Hi, I can't install crego 10. Every time it doesn't recognize my license, and sends me to other licenses that I had downloaded previously by mistake. I am getting this  error while installing this software 

Creo Parametric Student Edition installed with full guidance but won't open. I am sending a screenshot of my problem . It say that ''Creo parametric student edition is shutting down because it could not run the quality agent, which is required in this edition. error code is 0x06000012. Please shot out my problem sir, Thank you.

I want to install Creo 9.0. I succeeded in unzipping file "MED-100WIN-CD-460_9-0-0-0_Win64". But I couldn't open setup.exe and install_licenseserver.exe in my computer. When I searched control panel and task manager, I couldn't find any app in operations.When I forced shutdown, I found "unnamed" file is running. Maybe this file is setup.exe which I tried to open.Here is my laptop information.CPU 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-13700H 2.40 GHzRAM 32.0 GBOS window11 homeThank you for your support.

Hello! I downloaded the student version of CREO 10.0. Unfortunately, the activation with the code from the provided PDF file is not working. Please help. Thank you and regards.

After I download the zip file and then extracted its content into a new folder, i try to click on the setup.exe file the wheel starts to spin for a bit then stops and nothing happens. I first had the 8.0 version but I experienced the same problem there. I also deleted all my old files that I had and also deleted both versions as well and tried reinstalling both of them again, but the same problem appears. I have a Windows 11 laptop and the weird part about the situation is that the programm worked perfectly fine last year on that exact same laptop. Of course all the files and licences from last year were already deleted from the device, so I don´t undestand the cause of this problem. 

Try adding following option at the end of config.pro file.   quality_agent_path <CREO_installation_directory>\DiagnosticTools\x86e_win64\obj\qualityagent.exe   In my installation it is ... E:\PTC\Creo10_030\DiagnosticTools\x86e_win64\obj\qualityagent.exe

Hi, I'm new to CREO, and I am using the playlists to get to know the tools at hand.I started with 'Get Started with Creo Parametric Sketcher' where a body for a drone was sketched.Next I wanted to continue to a following training, and found one called 'Learn More about Creo Parametric Modeling'There a more sculpted drone housing is shown. In the description it is mentioned that the course continues from 'Get Started with Creo Parametric Assembly'. However, when I start that course, it continues from what happened in the 'learn more about Creo Parametric Modeling' My question is, where can I find the course playlist that follows on what was learned in the sketcher course?Thanks in advance,WimV.

Hello!I have Creo 10.0 with student license. In the past couple days when I started it up, I got an error message about my license: (-9), invalid host. I would reconfigure the license with setup.exe and it would work for a while. A day at max. I went on like this until yesterday when I couldn't reconfigure. After entering my username amd password for the license I got the very informative error message: Error!Then at home I was able to reconfigure. Then today in the morning the same thing happened. I thought maybe reinstalling could help but I can't reinstall because I get the same error while trying. Any help is appreciated:)

Part of the educational medium are several STL-Files, which I developed with Creo Parametric with a student license. The publishing would be non-commercial and for educational purposes. Is this allowed?Many thanks in advance. With kind regards
