Hello everyone! I've been facing a problem with Analytics and can't use it since I keep receiving the "Selected Analytics Server is not connected." message. I confirmed that my remote thing is offline and would like to know how can I put it back up? Thank you in advance. 

Does Thingworx has solutions like Thingnario for Solar & Wind PV systems

Can you tell exactly in which version you able to use expand and collapse functionality effectively?? Because when i added collection widget the expansion and collapse functionality is not working. 

In one of my mashup is having button whose font-size big, lets consider it as  24px, when I pressed / clicked on that  button size & font is getting changed to 14px (I could see it inside focus property while inspecting). After that whenever I click on any part of the screen, it will become normal like having 24px as font size.    I am sure that this is happening because of focus event / property.    Could any one suggest me how can I over come this problem, simply I want to avoid focus event effect on button.    Thanks,  Shubham.

Hi everyone, I have purchased 25 licenses of thing work software, now I have successfully installed Thing Worx foundation 9.2 on one PC ,which will act as a server and if the I P are accessible over the network, then thing Worx can be accessed using URL : http://ip:port/Thingworx/Composer/index.htmlbut I am not able to connect with the above URL, Its Showing 404 Error in other system.please give step by step procedure how to access thing Worx through server in other system using URL.do I need to download any software in other system ? please help me out with this issue.

if you enable filter of dropdown widget, while click dropdown widget, filter input will auto focus in opened popup, How can I ban this autofocus action? I don't need autofocus in my scenario.

The default status configuration in the following template is invalid: PTC.SCA.SCO.KepserverBasedPhysicalAssetThingTemplate. Fix the template in ThingWorx Composer to create this type of equipment.   1：     2： 1 is the case and 2 is mine. How can I fix this problem？      

Hi,   We are using a tab widget in Thingworx 9.2.   It seems we can't reduce "Tab Height" which is available in Thingworx 8.5.  Is there any alternative for this?   Regards, sathish  

Hi,   I'm having a problem importing the Analytics Extension. I'm working with the 9.0.0 version of ThingWorx docker. I already have the Analytics docker server running, my only problem its when I try to import the extension to the platform. The only error that I get on the platform logs and in the ErrorLogs its: "Extension Exception: Extension package import failed. See error log for more details"        

Hello, I would like to display barchart as attached. Where the green represents normal operation and yellow and red represents warning and alarm respectively. when the green cross yellow\red area the bar should change the color respectively. I used stack option with multiple source and adding state definition for color change, but it didn't look the same. Any ideas to achieve the same.   Thanks

Hi all, I have a form, which has 2 text box and 2 drop downs for entering the data. When I click on save button my data gets saved into an datatable and all the fields gets reset to default value. I have also added few checks for missing fields, but when any field is empty my all the entered data get reset to default value. I want to hold this data if any field in empty and reset only when the all the fields are filled. How this can be achieved?     Thank you!!

I have removed grid-advanced_Extension as it was blocking to use ConfigureGridColumns in grid advanced widget of Thingworx 9.2.3. Now while editing the Project entity, iam not able to save the Project. It is  showing a popup with message - "Project [MACMON] depends on extension [grid-advanced_ExtensionPackage:4.2.1] which does not exist". Now how to save the project without having this extension. What is the blocker here?

I am made an mashup which is connected with other mashups in a organization. When im logging with a user mading for tests, the mashup's widgets show this error. I think is by the permissions, but i already added permissions for visibility and runtime for the user however it shows the error.

I am passing mashup parameter with base type of "DateTime". Now i want to remove milliseconds from Time. Now how to format the DateTime of mashup parameter?? If i used any custom services, the output is coming wrong all the times. So i need to change the formatting property of DateTime mashup parameter.

Dear Community, Now I have a mashup with a grid inside. When I click on a row in the grid, a service will be triggered. After the service call is completed, a mashup will pop up to display some information. The problem now is that the service execution time is very long, which may take more than 1 minute. When I click on a row, the page needs to wait for more than 1 minute before the mashup pops up. In this more than a minute, the page does not respond, resulting in a bad experience. So I think when I click on a row in the grid, a loading icon can be displayed, but the loading icon cannoy placed on the grid, do you have any suggestions? Thank youBest Regards,Chason

Hi Everyone, I have one repeater which contain textboxes(all are string base type) and dropdown but I am not able to validate those widget which are in the repeater.  When I am using this repeater into another mashup where I want to validate all textbox and dropdown are mandatory filled. I am using thingworx 8.1 version, Please help me if you have any solution on it.
