I need immediate help downloading PTC CREO Parametric.

I am trying to use Creo 6.0 with the student code BK600908EDSTUDENTEDUNI and I get this error. I did receive an email of a file called "license pack". Is the code I'm supposed to use in that file?  

I downloaded Creo Parametric 6.0 and it won't run. I'm unaware if this is because of a specific file I needed to download before hand or not. Any assistance if greatly appreciated.

Hello, I have tried installing Creo 6.0 student edition, when i entered my username and password while installation, it showed "error". then i skipped the license registration and installation done. But now I cannot lauch the application -"License request failed for this feature" error and the app closes automatically.  Please help on this. Thanks in advance.

I completed the installation of Creo Parametric 6.0.2.0 (Student edition). However every time i start up the Programm i get a Message telling me the Qualityagent needs to be registered, when i press yes to register the Qualityagent i get the error "Qualityagent cannot be registered: insufficient user acces" also telling me to adjust the Administrator authorization. After pressing ok / X the programm closes.   I'm always run the programm as administartor.I also tried reinstalling the Qualityagent.   Any ideas how to solve this issue?

I keep getting this. iv tried the regular version and the school version. I'm using the education edition but I keep getting that message above. BK600908EDSTUDENTEDUNI

Upon the first attempt to install creo 6, following the BK600908EDSTUDENTEDUNI entry, and login, i get the "Error!" note for adding the license. When looking at my university account, under authorized products, it says Creo: N, does that mean I dont have access to creo? is that why it is failing?

Hello, As i said in the subject, my CREO Parametric 3.0 version crashes when assembling with a pin as a joint. Like if i try to transform a link between two assembled parts into a pin, a particular message pops (you can see it on the picture below). As soon as i click on OK or on the cross of this message, my CREO document instantly disappears. I tried to reinstall CREO to see if i deleted an useful document but nothing changed. Coud you help me ? What can i do ? Hoping someone will be able to save me, have a good day. NTA

I'm trying to downloaded creo 6.0 and when I go to "unzip" or "Extract All," it says the zip folder is empty and must copy files to the compressed folder. How do I solve this issue?

Can't find anything at all why it isn't installing. The only applications that install are Common Files and Diagnostic Tools. The licences are good fine, Anti-virus are off and its running with admin.  

Hello, I am having issues to renew my license on CREO 3.0. After trying several times I got an e-mail saying that my license what updated and that it worked. Even though when I open CREO 3.0 I still get the message that it has not been renewed. Could you please help me ?   Regards   Emile Rousset

I have downloaded Creo multiple times now and followed the exact steps to setup and install. I've completed these steps all the way through multiple times but every time I go to open Creo it displays the message "license not found." Please someone help me resolve this issue.

My country is called Serbia it is in middle east Europe and I just put Somalia because I didn't know what to do.

So, after getting a new SSD, I had to get creo again. At first, I had creo 3.0 and ran no problems on my older HDD, now that I have an SSD, I decided to get the latest 6.0 Creo. Install went well however, it says my JRE is out- of date. I do not know which to download and how to get creo to use it.   Also, each time I open it, script error windows appear. a couple of them are, "object expected", "JQuery is undefined", and "0".     Also, when starting up, it takes longer than I think it should startup. I know this laptop is more than capable of running this software, because it ran 3.0 flawlessly and anything else I throw at it. its a 64-bit windows 10 machine.  once creo is running, everything is running just fine. 

Hi, I installed creo 4.0. M080 Student license, some time ago (autumn 2019) and it worked perfectly. To day I wanted to work and creo gets suddenly extremely slow. The graphics is okay but  menus to open other parts or filling dimensions is incredibly slow rendering the program almost unusable, what´s worse it seems to be "infecting" my windows and suddenly my entire PC is slow as hell and I have to restart. Other programs run fine. I tried new graphics driver (two actually) neither made any difference. My specs: Win 10  Asus Laptop UX310UQ i5-6200U GTX 940M 8gb ram I have creo on standart HDD (due to lack of space on SSD) but it seems to be running ok   Thank you

When attempting to use the product code BK600908EDSTUDENTEDUNI in the Simple License Entry in the PTC Installation Assistant, I am presented with a single "Error!" message and no details. I have previously used this license and was running Creo Parametric 6.0 with no issues for months on my University's network. Just recently, I moved to a different network and am connecting to my university network via a VPN and the license stopped working. I receive the Status "Invalid file or format" for my existing license that worked on the previous network.   How can I fix this license or download a new one for use on my home network?

Hello, I honestly don't know why this isn't working. In light of the current global event, my university, the University of South Carolina, has moved to all online classes. I'm a mechanical engineering major and one of my current courses is Introduction for Engineering Design. So I needed to get Creo for my Windows 10 desktop. I decided on Creo 3.0 since we have a group project coming up and the people in my group use this version. I followed the steps provided in the PDF to the letter with no complication; however, once the set up was done I opened Creo Parametric 3.0 and received different messages, attached below, the one that accrues the most saying, "License request failed for feature." The license I used was the one from the PDF, "BK400407EDSTUDENTUNICL," which was acceptedHow could I go about fixing this?    ~Porter   *Images would not attach through upload, I don't know why* Clicked Yes            

Hi,    I was given the option to install Creo 6.0... After downloading the file and extracting it - i then ran the "Setup-school.exe" file. After installing was finished i started the program and got the following pop up message. Any help?

Hello, I seem to have the issue where Creo 6 does not recognise the licence. I've read a few posts here about it, however looking at the license "sw_license_email_4531216.dat" I received, it doesn't mention version 6 at all, just 4 and 5. Does this mean my university only bought the licence for the older version? I installed v4 and that opened up fine, but it wouldn't open the files I saved at uni, so they must not be compatible.  I'm not sure what version is installed at uni yet as I've only had one lab so far, but will check next time I'm in.   Thanks

Hello  Is they anyway I can get remote assistance from a CREO Tech support personal? how do I contact them I have been looking for their number for hrs now. On PTC web page they say they provide 24/7 global tech support but there's no number or its not visible to someone stressing

Is it possible to install VBA functionality (vb_api_register.bat or whatever is what is necessary) on the student version of Creo 6.0? Don't remember having the option to select it during the original set up but when I tried to "modify" the original installation to add VBA, the program went thru the motions and displayed an "all things successful" message box. Thanks in advance.
