Hey Guys,I have a problem connecting to the server and this message appears to me[CONFIG]: -> Unable to contact server, check your ThingWorx Connection settings

After downloading Creo 3.0 student edition and trying to 'setup licence' I cant type in the licensing key as the type box is greyed out. When I try to go through the 'schools setup' option after I enter my my PTC username/ password the download manager becomes unresponsive. how can I resolve this? Lucca.

I went to download Creo 3.0 using the install PDF to reinstall on a laptop and saw that Creo 4.0 was available for download. However i don't seem to be able to get a product key and my existing licence is not compatible. Are product codes available for the software yet?

Is it possible to update my 1 year student license? Creo simply tries to open, then stops, citing an issue with my license which has just expired. There is no option show for renewal. If it is possible, how can I do this?

Hello, I am the CAD mentor for one of the First teams and we have been using the student edition of Creo.Being a small school, resources are very limited. Not only computers, they don't have a student accessible network for printing.The stock Creo PDF writer creates PDF files 50 megabytes and larger so I have to take them to work to print out.I use Creo full time at work and recently I have the opportunity to use a company laptop with the commercial version of Creo.I know the student files and commercial files aren't interchangeable.It would be really handy to be able to work with the student edition files on this computer, and generate much smaller size PDF files for printing.My question is it possible to get the student files "unlocked" somehow so I can open them in the commercial version?Particularly the Creo drawings.It would really save us a ton of headache!Thank you

While trying to import the Twilio Extension, I'm getting errors.     I re-dowloaded the extension from the Market Place and still not able to get it working, the error is around "Export file Missing Version". Hi all,may be I missed something from the very beginning. Please help.When I'm trying to drag and drop "property" of the thing/service from the right part of screen to the widget (LED Display for example), nothing's happen`. And it looks like something wrong with my properties, as I see arrows icons on that "look on the right" when on the tutorial description such arrows "look on the left". I don't know how explain the situation more correct. But as a result, drag and drop doesn't work. So I can't bind the thing's data with my mashup/widget. Please describe me what could be wrong, or suggest the tutorial page to find the answer.Thank you in advance,A.

I currently use 3.0, but I have seen that 4.0 is launched, but not for schools.

Hello everyone,    I used the student version Creo 2.0 until two days ago,  Now I can not start the program anymore. After I have clicked on the icon of Parametric, appear after a short time a blue screen with an error message and the computer restarts.  I own Windows 10 and I already know that Creo somehow can not handle the 1703 Windows Update. I have tried various graphics drivers, did not do any good. I hope, someone can help me. I've also seen one or the other forum post, but it just did not help me. Unfortunately, my exam is already in two weeks and I'm pretty stupid now.  I'm grateful for any help!    Technical details: MSI GT 735 laptop    hardware processor AMD Turion 64 X2 2x 2.2 GHz Hard disk capacity 320 GB / WD Hard disk - rpm 5400 drive DVD Super Multi drive random access memory 4096 MB / 2x 2048 graphic card ATI Mobility Radeon 3850 graphics memory 512 MB Thanks in advance!    Your Carl 

I need a copy of the creoagent_32_64.msi and qualityagent_32_64.msi for Creo 3.0 M070 (3.119).  I have accidentally deleted it and i cannot install Creo 3.0 M110 (3.133) without removing the older version.  Thanks for the help!

I've been through the threads on the forum, requested an updated license and downloaded and re-installed Creo.  I have had an automated acknowledgment but with no license in the space provided.  What  do i need to do?  Will I have the same problem with the classroom computers next month?

Hello,   I'm having problem with my pretty simple model.  I've trying to set servo motors so my assembly would move between snapshots. I'm able to move only my lower saft but when i enable second servo motor to upper saft it fails to define them. What I'm doing wrong?    I've pin connections to my frame which is fixed and all the other connections are sylinder and also when bearing connection. I really can't figure this out.   Thank you!

My computer blue screens/restarts when I open any part. Creo functions normally until I try to open a part. Here is the error:"Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. this error always shows when i try to open up creo 4 student edition if i try to close error the creo automatically close . pls tell me how to solve it

Hello. I am using Creo 3.0 Student Version. But I have some problems to simulate thermal mode and structure mode.First, when I attempt to run the Creo simulate, I face on the message "License error".Second, my laboratory has some creo 3.0 education license. So, I sometimes use that to simulate thermal mode and structure mode. But, I meet with a difficulty with this message "The model is insufficiently constrained for the analysis. Please review the element connections, properties, and constraints in highlighted entities. If this is a modal analysis, then you may be able to obtain a solution by requesting additional modes.".How can I solve problems?Thanks in advance to your help.
