Just perused the "How To's" to find out how to attached a file to your post. I know I've seen it in CAD area, but I thought I'd find it in the "How To's". Did I miss it?

Has Creo+ been added to the dictionary? Every time I type it, I get a red squiggly line.

Within Codebeamer suggestion ideas are it is not possible to search, therefore a field in the top for searching would be great. Otherwise I have to manual went through a lot of ideas.

I was recently perusing product ideas and after sorting by date (instead of "Hot Ideas") started working my way down the ideas. I came across an idea, opened it and spent some time with it until I realized that the idea had been archived even though it was less than a month old. How bout changing the color of the word archived to red to more visually note this.    

Could there be an easier way to get to the duplicate idea of an idea that status is "duplicate" than have to click on the original post, scroll through the comment and then click on the link to the duplicate post? Could that link be posted in the header somewhere?

We currently host ideas boards covering all business segments and major products. Every Community member with a customer support contract can post an idea. However, all Community members can vote on published ideas. Beyond the practical details, your contributions need to be placed in the right context to better understand their value. Product ideas typically attract new users who are on their way to mastering a product and see an opportunity to improve it. March comes with two big platform updates on the PTC Community, the gating of PTC Community Ideas and a new Windchill Customization board. When customers log a support case on eSupport, they may be presented with the option of posting their question on the PTC Community. Please see the below FAQs about this option: Who is this for? The Community option only appears for customers with an active support contract when they are in the process of filing a support case on the eSupport portal. What PTC product?Currently, this option is available for specific technical areas and supported versions of Mathcad, Windchill PDM, and Creo Parametric. What happens to the question? The question is posted publicly on the respective Community forum.  Once on the Community, we recommend users to further review the post and add details as well as any attachment or screenshot if needed. Hi,This is an old account from 2018 and an old company (with limited subscriptions).  I just have installed CREO last month and while doing so I created a new account within this, the PTC Community and it worked fine.  I inavertantly opened this old account, and I can't find a way to get to my new account.  It seems to auto login to this account no matter what I do (close browser, restart, etc).   How can I get the login to allow me to choose a different account, or switch to my other account.  You'll have to respond to my new email as the old one no longer works.Henry.Ballard@novumterra.biz

Whenever someone replies to any of my posts, the PTC Community site is automatically marking those replies as the solution and giving the post kudos. It is very frustrating having to go back and unmark posts as solutions, or remove kudos from replies that are unhelpful. I cannot find any option within my user settings to turn off this behavior. Any help?

I am getting an error on the PTC Community that says that a widget cannot be displayed when trying to post a new message to the Creo board:    

Recently posting an idea to the PTC Creo Ideas page and was getting an error stating to check the highlighted portion and fix..   What I didn't realized is that I had to scroll down quite a bit to find the errors on the bottom right of the page below the screen window that I was filling out for the idea.   Not very intuitive that the "error" is off the screen and I have to scroll down to find it. It would be better if this error was visible or if you click on the error, it show you the "highlighted" error. Thanks, Dale          

On a side note, when entering my question I got the error message as below. I could not identify any "highlighted" error and had to guess that I have to select a location first. An actual highlighting of that button or any kind of hint in that direction would be very helpful.   Thank you Benny

How Employees Register For the PTC Community Anyone that is a PTC Employee or a Partner using the @ptc.com domain can register for a PTC Community username and participate in the PTC Community public discussions and private groups. Step 1:  Go to eSupport and sign in without your @ptc.com domaineSupport URL:  https://support.ptc.com    Step 2:   Once your eSupport registration is complete (by signing in), you need to access http://community.ptc.com  and accept the PTC Community Terms of Service.   Step 3:  Select a more community friendly username (instead of default XY_123456) Once you have a community username that can access and engage in the "overall" community, you can also request to join any "closed" User Group or Working Group.  Reach out to a moderator or any Community Manager if you have questions about registration!

Is there an option we can toggle to permanently hide the community tip banners that now appear at the top of the boards?

After hoovering over a community members id, a pop-up shows up with (2) options: Send message or View profile. (I'll use one of my older post as an example.)     If you click on Send Message, you are brought to the messaging part of the app, but it hasn't started a new message, also you still have to search and find the member id you just clicked on in order to send a message.       I would think that a new message would be started and addressed to the appropriate ID.
