I'm trying to install creo 5 but every time I enter the product code, I get an error. I've tried multiple times to resolve the issue but so far nothing has worked. I even tried adding a new user to my laptop to reinstall, but it still didn't work. I need to get it done asap since its been bugging me for a while. Instructions I followed are attached.

In my installation the visual c++ redistributible folder fails when i setup, all the installations are correct but the program doesn't open.Please I have tried different aproches to try to make it work, with an informatic even an nothing works.Please contact as soon as you can.Thank you!

after creating an account as instructed by the manual for downloading student edition i am not seeing any download option or and other automatic download option , can you please look into it

I have installed Creo 8 to Windows 11 on a Paralells platform on my macbook pro. Installation is successful with warnings but Creo 8 won't start up. I cannot see the xtop process or pro_msg processe in the task manager. What can I do to resolve the problrm?

I installed Creo Parametric 8.0.3.0 with a student license without any problem for the most part. It told me I need to get JRE 11, so I got that through AWS. Now, all Creo services open up fine except Creo Parametric. I double click it and nothing happens. I would appreciate some help here

hello, the computer has 2 network cards. The creo license file contains the MAC address of the wireless card. I removed the wireless network card and Creo started asking for a license. In the license file, I changed the MAC address to a wired card, but that didn't help. How can I change the binding to a wired network card? CREO 7

Why cannot I get it installed on my PC?

Hello,When deploying Creo 8 (school edition) is there a way to deploy it with the license already generated\activated? looked at the licensing server option but the 'student' license code doesn't look to be valid when deployed this way. Many thanks

I am a student on University of Debrecen, Hungary, and I installed a tryal version of MathCAD with an student licence. unfortunately, something went wrong, because I cannot use all of the functions, for example the Solve function is blocked.Please helm me to use the fullí functional student tryal version.

Why can't creo lock the vertical/keep the horizon when rotating the view? it's almost the most important thing in 3D design, otherwise, it feels like you get an imbalance of the inner ear, Is there some reason for great wisdom? how to keep the horizon? please help me!  

Hi!  I installed CREO student 7.0.6 succesfully on windows 11, but it works like crap and freezes and crashes etc.. Why can't I update to 7.0.7 which is reported to work well with windows 11? Thanks! Joël

I was unable to run the setup .exe file in Windows 11 Pro, I tried by disabling all the firewall and securtiy settings, but it didn;t worked out. I want to install Creo 8 on my PC. I am using university student license.

Help please. I am trying to change the zoom/pan/scroll settings in Creo Student Edition. Apparently in another version of this software, someone can go to Options - General - Navigation - Navigation Model - Catia V5. In the Student version of Creo, there is no "General" once I open Options... Where is this setting?   Thanks!

I was installing Creo8.0 as the guideline mention and I applied the license number and got it as "Successful". But in the next step of that, I couldn't finish because of computer memory. So I cleaned and uninstall a lot of programs and the computer restarted. When I tried to install again it fails my code "BK800908EDSTUDENTEDUNI", but I even received an email on the first time trying. Could you please help me? I couldn't found any similar anwser in the student forum.

I am new to motion or mechanical constraints in creo. I have a sub assembly with 2 pins on the side of it, in the main assembly I need to constrain them to a slot so that I can show the motion in my main assembly. I am able to connect them each seperately but not together. How do I tie them together so they are both tied to the slot?This slot would look similar to a garge door track.  

I had to make a new account because I couldn't access my student one. When trying to reset my password, I don't get the reset password email, no matter how I try.
