We've been using the Intelligent Fastener (mainly screws) for a while now and love it!  No more guessing where holes need to be drilled once we place parts in an assembly.  However, we've run into an issue with integrating this feature into Windchill and need some help.When you create a fastener, Creo appears to pull a part family our of its standard library set and this now appears in your workspace.  Not an issue at first as Creo and Windchill will happily import these parts into your model and store them in Windchill.However, we just created a new assembly (not using our existing robot), and when we tried to check it in, we could not.  All of the fasteners "already exist in Windchill" so we cannot upload them.  We tried updating the part with what's on Windchill using the workspace buttons, but to no avail.  Short of eliminating the fasteners or trying to replace them with the Windchill versions manually, is there a way to resolve this?  Can we mak

I've installed, uninstalled, and reinstalled Creo 2.0 Student Edition a few times, and I still get an error saying that the program is shutting down because it could not run the Quality Agent, which is required, and that I should report error 0x06000003. How do I fix this problem or get around it???

We juts got a new laptop and will be installing CREO M060 but held off due to the FRC robot build season. We'd like to know if we load m060 on the new laptop will we still be able to open all our CAD files in M010 Creo which is still on our other laptops ?

Hello,i instlled creo 3.0 student edition and when i made model i went to assembly to made animation and when i click on ,,Mechanism,, creo give me:Startup of application "MECHANISM" failed.I really dont know where is the problem,i reinstlled few times

I have downloaded and installed Creo 2.0 on my computer but I receive and error code 0x06000003.

When I try to download Creo 3.0 or even 2.0, some of the files download however most of them get stuck at 'Pending prerequisite' and don't download! Does anyone have a fix? I have tried running 'setup.exe' as administrator but nothing changes.

Hey, I installed Creo 2.0 M200 today, but it won't work, because the Quality Agent is not installed. And also the file qualityagent_64.msi is not in the install/addon folder. Can somebody please upload this file, so I can install it?

How can I convert a 3D curve to a 3D sketch? Or alternatively, is it possible to take a Section between 2 3D curves?I have been trying to slice a rotor with attached blades for CFD analyses (using a 3D curve as a sectioning reference), but Creo Parametric 3.0 only recognises sketch features for sectioning. Would be grateful for some advice. Thank you

This is a quick video demonstrating how to use the Solidy action in Creo Parametric. It is a quick and easy way to use a datum plane to "cut" an existing model without creating a sketch and an extrude feature which a lot of people do. I like this feature for making quick modifications to the KOP models when you're creating new, custom capabilities for your robot. We all like to use standard parts, but we also want to use them in some unintentional ways at times.   The second part of the video demonstrates how to use the Flexible Modeling Move action.
