Mathcad

The number of outputs and inputs in the add-in is limited to only six outputs and six inputs. This seems entirely arbitrary. Is this limitation only in the trial version? Is there any easy way to tweak the add-in to increase this number?

Is there a way to use a for or while look to create an array of functions where the functions are dependent on the previous element within the array? This assume we define the first element of course.an example would be f(x)=[2x, (2x)+1, ((2x)+1)+2, (((2x)+1)+2)+3, ...(nest)+n)]Ideally f(#)[index would call the correct index: f(2)[0= 4.... and f(2)[3=10Hope that make sense,Sami

  Hi, friends!  I’m comparing wind loads calculated as per ASCE 7-05 and Russian SNiP 2.01.07-85.  I’m not familiar with Russian SNiP code, so I don’t have confidence on my calculations.    Anyway, the wind loads from SNiP code are too smaller than those from ASCE 7-05, so I want it to be confirmed by those who experienced this code.  If there is someone who knows SNiP code well, please let me know whether my calculations are acceptable or not.    Thanks in advance,      Kee H. Hi, In matlab it is convenient to multiply two vector cell by cell with .*,But I don't know how it works with Mathcad, 15 or Prime.Is there a built-in function for that or I have to program.Could someone help me with that?Thank you

I am studying at Mississippi State University and am currently using a student version of Mathcad 15.  I am having trouble printing Mathcad files to pdf right now.I used to be able to print to pdf through the print screen.  I had been using Adobe Acrobat PDF Reader Free software to open them in.  I decided to upgrade to Adobe Acrobat Pro and did a free month trial.  With the Pro software I could still print Mathcad to pdf the same way as before.  I decided that I didn’t like Pro enough to start paying for it, so I deleted it and re-downloaded the original Free Adobe Acrobat PDF Reader software that I had previously been using.  Now, I cannot print to pdf anymore and am not sure why.  Anybody have any idea why this is happening and how i can get it back?

I have an integral that won't converge to a solution for a specific set of variables (the solutions over a range of variables are sought). I've attached the whole worksheet and thus a lot in it isn't relevant to the solution so just skip to the bottom the find the error-riddled integral.Thanks in advance to anyone taking the time to help out.

Is it possible to create a minimize function comparing each entry of a vector to a single number and then outputting a vector with each entry being the smaller of the two valves? The attempts in the attached worksheets (Prime 3.1 and Mathcad 15) only find the minimum between the entire vector and single value instead of comparing them line by line.

Forgive me if my question has been answered somewhere.I have a 2D data set, but the sampling points are not on the regular Cartesian grid.I would like to rearrange the sampling point by interpolation and generate a new table with Cartesian grid.It looks MatLAB or IDL guys use a function called “griddata”. However, when I make a surface plot or contour plot, MathCAD is interpolating the scattered data and making Cartesian data set. So the MathCAD already have something equivalent to griddata.I am wondering if someone know MathCAD function or routine which does something equivalent to griddata.

In the attached Mathcad Prime 3.1 worksheet I am attempting to determine the valve of c such that the vectors Fs and C add to zero. This requires the use of vectors in the solve block, is this possible?

Hello,I recently downloaded Mathcad Prime 3.0 Express and used it to create a calculation note.However, I am unable to print my document, paper or pdf. When I do so, I only get a single blank page.Is it possible to print document with the Express version? Does it work only with the full version?Thanks for your help!
