Mathcad Installation

I cannot find where to download the software to install. Do I download the trial version for Mathcad Prime 8, and then, select my licensing dat file for the student version?

Trying to download.Your website is buggy. Have not gotten email to verify my account. I did get the crappy PTC Community email, but not the one so I can download my Mathcad. No phone number on your website.I am a customer, who spend thousands and can’t login/register.I’m sure you won’t even get this or reply. Off to a great start. (NOT) - Is anyone home? Cannot use license after reinstallation. Need new license

The LIcense .dat file does not seem to be working when installing on a new computer.

We are currently using standalone Matchcad 14 and 15.We are encountering issue with the software. Mathcad is blank and showing break lines. Please advise how to rectify and also how to update the software.

The program installer does not open on windows 10

The LIcense .dat file does not seem to be working when installing on a new computer.

Need to reinstall on new machine (offline) after loss of old machine. Please advise

Computer crashed, need license file recreated.

1. Run Mathcad License wizard user by browsing default Mathcad installation location C:\Program Files (x86)\Mathcad\Mathcad 15\mclicense.exe (Right click and #Run as administrator) or Run Mathcad 15 as administrator     On the Welcome to Mathcad 15.0 page select #I want to acquire license via the Internet and click #Next   2.  On Acquire a License file via the Internet, select #Educational - Student, enter the Product Code and select #Next   3.  Installer will prompt for Account Creation,  on Page  "Create New PTC eSupport Account", enter all the required information under #Basic Account. Select #Create Account(3). Once an account gets created, you'll get a confirmation PTC.com Basic Account Created (4). Now select #Next (5)    4. Provide the details and select options as highlighted in below images:   Provide PTC.com account information   Mathacd License will be acquired   #Finish the process   5.

xmcd convertor not working. I mean i Cant click on it

hello all.I have matchad 6.0.0 but its convertor is not working. can anybody convert it for me  by using matchad 6.0.0  as it will be then compatible. i have attached the file 

Hello. I have Mathcat Prime 4.0 Student Licencse. I cannot find a download for Mathcat Prime 4.0 and cannot use the License to activate Prime 7.0. How can i upgrade my License to work for 7.0? My account is not permited to use the PTC LicenseManger online

When running MathCad 14 it is looking for a license file. It cannot retrieve one over the internet. Can you provide a license file?

Please assist, trying to install MathCAD but ran through a virus scanner first. The following virus was detected within the installation files:Trojan.Fsysna.Win32.19074Please can you remove this and let me know once clear so that I can test and deploy the software

I just loaded Prime 8 on my computer which also has Prime 7 amd Mathcad 15 installed and running.  When I went to convert a MC15 file using Prime 7 the XCMD function is greyed out on Prime 7 but not Prime 8. Since once a file is converted with Prime 8 it will not open with Prime 7.  Some collegues use Prime 7, how can I produce a Prime 7 conversion file? 

I'm trying to get the Mathcad Prime 8 download. I never receive an email. Maybe my company spam filter is blocking it but I cannot find a way to get it.I have checked my junk email folder but nothing is there.Is there a download site I can go to?Thank youNorm Dziedzic

I want to install Mathcad14.0 on Windows 10. Possible to do?

I have 8 physical address NIC cards on my laptop. I have a mathcad license tied to one of the NIC cards, but when I move locations (ie from work location to home), Mathcad selects a different NIC card as the primary and won't license properly.

Im trying to renew my license but when I am suposed to create a Triad it asks me to fill three machines and I got just one

I have a PC running Mathcad Prime 4 and Mathcad 15.  Would it be possible to move Mathcad 15 to a separate PC or are the licenses tied together? The item on the invoice is:  MCD-7502-P  Mathcad Professional - Individual    And under the shipping details, it only mentions Prime 4. Thanks in advance

I am trying to start a 30 day free trial for a class with an account I have just created, and it says "Program ID already expired" and referred me to this website. Is there anything you can do to help me?

Upon entering by license key i get the following message "Program ID already expired. For more help visit: http://www.ptc.com/olm/contacts.htm", I don't understand why the code doesn't work, am I required to delete Mathcad on my previous school PC before I've got access to use it on this PC? Please, I am in need of the program very soon.
