Mathcad Installation

How do you have the plus sign "+" be a subscript? Every time I try to subscript the plus sign, it just becomes an operator. But I want it to be part of the subscript.

HelloI have two issues:1. The system will not accept my product code so i cannot raise a support case.2. My laptop just got a new motherboard. I cannot get Mathcad to activate and i cant download a new licence as it says i have had too many.Is there another way to raise a support case?Thanks

I used to use Mathcad on other computer. I use free Mathcad version only. Now I have new computer and want to install Mathacad again, but I cannot acquire new licence. Can you help me use the old one? How can I get it again?

I am a student and want to purchase the Mathcad Prime 10 Student version (the one for $63/year), but when I click on the link that says "Order Now", it just brings me to the "Mathcad Express Free Download", which is not what I want. I already have Mathcad Express, and I wish to purchase the student version for $63/year, because I am a student who needs Mathcad Prime. Hello!I have installed mathcad 15 on my computer, and am running the license setup. I choose " I want to aquire a license via the internet" and then " Educational-Student" along with the product key i recieved from my university. After logging in in the next step however, when the setup tries connecting to the PTC licensing server, i get a popup with error 403: Forbidden. Please help me resolve this issue, i am certain i have logged in with the correct credentials of my newly created PTC account.Best regards,Jesper

I filled the form to download the trial edition (mathcad express) many times, but after 10 days, I never received the link to download the install program. I had a previous version installed but I had to change computer, and the install program stops working at the page where we select the product to install. And now, I cannot download the new version.Can you help me

I have a student mathcad license on my other computer and wanted to move it to a new computer but can't seem to figure out how. At this point I am open to just purchasing a new student license but I also can't figure out how to do that either.

I can Install M15 on Windows 11, it does basic calculations, but will not insert controls or links to spreadsheets. No error messages are given. It ran fine on my previous laptop running Windows 10. What is missing ?

This might be a long shot.  I have  Mathcad 12 (CD with activation code) and would like to know if there is anyway to activate it.  This is a pretty old version of Mathcad (2008?) and from what I can find on the community page and general internet search is that PTC no longer supports these old versions, and the Mathsoft authentication server has been shut down.  If anyone has any insight into how to activate this software I would appreciate it.

Hi All,I have an older version of PTC software.It is Prime 2.0.This does all my needs.I had to re-install it recently because it was hanging up or closing down while it was uploading.Just days before it did an automatic online license check, and it passed.I had Prime 2.0 for several years since it first came out.On attempting to re-install its failing to do so.Message is about a component was not installed.The screenshot is attached (Error2).I have installed WindChill....software.I direct the browser to the license file (single user).The install continues and then stop with this message.Error 1935 An error occurred during the installation of assembly component.Next a file name in brackets [.......].Followed by HRESULT:0x80073712.That is the information I have on my failed install.I will appreciate any and all help you have to get me back on with Prime 2.0.PS: The first error is indicated in file name Errorr.The 2nd error the most recent re-install error details provided above is in fil
