Hello i am trying to install creo parametric 7.0 on my system.. so i try to download from my ptc academic account .. but when i go to download section.. it is showing error 'Access Denied"...   Please help me i am a student so how can i provide service provider details or company code?   hoping for a working solution .....    

Hello, when I enter the license code BK700908EDSTUDENTEDUNI as required by the installation guide of PTC CREO ACCADEMIC I get the "error" message.Wonder how I should proceed?Thank you

When I attempt to install Creo 7.0 using the Academic Installer, the Installation Assistant never moves past where the screenshot shows. What might be causing this?

Hello,   Installing the academic license has shown success. However, trying to run the software provides an error message as shown for a "License requested failed for feature. Invalid feature name: [FEATURE_NAME]"   Images attached. license failurelicenses used

Hi,I have problem with my Student licence. I had mathcad prime 6.0.0.0 on my old computer. I wanted install this software on my new computer, but when I fill data on this link (https://www.mathcad.com/en/try-and-buy/mathcad-express-free-download) I don't get any answer on my mail.

I am new to Creo and have just purchased Creo university student edition and cannot install Creo view express. When downloading the program it gives me an error message and a hyperlink that does't lead anywhere. Some help would be much appreciated.I am also unsure if i've actually managed to download everything in the package, I am unsure if we get tutorials etc. Some description might be necessary.This probably sounds incredibly primitive but I really do need some help..

Hello, i hope you could help me, or give me some information about the licensing of creo 7.0 student edition. I got trough university a creo 5.0 student version, but this one does not include the generative design, it includes only a beta version for topology optimization.    So i downloaded the ptc student version of creo 7.0, does this version include the generative design feature?    I am writing my final exam for my master thesis about topology optimization and i wanted to use Creo for my simulations to optimize and redesign a 3 different parts to verify a new method for lightweigt constructions.  Could you please tell me if this is possible with the educational license, otherwise i have to use a CAD programm from an other company.   Best regards, Steffen

I recently passed the Assessment - ThingWorx Professional Curriculum for Architect at PTC Academy , but I'm not sure what is the difference about this and the one provided by PTC University ThingWorx Professional Certification (ptc.com).   I'm not sure if it's the same, can some one please advise

Hello, I was following the directions to download and use Creo 6.0 student version. I got to the point where the program asked to enter the product code BK600908EDSTUDENTEDUNI, but then it gave me an error. Is there something I can do to fix this.

I am using PTC Simulation 6.0 and I am not able to use the software.

I had Windows Home loaded, installed Creo, and it opened fine, but when I opened a new prt file, it crashed, (Traceback provided). I upgraded to Windows Pro as indicated in PTC literature, and tried again with the same result. I thought the install may have been corrupt, so I uninstalled, and need help to review my Hardware/Software, and complete the install. I'm hoping my trial start date can be reset as well. I tried going through a new trial request but was referred to PTC Customer Support.

After starting the Programm i am getting the "License request failed for feature" Error. Wfter pressing OK to close the ERROR i get the notifivation that AFX wasn't able to load and after that IFX is not able to load. After pressing OK on all those 3 ERROR Messages the Programm closes.I followed all the steps for the installation with the license code: BK700908EDSTUDENTEDUNI Is there a solution for my problem so that i can use the programm how it should work?

When i open "creo parametric 6" it says that the program can not run Quality Agent and the error code is 0x06000012   What should i do to be able to open the program?

I have installed creo and added the license file which was given to me from my university. When i open creo, it says license request failed for feature and 7788@DESKTOP- 1987DS8: (-8) Invalid (inconsistent) license key. Warning: (-96) cannot connect to server. What should i do to resolve this issue.

when I try to install PTC Creo 7.0 - Schools Edition on my disk C it doesn't work the installation stops at 65% I had 9.5GB free on this disk but now it's full but before installing it said that the program needs only 8GB for installation. Now I would like to try to install CREO to disk (D:) but couldn't find the setting to change the program location while installing.  

Dear support team, dear community, I recently registered to install PTC Creo on a new device. Although I was able to install Mathcad, Creo Direct etc. I was not able to install Creo Parametric 5.0, which I will need most for my work. What could I do to add it? Hi, is it possible to do tolerance analysis in CREO 6 student version? The PTC Acadamic Program FAQ says it is included, but when I push the tolerance analysis button a licence error occurs.    

Error when installing the license number. I have the code BK700908EDSTUDENTEDUNI and BK700908EDSTUDENTEDK12. Neither of them let me go forward. Firstly I was installing without issues with the code BK700908EDSTUDENTEDUNI, but my laptop suddenly restart and the progress was lost. Therefore I tried to install again and for the first time in the space for enter the license appears "Error". I have deleted all the files of Creo and I have been trying hard. I have read the support and changed as I said the code with the ending K12 and it's been the same. Error. Could you please help getting fully installed Creo 7.0.
