Hi Guys, previously you help me so I have hope that you will explain me where is problem here:First of all I trying to find x value is in Meters. Of course i don't care about the value of mass and Na because it will reduce during the solving.I don't know why I have x.distance as undefined? And why can't get the result that should be : 0.5 m
Hi, is there an easy way to find the non zero minimum in a matrix?Or is a loop the only way to do it?This is what i have at the moment.
I have a function w(x,y) :I want to evaluate the followng integral :I have defined then vlaues of constants a & b. I want an expression interms of constants C11, C13, C31, C33, D and variables x and y.But when i try to evaluate this integral, it gives the following error:How to solve this integral? I have attached the mathcad (Prime 3.1) file. I would be really greatful if someone could help me with this.
I am sharing a list of exercises on optimization. The course required Matlab skills, but I am doing it on Mathcad. Until now I didn't have problems. Any recommendation to improve optimization skills on Mathcad is welcome. Regards.I am still working on the list of exercises attached, for now I have just a sketch. When I finished it I can post the solutions.

Hi there,I have this little routine (see attached file MC15, Win 7) where I read in parameters from an excel file. For a better oversight of used values I display the assigned values by the explicit command. The catch is, even when restricting it by not using the keyword ALL, it displays all steps back to the very beginning; i.e. when read in from excel. Is there a way to limit the steps back of the explicit function?Raiko
Hello,I have seen that similar topics were opened but I could not find a solution to my problem. So sorry if the solution of this problem was explained somewhere in the ptc community and I missed it.I have a problem opening a file that I created a couple of days ago. I was using Mathcad 14 but I haven't checked which version to be honest. I typed the solution of an exercise that we gave in the class to the students and when I was done I saved the file as "xmcd". In order to send to some colleagues I also saved the file as ".rtf". I wanted to add some comments in the solution. So I tried to open the .xmcd file again but I got "the requested file is not a valid mathcad xml worksheet" error. For the last 2 days I have been trying to find a way to open the file. I tried to uninstall and install Mathcad 14 but it didn't work out. Some people in other topics suggest that upgrading the version might help. I installed Mathcad 15 with free trial license and still cannot open the file.Could you
Hi, everyone,Is there a way to have an integer constraint in solve block?Say, the solution is in form of sin(t) or cos(t), I want to check the maximum values after several periods. Please see attachment.Thank you very much.Shawn
