I have installed Creo 7 and Creo8.Now, when I start Creo 7 it asks for a renewal of the license. The Problem is that I can install the License for Creo7 but not the license for Creo8. Furthermore, when I start reo7 it searches for the Creo8 license. The installation for the creo7 license worked, but when I try to install the creo8 license an error occurs.Thanks for help.  

I had to drop out of the Creo 7 class in 2020 to take care of my ailing father. He is gone now. I need to put the Creo 7 on my new laptop and renew my student license. How do I do that?

I have created my student account with my student email but I cannot validate the student license with my account. What can I do? 

I am having this error named as 0X00000013, it turns down my Creo 7.0 parametric and I have no clue how to fix it.moreover, i have reinstalled the license even then this issue wasn't resolved.   

When you log into the creo parametric 9.0 program, a window pops up with the text: "Creo Agent is incorrectly initiated, if the problem cannot be fixed, contact technical support." When closing the window, the program works fine, but sometimes crashes due to an error (the error file is attached). Please tell me what can be done and whether it is necessary at all ? After downloading Creo 7 with a university student license, everything will download, but after clicking the icon for parametric, the loading icon will appear for a few seconds, but it never opens. It will show up in the task manager, but nothing will get it to open. I tried completely clearing all PTC files off my computer and redownloading everything several times to no success. Any ideas of things to check or try to get it to run?

there is the installing for the creo software free student that the there is installing that the license problem is coming that the many time i have install the software but there is problem is coming for the license issue .

Hello, I have 2 licence codes but when I write them down I have an error stating that it is an invalid code, but they are valid. What can I do? 

While renewing my license, I am getting error message "Customer not verified".

I am unable to constraint gas spring on both sides. At the upper side the pin type constraint is applying correctly. However, at the below part the pin constraint is not being applied. I have assembled the gas spring with cylinder type constraint. Any suggestions? The screeshots are attached with the post. Thank you for your response in advance. Regards

hello, I've been trying to install creo 7.0. I followed all the steps until it came to the licensing option. upon putting in the license and logging in, I sat on the processing screen for 4 hours without progress. I attempted to redownload the files, updated my computer, restarted my computer, and even tried to download without a license beforehand. If there is anyone with any pointers or suggestions that would be greatly appreciated. If you're seeing this, thank you for your time.

Hello I just tried du refresh the student licens for Creo 7.0. I get an error in the PTC installationsassistens, when i try to refresh the licens. Thats the licens i got from my professor: BK700908EDSTUDENTEDUNI  Thank you for your help! 

Hello, I have a problem with inputing my License for Creo 7.0, i have everything downloaded but when i type in my licence and do my username and password it says processing but never does anything after that. even over night it has been stuck saying processing. what could I do? TIA!

Hi,  I am facing some difficulties in starting up Creo Parametric. License Warning appeared upon startup, with the error  "Cannot checkout an uncounted license within a Windows Terminal Services guest session." When I clicked ok, Messages popped up ("AFX failed to load", "IFX failed to load") and the application is closed automatically. Not too sure what to do next. Would greatly appreciate any advice on how to resolve this. Thank you!

The extension of Manufacturing is available in the Student Premium version, it says [Production package] is included but not complete. What is the main difference between (Manufacturing Production Package) and (Manufacturing Complete Package) ? Thanks

I'm aerospace engineering student and planning to move from Siemens NX to Creo Parametric. I have yet few inquiries on the software.  As seen on Creo website, there are 5 available packages of the software (Essentials, Advanced, Advanced-Professional, Premium, and Premium-Professional). Does the student version include premium or professional features? e.g. manufacturing, mold design, simulation, and CFD analysis. If the answer is no, will I get any of those features if I upgrade to University Student Edition Premium License? With thanks in advance!

Hi, I hope you're doing good, I have been working on a solution where I'm showing a machine model in ThingView composed of many parts, List of all parts is available in grid. Requirement is to show/hide selected part upon row click in grid. How can I achieve this, I can highlight selected parts but can't show/hide. Can you please propose any solution for this. My son is loving using CREO at school and has asked for a computer that he can work on at home. He stays late many days in order to work on his designs and printing. The system requirements are posted, but it is all Greek to me. Please - apologize my ignorance - and recommend a laptop or PC that grow with him and this program as he enter college next year. Hello, I bought the student version of Mathcad prime 8 in April 2022. I have been using it for a couple of months without any issues. Recently, the program does not open anymore. Also my Mathcad file do not open either. I tried to uninstall it and reinstall it again but it did not work. Can someone help me fix this problem please?! I am using Windows 10 (64bit).
