Tab widgets once placed. When I do a preview or see the experience, the tabs names are not visible until we curser over it or click on it, rest all the other tabs look blank and become visible only when we click on it. Is there a way we can make the tab names be visible all the time?Avinash

I know that you do not have to upload the separate pvi file if you have 1 sequence(figure).  But do you need to do this if you have more than one sequence(figure)?

Hello everybody!I know the same problem Ewerton M posted into community.I have (had) the same problem with my studio:Windows 7 x64 ultimateChrome Version  57 but now updated to “Version 62.0.3202.94 (Official Build) (64-bit)”And with “running” thingworx studio  8.1.1  (8.1.1.2113) when I try to open existing project (“Motor-Sept2017” as you can see here) I see the “empty” 3D canvas as below:First of all I check the communication with Experience Service which I used before for preparing my project. I receive local error message like this:It means I cannot access to my real active Experience Service (and may be it related to my “empty 3D canvas” ) . OK, it can be repaired by changing value of “Experience Service” field in “Configuration” menu item “Info”:Experience Service asks me for authentication:And if I use the mandatory  Username/Password…I get the access to active Experience Service and fo be sure I validate my active Experience Service with actual Username/Pas

How to locate the pvz or other formatted files in the js-Home ? Example for my pvz-file path is ../../resources/Uploaded/mirage3e.pvz，is it right ? Perhaps should I move the files to the folder which is specified

I try to adjust the opaque value of my model. However it does not have any effects. No matter if I set the opaque value to 0 and publish the experience the model would still appear fully rendered in the thingworx view. Any ideas what could be wrong?

Hi All,I've added a time series chart to an AR experience and I want to only show the values from the current day.  I can do this by going to the Services for the Thing and opening up Parameters for the QueryPropertyHistory service and I can enter in the startDate as shown:But I want this start date to be automatically filled in.  I can see that I can create a binding to set the start date but cannot work out how to create the binding.I've created a service for the Thing inside ThingWorx composer called Datethat will return the time at a few seconds past 12:00am on the current day as the result.  I can bind this to text in a label to verify that it's returning the correct value.  But if I try and bind it to the startDate it will not let me.  Below shows what I'm trying to do:I guess I"m doing something wrong here, but I"m not sure what.  Does anyone know how I can control the startDate from a binding?Many thanks,Allan

Hello,   i was experimenting with the add thingmark feature in Creo and i have publish a couple of experiment on the server. My problem is that my boss want me to send a thingmark to a client for him to only be able to see a specific experimence. So i'd like to delete all the other experimences, but they don't appear in my thingworx studio account. I also tried to use curl to delete the experiences (wich was a totally new world for me), but curl doesn't seem to be able to connect to my localhost:XXXX server (SSL_ERROR_SYSCALL). So how can I delete the experiences i dont want from the cloud linked to the thingmark i print from Creo?

I have tried to find information on how to use the tabs widget in the 2D section of Thingworx Studio, but have not found anything. Anybody know of a document or can explain how to use it with images.Thank you,Rami

It works in Firefox, but not in Chrome. I already cleared the cache but it still shows only a blank screen where it should display the canvas..Any idea?CheersEwerton

If I make the Thingmark large, med, or small, the scaling on the Experience on the Hololens does not size.Is this a bug or is it expected?

I would like a video (widget in 2D mode) to play upon the ThingMark scan and experience load. I currently have to press the play button for the video to play. Also, when I launch the experience on my iPhone and play the video, it currently goes to full screen. Is there a way for the video to play contained on the screen in the experience, while still viewing all of the other elements?Thanks!Joe

Hi,I am seeing a slightly unusual problem with importing from Illustrate into TWX Studio. In Illustrate, if I import additional assemblies into a project and then save that project as a .c3di and then publish as per normal in .pvz, while this saved .pvz displays perfectly in Creo View Express (as in it shows the additional assemblies), when I import the same .pvz into Studio, all I get is the original project without the additional assemblies.The Studio Preview is the same as is the viewed project in HoloLens; all missing the additional assemblies applied in Illustrate.Anyone any ideas? Is there a way hide a 2D resource image widget upon launching an experience, and make it appear by clicking button widget? I'm new to Studio, so there may be a way to do this that I am missing.Thanks!Joe M.
