I thought I was subscribed to the Creo Elements/Direct (Modeling_ Drafting) Board but I noticed today that there were new topics that I did not receive notifications (emails) about. I went to my subscriptions page and found that my subscription was there but when I searched my inbox and junk box I did not find notifications of these new topics. Next I deleted the subscription and then tried to resubscribe but when I go to the board there is no Subscribe option for me in the menu. On other boards I see it but not on the Creo Elements/Direct Board. Are subscriptions turned off for this board?
With 100's of old ideas being marked as Acknowledged by the Community Manager, does that really do anything to getting these ideas in front of the product managers who make the decisions to resource an idea? Product ideas should only be acknowledged or some other indication that PTC will be addressing the issue by a product manager.
Hello, Id like to edit my blog, but I cant anymore. How can I achieve this? https://community.ptc.com/t5/Integrity-Blog/Integrity-LM-Administration-Configuration-Reports/ba-p/448669 About 2 months ago I was able to do that! Volker

You will see some changes happening to the IoT/AR category as of June 1, 2018. Augmented Reality will become a new category and all AR-related content will move with it. IoT/AR will be renamed as IoT and all IoT-related content will stay under that category. We look forward to new and exciting topics and boards as our Augmented Reality business grows. As always, feel free to post any questions you have about this move in the comments below.
In the past there was an idea for ModelCHECK. Its link was https://community.ptc.com/t5/Creo-Ideas/New-ModelCheck-Ideas/idi-p/470561. It contained several quite good suggestions for new checks. But the idea is not available anymore?!
Just to re-iterate, because it is getting VERY annoying. Can you (PTC/Lithium) please solve this bug where the forum will not accept valid Mathcad and/or Prime files as attachments. For further information, see here: https://community.ptc.com/t5/PTC-Mathcad-Questions/Survey-direct-Mathcad-files-attachments/m-p/476730#M172277. Luc
When I enter https://community.ptc.com URL into IE11 address field I receive HTTP 500 Internal Server Error. No such problem in Firefox and Chrome.
Please do something about it. Luc
While in an IE browser I am continuously getting notified of past posts. And this morning notifications icon at the top of the page showed 17 new entries but all of them are old. The notifications has been going since I logged in almost 10 minutes ago.
Hi, Everyone, Just a quick note to let everyone know that moving day has finally arrived! Your community team (including some community members) have spent some time analyzing threads to come up with "keywords" to reroute or relabel selected content that was moved over from the previous Jive Community platform last June (2017). Topics impacted include Creo, Mathcad, Integrity, FlexPLM, Windchill and other miscellaneous posts under Community Content Groups. If you feel a post needs to be changed further, feel free to use "Notify Moderator" to suggest a new board or a different label. Your community activity will be uninterrupted, but the move/relabel process will take place for 3-4 days in the background. To prevent your email boxes from being flooded, all email notifications for the entire community will be turned off until this content remapping is complete. The IoT/AR category has no c
Some changes to the PTC Community: 1. Community.ptc.com now has access to the "PTC Marketplace" under <Connect>. 2. PTC corporate social sites are now available on bottom right. 3. Private Groups can now have additional announcement text/html added in the side rail. 4. New "Filter By Tag" option. More information on how to use this coming soon! 5. "Reply To" designation.
Hi, Everyone, I am happy to announce that Lithium just put in a fix for us to restore images and attachments of some threads that did not carry over previously from our former Jive Community migration. These might have been mostly "Pre-Jive Community"or the "PTC User Exploder" content. The one thing to remember though is that if you choose to use the "viewer" functionality on an image (where you click on the file link) the old "cached" image may display. Please feel free to download the image and it should render the correct one for the post. It may take a couple weeks for the previous "cached" image to change within the document viewer functionality. Feel free to utilize the "Notify Moderator" on threads where the "Document Viewer" preview and the image "downloaded" to view do not make sense with the discussion and appear to still be the incorrect image. Thank You!
Why do uploaded videos blur themselves when paused? Sometimes it's helpful to pause a video to take a closer look at what is being shown, but with the blurry image it's impossible. See the videos in the following thread as an example: https://community.ptc.com/t5/Assembly-Design/Create-a-Layer-for-hiding-thread-notes-in-3D-model/m-p/544361/
I have recently returned to the MathCad Community after about 12 months absence. Whilst i might not be the most tech savvy user, the new system is completely non-intuitive. I thought I had posted a question, which on past experience would have been answered in a day or 2, but I cannot even find any record of my post let alone any answers in searches? What was once a brilliant community with fantastic respondents is now useless to me. Sorry but the "upgrades" are a serious backward step. Ross
I notified the moderator on the post but since there is zero feedback using that method I am posting here also. Video links are bad in this post: https://community.ptc.com/t5/Creo-Ideas/Flip-the-direction-of-wires-in-Creo-Parametric-Cabling/idc-p/500146#M10088
I've noticed of late that the "Levels", which I understood to be a supposed indicator of expertise, seem to be randomly assigned. For example, I'm seeing users who signed up days ago, posted one question, and are at Level 3. Another with a total of three posts is at Level 6. Are these levels meaningless now?
Love the new menu here on the forum (https://community.ptc.com/t5/PTC-Community-Announcements/New-Menu-Style-Coming-Soon-to-a-PTC-Community-Near-You/m-p/497259#M19). We finally have a usable means of navigation. Any chance we'll get a more logical order for the items in the menus? Alphabetical would make sense, but if there's some other hierarchy that would be fine. It's pretty random now. Also, when I click on Get Help > Documentation I seem to get to the documentation page, but it shows and error at the top. Not much info, just "an error has occured" I reported it to the link in the error message as well. Also, it looks like there's a new dialog box for image uploads. It flows off the bottom of the page with no means of scrolling.
How does one get from the main community page to the "PTC Community Information Center"? Is there a link from the main page?
Hi! This message is for everyone that has been with the PTC Community since our Pro/User, PTC/User days! You may notice that links in old emails from the "Exploder" no longer work. These will simply redirect to this message. In most cases, you can find the original topic and discussion by searching the community. Thank you for being such dedicated members of the PTC Community! We appreciate your contribution!

Hi, you may have noticed we are still moving content our navigation menu is getting smaller and smaller 🙂 Soon I will be implementing this new menu style.
When viewing Product Ideas in the new platform, how do we know the status of the Idea? In the old platform we could see if it was open for voting, closed for voting, considered for implementation or implemented. I found two posts in the Welcome & How-To's community, but I cannot reply or create a new Topic there. Neither Topic had a definitive response.
