Hi, During the installation of Creo Student 7.0 i had a problem.The warning you can see in the picture below keeps poping up and even though i can finish the installation despite the warning; i cant manage to open Creo Parametric. There seems to be a Creo Agent fail.I would love your immediate answer and support, as i need the program to keep up with my university work.Thank you in advance.

I sucsefully installed creo7.0 in my lenovo(gaming pc) fully updated but when I try to run for example Creo Parametric 7.0.2.0 the pc loads for a few seconds and then doesn't happen anything, no error given no window anything like if I didn't even started. Btw I saw in the forum that some people had the same problem whit creo5.0 and in the answers I din't  saw any real solucion exept a link which I clicked but didn't specify the problem for creo 7.0

Hello, I have a problem and can't find which one. When I try to run Creo parametric student version, nothing happened. I think it is link to an error message (attached file). I have try many times to download it again but the problem remains the same. My PC should be able to support Creo. Here are the configurations: AMD Ryzen 7 4700U with Radeon Graphics 2GHz   Thank you for your answers L.B

I am trying to launch Creo 7 student edition on my desktop. It starts the splash screen but then hangs and goes no further forcing me to end the task. Anyone have any suggestions? I have tried multiple reinstalls of the software with no success. 

So a while ago I downloaded CREO 7.0.2 Student edition and finally get to messing around with CREO. My use case is mostly CREO Parametric to model/ practice CAD. When I try to create a new model CREO throws out an error saying "Unable to open copied object prt0001"   There were a few resolutions where it pointed to grant read & write permissions for the config.pro file. I did and still doesn't work.   Any help is much appreciated. Thanks.

Hey there, I really followed carefully all the steps in the installation guide. After selecting the applications that I need and clicking install leas me to the window where I can see all applications that are to be installed but nothing else happens. The loading bars remain at 1%. I waited up to 20 min. Nothing happened. What can I do?

I am working with Creo 7 for a course at school.  I bought the Creo Parametric 7.0 Tutorial book and downloaded the software, and the exercise files that go with it, though when I go to open the exercise files I get an error saying the file was created with a commercial verson and is not compatible with Creo student. How do I resolve this. 

I had previously downloaded the free version on the PTC Creo Parametric software, student edition version 6. I had also created a few of the drawings and parts using the software. Due to some personal work, I couldn't open those documents for more than 3 months. Once I tried to open now, a pop up banner read, new version available and I'll have to mandatorily download the new version. I did the same and I'm unable to open the files I created using the version 6 software from the version 7 software. I need to edit a few things in the file and I'm unable to open any of those files. Please Help.

I am a user of Creo Parametric 7.0 student edition. A collaborator has shared some files that were built in a commercial version. Creo parametric 7.0 does not allow me to open these files. Is there any way in which I could work with the file? Thank you.

I'm trying to download, install, and use the student version of creo parametric. I successfully downloaded it 3 times now but each time had an error "0x06000012" when trying to run the software each time. I deleted everything again to try and resintall but now I'm getting a license issue. I'm trying to use Creo 7.0.2.0, with the license code BK700908EDSTUDENTEDUNI and when I hit install licensing it says "Error!"

Hi  I have 34 Pcs in IT suites can i install Creo 7 licences of BE700908EDSTUDENTEDK12 on all individually PCs ? or do i have to have special licences.  Please help..    Thank you . From Bhav 

Hello, I have an issue starting Creo Parametrics, version 7.0. Every time I try to open the programme, it appears this message: " Creo agent did not initialize correctly. Please contact Technical Support if the issue persists". Can anyone help me how to solve this problem?
