I am a student on University of Debrecen, Hungary, and I installed a tryal version of MathCAD with an student licence. unfortunately, something went wrong, because I cannot use all of the functions, for example the Solve function is blocked.Please helm me to use the fullí functional student tryal version.

Why can't creo lock the vertical/keep the horizon when rotating the view? it's almost the most important thing in 3D design, otherwise, it feels like you get an imbalance of the inner ear, Is there some reason for great wisdom? how to keep the horizon? please help me!  

Hi!  I installed CREO student 7.0.6 succesfully on windows 11, but it works like crap and freezes and crashes etc.. Why can't I update to 7.0.7 which is reported to work well with windows 11? Thanks! Joël

I was unable to run the setup .exe file in Windows 11 Pro, I tried by disabling all the firewall and securtiy settings, but it didn;t worked out. I want to install Creo 8 on my PC. I am using university student license.

Help please. I am trying to change the zoom/pan/scroll settings in Creo Student Edition. Apparently in another version of this software, someone can go to Options - General - Navigation - Navigation Model - Catia V5. In the Student version of Creo, there is no "General" once I open Options... Where is this setting?   Thanks!

I was installing Creo8.0 as the guideline mention and I applied the license number and got it as "Successful". But in the next step of that, I couldn't finish because of computer memory. So I cleaned and uninstall a lot of programs and the computer restarted. When I tried to install again it fails my code "BK800908EDSTUDENTEDUNI", but I even received an email on the first time trying. Could you please help me? I couldn't found any similar anwser in the student forum.

I am new to motion or mechanical constraints in creo. I have a sub assembly with 2 pins on the side of it, in the main assembly I need to constrain them to a slot so that I can show the motion in my main assembly. I am able to connect them each seperately but not together. How do I tie them together so they are both tied to the slot?This slot would look similar to a garge door track.  

I had to make a new account because I couldn't access my student one. When trying to reset my password, I don't get the reset password email, no matter how I try. I'm trying to update to Creo 8 Student Edition, but I need my student account for the proper licensing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello   I downloaded the 4 Gb zip "MED-100WIN-CD-430_6-0-2-0_Win64" and unzipped it. When I disable my anti-virus and try to open "setup.exe" as an administrator, nothing happens... I tried many times. My Computer OS is Windows 10 and I'm trying to install CREO 6.0 Can someone help me ?   Thank you in advance for your answer, Have a nice day !

Hi,I encountered a problem while trying to reinstall Creo Parametric 8 student edition. I installed it a couple of times but it kept crashing (I am from Slovenia so I installed it through Audax site - I think that they add some pre-made models of bolts..., and it kept giving me errors), so I decided to delete all files related to Creo thinking that it would solve the issue (I previously had Creo 6 and Creo 7 installed, so I thought that the old files were causing a problem). But in the process of deleting the files, I managed to also delete my licenses. And the next time that I tried to install the program and to activate the license I got the error saying "You have reached the maximum number of license requests available for your product type". So, is there any way to fix this? If so, I would be grateful for any help. Thank you in advance for answering.

Hello, My student license has expired. I am still a student and I want to update my student license. Can anybody help me please?

I just borrowed student version of Creo Parametric 8.0.3.0 from my friend. It was working fine in his PC.I changed the MAC address to mine in the license file, but afterall that, on startup, it shows Error -8. After hunting through the files, I found that there is no FLEXnet files, mentioned everywhere in the troubleshooting documents. So, How do I install this separately and connect it with my Creo. As I really don't want to download Creo again, because of data limitations.

Hello people.I installed  Creo 6 Student Edition i september and everything worked perfect. Today I couldn't start the program  so I uninstalled everything, but is unable to install it again.Creo Direct, Layout, Parametrix and Simulate all get the "Pending Prerequisite" status. I've read some walkthroughs but havn't still gotten it to work. I have:Followed this guide : https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS283411Deleted the %temp% folderDeleted the Program Files/PTCBut nothing works.   

The install had no issues, when I try to run it, I get the following error.and when I select Yes, then I get the next error see below and then Creo closes.How do I fix this? Do I need to delete everything and start over?
