I am using Mathcad Prime Release 10.0 and Datecode10.0.1.0I am trying to draw a contour plot for a publication paper. I drew the contour plot but when I export the plot to the paper after reduction to fit a double columns format paper the fonts of the contour plot axes and the legend font are too small and not readable. I tried many things and could not find a way to control the font size of the plot and legend. Need guide what to do.Here are the errors that I facedNo error message.

I am using Mathcad Release 15.0 and DatecodeunknownMathcad has not been opening for the past two weeks (no error message appears). The issue seems to be that the required file MSXML 4.0 SP2 was removed for security reasons, as it is outdated. The IT-department does not allow the file MSXML 4.0 SP2. Is there any workaround for this problem?

I can't download MathCad Prime 11. It says, there were no support avaiable. However, we paid the bill in March 2025.

I am using Mathcad Prime Release 11.0 and Datecode11.0.1.0I'm a system administrator needing to upgrade Mathcad Prime for our engineers. They are currently running version 9 so I have downloaded version 11. It appears I also need to upgrade the licensing server. Can you point me to the steps I need to take to upgrade licensing server? Will I need a new license key.

I purchased a student license for Mathcad prime 9 and have reinstalled windows. The License for my software is not working on my new PC. I require a new license to use the software I paid for.

Can't log into my account or use my licence

I am looking for a definitive date as to when the 11.0.1.0 release became available for installation.

i had to replace the motherboard in my system, and now Mathcad 14 claims the license is not valid and will not run. I used the original CPU, disk drives, RAM, and replaced the motherboard with the same model.

how am I able to find this information?

It mentioned problems with the server after putting in my product code so i tried again and it told me that i had used up all of my uses and now i dont know what to do. It said something about either the server being busy or something else

My version of Mathcad 9.0.0 suddenly refuses to acknowledge my active license information. The license should be valid at least through the end of this year and was working fine last week.. I have gone through the process of retrieving my license file from the PTC dashboard with no success. This is very disruptive and I need this resolved quickly.

I have moved from desktop PC on windows10 to new one on windows 11. So, I have tried to reinstall Mathcad prime 2.0 to the new desktop. However, since my account also has been changed from one e-mail to another, I could not get license when installing prime 2.0 to new desktop. How can I install it ?

hi, so, i installed mathcad and when i try to open the app from the shortcut it wont open, like the app isnt even trying to open (load screen doesnt appear). the license wizard is working tho, butttt right at the end of licensing the next button wont activate. I activated the license via my student account on ptc. Please help.also, my license is working just well on another laptop, and the mathcad works just fine, but not on my laptop. any ideas why?and, maybe its important, but the mathcad prime installation assistant is black instead of white like on the laptop mathcad is working.Windows is 11 pro

My school has a license for Mathcad 10 both for teachers and students. My issue arises from the fact that older version of Mathcad Express like Mathcad 10 Express is not available to me from the Email I got from last year when I first installed it on my laptop because it updated to version Mathcad 11 Express. My inability to find a Mathcad 10 Express installer makes it impossible for me to use the license code my school gave me. I tried to search for the older versions on the PTC eSupport tab but I got "Access Denied - Insufficient Privileges" asking for account upgrade that requires a "Customer Number" but I have no idea where I could find that. I looked through my older E-Mails from PTC searching for "Customer Number" or "Customer" alone but I could not find it.I would like to request help to find a Mathcad 10 / Mathcad 10 Express Installer making it possible for me to activate and use my given license.
