I am a student at CPCC.My instructor told us that we could download the FREE STUDENT DOWLOAD of creo parametric 3.0I did everything I was asked to get the software but I haven't received the software link mail yet. Can someone please help me with the software link?

Dear Support Team!   I've downloaded the Creo 4.0 M020 Student edition and installed it using the student License. When trying to start Photorealistic Rendering it says I do not have the License, however on the documentation it says that this feature is included. I know that this has been posted before but I cant access the posts because it says I don't have permission..   Thanks for your Help!

I downloaded CREO 3.0 parametric and a few other programs included with it. I ran setup.exe and everything installed but when I try to open or run parametric it says "Missing shortcut" then it says the item "parametric.exe" has been changed or moved. How do I fix this? Do I have to uninstall and start over?It also happened with all the other programs included. CREO direct, CREO layout, CREO options modeler, CREO simulate, CREO model checker, and CREO distributed services manager.

I recently downloaded the student download for Creo Parametric 3.0, but am unable to access it. Whenever I open the application it gives me the alert: "License request failed for feature." I entered the license code that the quick installation guide stated, and I noticed I can run simulate properly.

Hi,I have downloaded the mail server extension from the marketplace but my ThingWorx composer is not allowing me to import any file including any extensions. I am using the academic extension composer 7.Can you please guide me on how can I import this extension? I am also attaching an image of the options which the import/export tab in my composer offers.

I'm having troubles installing Creo 4.0 on my system. Basically what happens is that the installer at the very beginning asks for Universal C Runtime, directs me to the page to download the update, but the update is already installed on my system but still I'm stuck in the "you need Universal C Runtime" loop.Anyone had this issue and has some feedback?

Hi, I downloaded and installed Creo 4.0 Student this week. I have been trying to use the Photo-Realistic Rendering button, but when I click it, nothing happens. How can I get it to work? I see there's a post on this elsewhere, but my 'basic' account does not let me access that post. Thanks!

when i open creo 4.0 it displays a warning "lisence request failed at feature" then when i hit ok it crashes. can some one help my fix it.

Hi,   I am trying to install Creo Academic Edition in CAD LAB of 50 machines, It takes too long for me to install in each machine one after the other, Is there any easier way to perform bulk installation at once?   Regards, Kishore

we are weeks away from the next academic year and I as wondering when the student edition of Creo4 is going to be released. We have done a lot of work re-potentially moving to 4.0 but are now being asked to commit to upgrading. Is it going to be available for download before the new academic year and is there a list of the functionality   that will be available for use in the home/college room  environment?   Many thanks

When I am selecting working directory, creo is losing files from sub catalogs. Is there any solution this problem?

Due to space limitations, I had to put parts used in multiple projects in a different folder so they would only take up space once. In Creo 2, if an assembly had a part file it couldn't find because it was in another folder, you could right click and tell it where the file was. This was annoying to have to do anytime I opened an assembly, but necessary to conserve space.This option appears to be missing from Creo 3, which breaks a ton of my past work since I can't find a way to get it to load these externally located parts. Not only that, but I tried moving one of the files that had previously been located elsewhere into the folder with the assembly and Creo 3 still won't load the part.Is there some way to recover this functionality? Are all my old assemblies now completely and irreparably broken?

Greetings,   i have a problem with PTC Creo 2.0 (studentversion) and need help, pls. I am creating a curved tube along a rail. As it seems the radius of the tube is bigger than the radius of the curved rail and it becomes some impurities. I uploaded some screenshots whereupon the impurities are marked. I tried to fix it with many possibilties but it doesn't work. The curve has been created with 25 points...   I hope that someone can help me and thank you in advance.   Best regards   Mustafa Cavdir

Problems during installation of Creo Student Edition I am trying to install the free student edition.K-12 - Creo. I have downoladed and extracted the files with no problem. When th PTC installation assitant is up - i accept the license terms with no problem.  But the assistand - does not repond after i put in my account infomation. it simply says (not responding ) and hangs there.

Problem Outline:These two problems are characterized by the user being unable to succesfully input their product code into "Simple License Entry" box. It can appear as one of two possible errors...The "Simple License Entry" field is greyed out and the user cannot input text in the box. A screenshot of this error is shown below.After inputting the product code and clicking "Install Licensing" the user receives a red "License Failed!" error message.Solution:Both of these errors are caused because something is interferring with your ability to contact our licensing servers.
