8.1, everything went wrong, no chance. On my old notebook with Windows 7 the program worked correctly.Some days ago i upgraded the notebook from Win7 to Win10. And I had very much luck : mathcad 11 still works.Then I upgraded the computer from Win8.1 to Win10 an tried to install mathcad 11. The installation went complete through, but then allways came the message "incompatible programm". Also some tries with compatible modus from win95 to win7 did not help.I use mathcad 11 from now on on the old notebook. Better then nothing or the unloved Mathcad Prime.The solution with the "MSXML 4.0 SP2 Parser and SDK"  is too risky for me.From Germany, Gerd-Wilhelm

Hi,I am new to MathCAD and am looking for help.  Say I have a formula with two variables (a=b+c).  I want to calculate the value of "a" for 100 values of b.  So, I need 100 answers, one for each value of 'b." I am hoping to get an answer in the form a 100 rows x1 column table for values of "a." I greatly appreciate your help! Thank you.
