Will Creo 3.0 work on Windows 10? I have read in one place that Windows 7, 8 and 8.1 are required and then somewhere else that said Windows 10 is too. Thanks,Chris

Hello,   We are ready to start our fall semester in two weeks and have CREO 4.0 loaded on our lab computers here at SDSU. I noticed that CREO 4.0 student edition doesn't seem to be available: https://www.ptc.com/en/academic-program/products/free-software   Is CREO 4.0 student edition available at another link? Hi,   for about two weeks I get this error message: "LearningConnector is unavailable." I checked what is described here: https://community.ptc.com/t5/PTC-Academic-Program-Questions/Learning-Connector-Issues/m-p/37224#M679 without success. Is there something else to check?   I have to admint, that I am using XP with IE8.   Thanks Jan

Creo requires windows 7 with GPU Nividia K620but Dell is giving windows 10 with K 620 series which is not ptc certified.So will creo run properly on this system.

Hello, right now I'm working through Industrial Connectivity Quickstart and I'm at the headline "Bind Industrial Connectivity Tag to Foundation Property". Following the statement "Finalize New RemoteThing Thing with a predefined property which takes its value from the ThingWorx Industrial Connectivity Day1. Type IndConn_Tag1 in the Name field. In the Description field, enter an appropriate description, search for a Property fed from an Industrial Connectivity Tag". After several attempts, the error" Whitespace is not permitted in property / service / event names "repeatedly appears. However, there is no whitespace in the name? Can somebody help me with it? Hello, After installing Creo 4 on Windows 10 Pro and after Windows 10 update to version 1709, Creo 4 is very unstable and crashes everytime. Problem I noticed is the highlighting of entities. It takes to long and after a very short time the 3D work area starts refreshing line-by-line and Creo crashes. Does anyone know to fix this?

I entered my information into the K-12 student license download and hit submit, but it just reloaded the page and removed all of my information. Should it have gone to a different page after hitting submit or does it just do that? Did I put incorrect types of information? If it stays at the same page, then I entered the same information multiple times and have submitted multiple identical requests. It also reloads when I don't put any information at all. (I am in a FIRST Robotics team)

When I finished the full installation of Creo 4.0 student version, and i was trying to use the software, it says my licence has expired. How can i fix this problem?

As far my understanding thingworx is an umbrella under which thingworx studio is used to create experiences and thingworx view is used to visualize these experiences as a part of augmented reality. But what is the use of thingworx core and why is it a requirement to install navigate? I understood navigate is used to make windchill end users to access windchill data/objects easily. But what is thingworx core doing here in between? How is it connected? I am missing link here, please help.

in Creo 3.0 M110 student edition i am not able to select features in a single mouse click .   Computer Specs : Brand : Dell Model : Dell Precision Mobile workstation 7520 Graphics Card : Quadro M1200 Operating System : Windows 10 64 bit  

I managed to install Creo 3 a month ago using this method: Creo Installation Guide for Students and it worked, but then I replaced the motherboard and then Creo no longer worked. So I tried to reinstall it (using the school setup), and it does the same thing, but no longer asks for my license in the installation stage. After it installs it says that I need a license.

Greetings community,   after a year of university my license has expired and I'm having trouble renewing it.   License Renewal Guide   I tried the guide listed above and the installation of the license succeeded, however, it tells me the license or its format is invalid (roughly translated from German).     Renewal issue   I hope someone has a fix for this.   Sincereley, Mikelangelo

i would like to ask  about if ptc could let me  make an ecommerce website to let the user purchase   a specific order like a jeans , t-shirt , car ,etc and customize it with all the perefernces he likes 

Recently I opened my creo Parametric 2.0 student copy after almost 6 months, and an error message box appeared stating "License request failed for registration." After I click Ok the application ends. I have an email for registration license. I have .res file in my licensing folder.

Hey all, I've been using the student edition of Creo for a few weeks now (Parametric mostly) and it has been working fine. When I went to open it yesterday as normal, the loading symbol shows next to my mouse, yet no window opens and no error message shows. Any ideas on how to fix this?  I already tried looking for the config.pro file as said in other help windows on this topic, but can't find it on my computer, so any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you all!

I have followed the installation procedure correctly and I used the key and username + password. I have a high end PC running windows 10 home and once correctly downloaded without any errors I had double clicked each of the shortcuts, each of them not doing anything. I have done this with a soft reset and hard reset with nothing changing. Please reply soon as I desperately need this for coursework. I have Layout, Direct, Parametric and Simulate all installed.

I'm trying to create a new NC assembly but after trying to create the new file the software does nothing. I tried opening Expert Machinist and that one opens and works, but the NC Assembly option for Manufacturing does nothing, it just stays in the same screen as when you open CREO. Any suggestion? My version is student free version, I really dont know if that could be a limitation in the software or if it should be working.

  Creo wont open on the network that contains the license Hi   First of all, sorry about the bad English.   I'm a student in Belgium and I need Creo. This is the second year I've had trouble with it. If I'm at home and open Creo it will work fine if I put on a VPN to the network of the school so Creo finds a license. Now, the problem is that if I'm in school and I connect directly to the open network which contains the license, Creo won't boot. My teacher mentioned there are also several other students with this problem. I already contacted the firm who releases Creo in Belgium (CadCorner) and they don't seem to find the problem either. If I doubleclick the icon of Creo, there isn't even a proces running in the task manager. I guess there's some proces that stops it from opening if i'm not connected at home.   This problem only happens in school, not at home. Does anybody know how to fix this?

After creating my profile and downloading Creo 4.0 student edition, this keeps coming up everytime i start up the program. In my profile i have writen i study at DTU.   Please help, i don't know how to fix this. 

I tried installing creo, all went well, entered the student license BK410705EDSTUDENTUNICL and PTC math CAD worked by creo parametric said that the license doesnot allow this. I tried to uninstall and reinstall again after removing license files and now it says it cannot approve license 😞 I'm stuck, please help

I installed the Student Edition of CREO PTC 4.0 and it did not include the VisualBasic Toolkit. Is there a way I can go about getting it on the student edition, if at all possible?
