We have MathCad Subscription and Mathcad prime SDK.Our licensing changed to a floating license but I have no idea how to configure this on FlexNet.the FAQ's are all so confusing if someone could point me to the appropriate one I would be so grateful.  

I would buy a single license if I could test the trial version.

I am licensed for 8.  How can I download 9?   

I am using Mathcad Prime Release 5.0 and Datecode5.0.0.0I was using Mathcad Prime to perform a series of calculations. After attempting to edit the amount of decimal places I wanted to display, the application froze and then crashed. Before crashing, the file I was working in had saved, however when I attempt to reopen the saved file, the application prompts me with the message written below in the "Error Messages or Warnings" section. I has saved my original file once I created it, however I had not periodically saved while working. The file that did save, saved as a new file on my computer. I was roughly 5 pages into the file and would like to recover my work if at all possible. Just putting this question out there into the Mathcad community, has anyone experienced issues with the installation of mathcad prime 9.0 affecting/losing Windows 10 | Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL) configurations?  

I can no longer find MathCAD Prime under PTC download software. Does anyone know where to find it? I have tried to search for the software no luck. I have received recommendations, but still can't find where the actual software is to download. I have tried to open a case and it referred me to the community. So here I am. Any help would be nice.

HiI got the email from PTC with the download link. I create a standard account.During the installation process, at "application selection" I can't select any application to install. I just need the free Mathcad Prime solution

I have attempted, but failed, to authorize my Mathcad 15.0 program. Is there anything that can be done to make this program work? If not, is it possible for me to upgrade to a current version and get credit for the Mathcad 15.0 that I already purchased?I am in urgent need of the use of this program. The trial version for Mathcad Prime 9.0.0.0 states that it has full functionality for 30 days. However, as I am using it, there are several functions that are unavailable to me. They even state "Note: This premium feature will be disabled after the 30-day, full functionality license expires. To use this and other premium features, please upgrade to a full license using the 'Upgrade' button. Specifically, I am trying to test out the excel embed functions within Prime as a long time Mathcad 15 user and this is not available to me to be able to do an evaluation. All buttons are greyed out and even converting old sheets over to Prime does not allow for the use of excel.

Got new desktop computer. I installed my MATHCAD15 CD on it. When starting the application, a window regarding LICENSE SETTING opens. My license file "lm_68802301.txt" is no longer accepted. Trying to rename it to "lm_68802301.dat" didn't work either. Do I need a new license file? Please support.  I think my 10 year-old PC is showing signs of failing. The reason I am asking this question is my failing memory of my first installation of MATHCAD 15 reminds me it was a nightmare.  As I recall, after PTC took over MATHCAD, the licensing and installation were the most convoluted processes I have ever encountered with newly purchased software. I still have my original Product Code and MED-60602-CD-150_M050.zip file, as well as the unzipped files. If when I purchase a new PC, can MATHCAD 15 be installed with just the original Product Code and the original zip installation files without having to contact PTC, or will this be another painful process? I am only interested in MATHCAD 15, not Prime. Thanks for any help.

I've tried a lot of programs (such as WolframAlpha, Maxima, MathLab and etc.), but when I tried MathCad, I understood - i fell in love with it.But there are two really major flaws:1. I can't debug the program I wrote and it makes it difficult to find errors, I have to spend a lot more time looking for them. You have primitive programming language (in terms of implementation complexity), so I guess it shouldn't be hard to implement.2. I use your program with my laptop, and when I use draft page, it becomes very difficult, to navigate in horizontal directions, so I'm forced to drag the slider, which is not so fast and comfortable. So that's my second request - basically improve touchpad navigation, in every sense)Good luck with development and thanks again for your product!!!

Dumb question, but what is the process for upgrading from V8 to v9?If i just run the exe will it do its thing automatically, or do i have to remove v8 first?thank you.   

Hi, I have a single user license of Mathcad 7. When I purchased it from the PTC website.This website connected me with Digital River. The order details mentioned I should receive a fulfillment confirmation document. Never received any. Also didn't receive a customber number. Now I have a new PC and cannot get a new license file from PTC because missing documents.Anyone recognize this problem ?
