Is there an update?

We recently updated from Creo 3 to 4. While Creo 3 worked like a charm (and still does), Creo 4 started acting up after a couple of days and it now becomes unresponsive after just a few modeling steps. That's the same issue on Windows 7 and 10 workstations, the driver for the graphic adapter are up-to-date (NVIDIA Quadro). All config options were deactivated. Any suggestion is welcome. Hallo Community    ich habe mir heute Creo 4 für Studenten runtergeladen und ein Account bei PTC erstellt. Bei der Installation habe ich mich an die Anleitung auf der Website gehalten. Dateien extrahiert, Setup.exe ausgeführt, dann dem Softwarelizenzvertrag zugestimmt und dann den in der Anleitung angegeben Code BE410708EDSTUDENTEDK12 angegeben.  Wenn ich "Lizenz installieren" drücke steht dort "Verarbeitung läuft" aber es passiert weiter nichts.  Wie lang dauert dieser Vorgang? Woran kann das liegen ?   

Hello everybody  how i can get a license for creo 5.0 i had already downloaded and installed but i don t received a license on my email?

I uninstalled creo 3.0 academic from my laptop then installed it on my desktop PC. When i put in the product code BK400407EDSTUDENTUNICL and login in installation its processing but nothing happens even after 10+ minutes. I have received email with license file before but that was on my laptop installation so the MAC  address is different. Please help me.

Hey there, i need Creo Parametrics 3.0 for my work at the university...and i downloaded the version on the ptc website and created an account with my university email at ptc. I follow the direction in the download file or looked up for some youtube installations guide. In the video's the guys said than i should have get a e-mail with a licence in, when i join on this side: https://www.ptc.com/en/academic-program/products/free-software/creo-college-download#_ga=2.121011786.397212835.1513578516-1805889526.1503377958 but i never got an e-mail like this.   From side of my university i have no licence etc. or other help.   Thanks for your help

Hi! i have installed creo, the license for students was accepted 1st time, and when i open any creo application, the message i get is  "License request failed for feature". I have uninstalled and reinstalled all the applications but this time the license won't work... I have uploaded the license copy from mail in C: ProgramData: PTC:Licensing, but i get the same problem as the first time. Help pls.

For the last few weeks I have been trying to install Creo 4 M030 on my laptop. Everytime I run the installer it would always freeze after I enter my PTC login details. I tried Creo 5.0 last night and was meeted with the exact same problem.   I have tried downloading the file a few times and this has froze every time. I had 4 M020 installed previously but I have this uninstalled, unless there is something still around from that which is causing it.   I have seen on other posts about graphic drivers being at fault; My laptop has Intel HD Graphics 3000 which has the latest driver installed, along with any other drivers.   I have attached the latest traceback.log file from the installation (version 5) and would be grateful if anyone could determine what my problem is.

Hello, I'm new on Creo 4.0 and I have an issue: I was working on an assembly and unfortunately I have deleted my Workpiece part from my computer. It's the only part that have been deleted but all the other features were created by reference to this one. I tried to create a new one and then edit the references of my features but it's very long and even worse sometimes it doesn't work. I also tried to retrieve the missing Workpiece with the new one but it doesn't work neither. Am I force to start all over again or are there any solutions?   Thanks for your help !

Hello,      I am attempting to install Creo 4.0 Student Edition.  When I get to the License Identification section on the Installation Assistant, I am presented with an "Error!" message below the box where I type in my license number.   The license number I am inputting is BK410705EDSTUDENTUNICL.  I have been sure to clear any previous licenses and have disabled firewall and such.  Any ideas?

Whenever I try to use any of my CREO Products, a message pops up saying, "License Request Failed for Feature" and shuts down the program. How do I fix this?

bonjour, depuis deux semaines, en utilisant creo, celui ci se met a freezer et crash. de temps a autres, cela me fait un ecran bleu avec l'erreur de conflit. en etudiant la question j'ai suivi toutes les pistes que je pouvais et mon probleme persiste. j'ai meme reinstaller creo pour voir si il y avait du changement. j'utilise un laptop asus rog  i7 7th generation gtx 1050 pilotes mis a jour  8g de ram  merci d'avance pour votre aide

