Starting from the attached box, having dimensions 7,4,3 mm, I want to use either Blend, Variable Section Sweep with two trajectories, or Extrude up to a datum plane created by specifying three points, to create the attached extruded  part, with the dimensions specified in the image.After going over quite a few tutorials, I still have no idea how to approach this question. Is there any chance you will be able to guide me through the process using each one of the methods I mentioned? (i.e. Blend / Variable Section Sweep / Extrude) Thank you!

I just installed Creo 10 Student Premium. The support.inf file doesn’t list the Reverse Engineering module so I need to enable it. Unlike the commercial license there is no selection for Licensing in the File>Options menu for this. Have not found any help in the support forum. Seems like a job for a license configuration tool but there is no guidance for Student Premium. any ideas?   

Hi, We've just migrated to Creo 9 form 3.   Looking for 'in person' training in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.  anyone know of a course or someone giving training? While a lot has changed, I still feel lost. The local universities used to offer a 'Pro E' course, but all seem to have switched over to Soldiworks.. I'm not a fan or 'e-learning, nor watching videos.  (the main reason, you can't ask questions!  except for posting them here..)

In 2009, I purchased ProE Wildfire 4, student version for non commercial uses. For the past fourteen years it has been running on a 32 bit computer under Windows 7 successfully, in support of my various hobbies.I am planning to decommission this computer and replace it with a 64 bit machine with an i7 processer running windows 10 or 11.I have two questions:1. Will this student version of ProE wildfire 4 run under Windows 10 or 11 on a 64 bit machine?2. What is the process for moving the program and its license to a new computer?Any advice you have concerning this transfer would be greatly appreciated.Thanks in advance for your help.Best regards.John Steere

Dear experts,Is there any way to directly use the "MEASURE" tool to calculate the distance between two points along the x-axis of a curve I drew? [i.e., without first defining two DATUM POINTS, nor first using SKETCH and draw a line between them].Long story: I use DATUM -> curve from equation to draw "y=sin(108*x)" in the front plane, with the range being defined as "from 0 to 10". I now want to make sure the distance between the beginning of the curve and the end of the curve, along the x-axis, is 10. Therefore, I then go to the "measure" tool -> distance, choose "FRONT" plane in the projection picker, and on "add items" choose the x=0 point, and then while pressing CTRL, choose x=10. The problem is that it doesn't work! It might be that the grid CREO forms doesn't include the x=10 point, but it is really weird that in order to calculate the distance between two points along the x-axis, I have to use "SKETCH", or artificially draw additional two DATUM points.Will be happy to hea

I received a report error 0x06000012 after installation.

Help! I'm confused by what this error is telling me. Am I supposed to remove all the permissions for SYSTEM in the folder? Should it be set for Full Control of everything? Just want to get this setup so I can do some learning. using "How to Model Almost Anything" If you see "Access denied" messages above, you must change permissions so thatThe system cannot find the file specified.changing the folder permissions, browse to your "creo_standards" folder andrun the configure.bat file to select a drawing standard and unit system.

I need to see some old study settings, but have since re-ran optimisation in Generative design. I need design goal details for the one shown in grey, but the system does not seem to show any optimisation history. Can anyone please advise?  

Hello,  I am installing ptc creo 8 for education on my windows 11 laptop when trying to enter the Node locked License (step 3 of installing) after logging into my account, it keeps just saying Processing is ongoing and then just error. I disabled all my firewall and my virus detection. I followed every step on the instruction opening it the proper way. Does anybody know what my mistake is and help me fix it ? Thank you

anytime I try to open creo parametric 7.0.8.0  I get these error messages telling me it is not able to run the quality agent( error 0x06000012) and another telling me the creo agent didn’t initialise correctly. 

Why does Creo Generative design not allow the same flexibility in terms of loads on a part? I need to apply a load that I can apply in Creo Simulate, but there does not seem to be an option in Generative to apply a load as a function of coordinates, to use control volumes etc. I also seem to be limited to a Cartesian coordinate system where I require a cylindrical one. I this functionality exists, it certainly is not intuitive and user-friendly.            

So, when I open up creo 2.0, it says that I need to register to Quality Agent and after I click "yes" it shows error *0x00000013* and click "OK" and I got crash.. So I hope, you'll answer on this threat and I'll be very thankful for support.*You can see the image as proof..*

5 out 6 application installed and now a not responding ..New computer 

Previously, I had Creo 7.0 installed on a Bootcamp partition of Windows 10. It ran perfectly with no issues in viewing a large assembly of parts or single parts. Recently, I readjusted the bootcamp partition size to be smaller, reinstalled Windows 10, and all associated software I previously had.  Now, I have tried installing Creo 7.0-10.0, all with the same resulting issue, I cannot even spin a basic one-part model without the Microsoft spin wheel slowing me down. I have read this may be a graphics card issue. Current card is Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MB, however, I did not have issues with this before. Looking for any help troubleshooting this.

Hi, I am collage student trying to install Creo 10. I downloaded the installation files from PTC website. After I run setup file as administrator nothing happens. I also turned off the antivirus. Do you have any tips how to fix this?

Hi   my student version license will expire tomorrow and i am still student so i want to renew the license but when i go for license renewal there shows that customer not verified so now what should i do ? 

I have been using Creo 9.0 version. And I have a question about search function for multiple items simultaneously.In case of previous Creo version, it was possible using comma (ex. ABC,CDE a Search nodes that contain ABC or CDE) but now it is not searched in current Creo version.Please let me know how I can search the multiple items simultaneously.
