The extension of Manufacturing is available in the Student Premium version, it says [Production package] is included but not complete. What is the main difference between (Manufacturing Production Package) and (Manufacturing Complete Package) ? Thanks

I'm aerospace engineering student and planning to move from Siemens NX to Creo Parametric. I have yet few inquiries on the software.  As seen on Creo website, there are 5 available packages of the software (Essentials, Advanced, Advanced-Professional, Premium, and Premium-Professional). Does the student version include premium or professional features? e.g. manufacturing, mold design, simulation, and CFD analysis. If the answer is no, will I get any of those features if I upgrade to University Student Edition Premium License? With thanks in advance!

Hi, I hope you're doing good, I have been working on a solution where I'm showing a machine model in ThingView composed of many parts, List of all parts is available in grid. Requirement is to show/hide selected part upon row click in grid. How can I achieve this, I can highlight selected parts but can't show/hide. Can you please propose any solution for this. My son is loving using CREO at school and has asked for a computer that he can work on at home. He stays late many days in order to work on his designs and printing. The system requirements are posted, but it is all Greek to me. Please - apologize my ignorance - and recommend a laptop or PC that grow with him and this program as he enter college next year. Hello, I bought the student version of Mathcad prime 8 in April 2022. I have been using it for a couple of months without any issues. Recently, the program does not open anymore. Also my Mathcad file do not open either. I tried to uninstall it and reinstall it again but it did not work. Can someone help me fix this problem please?! I am using Windows 10 (64bit). Hello, everytime and every Computer in my university crashes, when i try to open the attached file. I saved the file shortly after no feedback was received by the program. Saving the file was possible but it also became very large in comparison to other creo files. Thanks in advance. I have issues with the download and have tried numerous times to reach out to a support tech, Different departments have suggested emailing Student@ptc.com and when doing so i am sent an automated reply that the email is not monitored and then sent to the site where you have to literally start a forum discussion? 0/10 on customer support.

Hi,When trying to use the Quick Tables menu in the Table ribbon of a Creo drawing, the following message is posted. "...created with a commerical version of Creo Parametric and is not compatible with the version of Creo Parametric you are running." It appears all of the table files are not compatible with the Student version of Creo Parametric?

I installed creo parametric, but when I attempt to open the program I receive an error message, "License request failed for feature." How is this resolved?

HI We have found that we can not run Creo 8 parametric anymore unless we run it with admin rights or if we unblock command prompt neither of which are an option within a school environment. The application just doesn't load after clicking the shortcut/icon.  Has anyone else had this issue and found a resolution. Thanks

Information regarding the system:Macbook air M1 running windows 11 in parallels.Creo 8 education license The problem:Creo does not open, after installation. It just does not do anything and also does not pop up in the Task Manager. Whilst installing the installation manager complained, that he could not install Visual c++ redistributables. I finished the installation never the less, because under programs, in the system preferences, all the redistributables for visual c++ are listed.I tried all the other helping tips and tricks that helped others with similar problems. Does anyone have an idea, what the problem could be?

Hi,after I installed Creo 8 and startet it I got the message, that the Creo System Monitor, Exit Logger and Creo Embedded Browser. I already tried to repair it with the PTC Creo Platform Services as it says in this article (https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS331638) but the error still occured.What else can I do?