Hello Guys, i need some help with the nerve-wracking installation of CREO parametric 4.0. I've been using it for about 1 year now without any installation problems on my computer and my laptop. Today I needed to reinstall Windows on my laptop, so I had to do the same with CREO. At first, I had no problem entering the student license but after I opened Creo I got this error in the picture.  After browsing the forum I think I‘ve tried everything I could do:  I checked my Host-ID:           W-LAN: CC-B0-DA-3F-C3-29           LAN: 98-E7-F4-DB-71-74             (I changed my w-lan to primary in regedit and I’m connected to the internet via                         w-lan also)   After trying everything like checking the license

Hi,Is there a way to delete and/or clear Windchill Commonspace objects in Winchill's version for FRC? The idea is be able reload the assemblies and parts that seem have become disjointed from being able to be checked in or checked out? While trying to re-engage in the use Windchill with Creo 2.0, we ran into issues with objects being "orphaned". This is where objects appeared to be checked out by a person, yet when this person tried to checkin the object Windchill would respond by stating there is nothing to checkin. After this, we deleted all the objects in the workspace and when trying to resynch "anew" it states that the object already exists and it fails the upload. When I try to delete objects as a project manager that I want to re-upload it tells me I cannot because it is part of EPMWorkspace. Regards,Emil

Hello, I have drawing with multiple views and many dimensions in it. Now I want to check if a specific dimension from the model is already displayed. When searching for the dimension in the model (by its name *D224*), the dimension of interest is highlighted as desired. However, when performing the same search in the drawing, I get no results (although the dimension is already displayed). Am I doing something wrong or is it just impossible to search for a dimension in a drawing?   Greetings

Hi, I have installed creo, via the ptc installation tool, I didnt have any problem with the license code, in the installation tool I have correctly installed the programms in my computer but when I try to launch any of those appliclacion, like creo, it blocks me to access to the app, because of some issue about the license  but at the installation tool doesnt give me any error about the license that I did use I have tryed to reinstall the application but nothing, here is a screen what look like the error that I received for all application:  

Hi all, My ptc creo parametric 4.0 doesn't start. I checked my graphic driver, i tried to reinstall 2 times the program but it doesn't fix it. I tried to start with parametric.exe and .bat, also on the windows command prompt. Same problem. No errors shown. I also tried to disable windows defender and tried to start ptc as administrator..nothing happened. Someone can help me? Thanks

Hi guys, this is my first post so i hope I did everything right. Good old Creo is driving me nuts again: I have a legacy assembly for which i need a specific instance of a bolt (DIN7991_M3X6). Bolts according to DIN7991 are available in our standard parts library, but my needed size is not. No problem so far, I just created a new instance M3X6 in the family table and added this instance to my assembly. When opening Creo the next day, the M3X6 bolt is marked as missing. When clicking "assemble" and choosing the DIN7991 bolt, the M3X6 type is not included in the table that shows up. And here comes the magic: When creating a new assembly or opening the DIN7991 part, the instance is available and can be picked without any problems. I've spent some hours trying to figure out what the hell is wrong but can't find anything. Can someone help me out on this one?   Greetings

"Fatal error encountered. A traceback has been written to... <path>... Please send it to technical support."   1) How should I send it? Via email? Is there a web form, etc.?   I downloaded STEP files from the Internet. The error occurs while I'm assembling the parts in Creo. It has happened twice now on the same project, and I have rebooted at least once.   2) Is there anything I can do to troubleshoot? Or explain further here? Or is sending the traceback file to PTC support my best option? Thanks.   (Running Windows 7 Pro 64-bit , Service Pack 1 on a Dell Lat\itude E6430 w/ 8 GB RAM)

Hello there!   I am sorry to intrude here, but I have problem with unninstaling Creo platform agent 3.121 and PTC Diagnostic tools(which is propably some kind of similiar version as platform agent). The reason why I have this trouble, is because i unninstaled Creo 3.0 M080 which I had for some time, but i deleted the installation files and cannot unninstal Platform Agent 1.321 and that diagnostic tools. Would be anybody so kind and send me those files somehow?   Thank you very much

I am having Creo-5.0 crash very often. The error in the traceback file is "Exception EXCEPTION_INT_DIVIDE_BY_ZERO has occurred in the thread 9536"  Full file is attached.  Any thoughts on what may be causing this.
