Hi, all I want to blink model color using JS code.Is there anyone who have sample code? or Could you please let me know how to blink model color? Thanks.  

Is there a way to check how many users and public views I have consumed?

I want to restrict access to HoloLands 2 devices to qr code. For example, QR code 1 should be recognized only on device 1 and QR code 2 should be recognized only on device 2.  

shaders are not working properly in Ipad but its working perfectly fine in preview mode.  Can anyone help me in this? or should I open new thread?

I am running into an odd problem. My experience has 3D labels and 3D images that are visible in preview mode and on my iphone but not on my ipad pro. I am not sure what the cause of this is. This is true for every experience I have published currently. Even ones that previously worked fine.

Hi,I need to simulate airflow in HoloLens. Though I used shaders with previous reference, it works well in mobile but not in HoloLens. Kindly provide any solution to simulate airflow using TML shaders or any extensions like directional flow will be great help.

I am using 3D images in my project. Till yesterday it was visible on view app but its not visible on view app today. but i can see its completely visible in preview mode 

Hello!I have a problem with one of my new projects. I want to add audio which will be automatically played when I will click on a model with other stuff that will appear. But I don't know how can I invoke this function from 3D Audio widget. I always used this code to play animation in a model widget:angular.element(document.getElementById('model-1')).scope().play();I tried to change ('model-1')) to ('3DAudio-1')) but then Vuforia crash. Is there any different code to invoke this function from Home.js?

I'm suddenly having a problem where the widgets I have placed in the Vuforia Studio canvas are not visible to me while looking at the canvas or in Preview. Does anybody know what is going on? I have already tried exiting and reopening Studio, as well as restarting my computer all together.

Hi,I am trying to show 80 to 90 3D-images one after the other after a particular interval using timeout function in Vuforia Studio(Mobile Experience). It is visible in the preview window without any issue but sometimes its visible & most of the times not in Vuforia View. I am using iPad Pro (11 inch-3 Generation) with latest Vuforia View & Vuforia Studio. Please help me out with this as soon as possible. Thanks & Regards,Aditya Gupta

Hi, I would like to install Illustrate 9.1 for creating Vuforia Studio sequences on my new computer, but the release notes state that Illustrate 8.1 support was added for Vuforia Studio 9.3. Although, this originates from exactly one year ago and I consider that as outdated information, newer release notes do not mention Illustrate anywhere. In order to know for sure, what is the latest supported version of Creo Illustrate for Vuforia Studio 9.8? Many thanks in advance. With kind regards,Martini3119

I installed Vuforia Studio. When I started to go through the first demo, I encountered errors. I have added and validated the experience server and scanned the QR code to link to my phone--successfully.  When I click on the "Publish" button, I get a popup that says "localhost:3000 says Missing required information" and nothing else. I do not get any Thingmark. On the right, I see a link where it says, "Click here to configure Studio and retrieve your ThingMark (recommended)" . . . but that link does not open anything. When I right click and open in new tab, it just opens the main page for Vuforia Studio. If I go Experiences under the Configuration section, there are no Thingmarks.

I'd like to look for the AR supported device having explosion-proof.Refer to device list, there's no category for that.Are there any recommended global products having explosion-proof function? or Could you give some advices to choose right mobile device for me?

Hi everyone!How can I delete/update experiences downloaded in Vuforia View for offline viewing? I know that there is instruction which says:1. Hover over the experience in the list.2. Use the pinch (hold) gesture to view the menu.3. Select Update or Delete.Put when I hovered over the experience to use gesture nothing happened. I always end up in opening experience which I want to delete/update. It's easy on mobile device but difficult on Hololens 2.Is there any different way to do this, maybe some voice command?

Hi, I'm beginner that learning on AR application that in zero knowledge of AR Vuforia Studio. I would like to ask about that how to apply function of scan multiple barcodes and will revert back the scanned value in color. For example: This image is from Google image. So, requirements is if registered serial number in green color means in manufacturing on progress and if in red color means not in factory or already shipped out. So, the main reason is: must scan multiple barcodes at once and send the scanned value to output label or text area. How could I solve it? Because I don't get any solution on this issue. Hi, I have developed a project for hololense. Vuforia view in the hololense is not working. When i open the Vuforia view, its not opening the QR code to scan the QR code. How can i fix the issue to view my experience in Hololense?.@objet @cwedge 

Hi everyone,since there's no "What's new on Vuforia Studio 9.8" out yet, I 'd like to point out two cases: 1- has the Thingmarks section been removed from studio? Isn't it possible to see our active thingmarks directly in Studio anymore?  2- In preview mode (only preview, because tested on hololens2 works normally) when the experience starts and there are hidden 3D-Panels with buttons inside, the pictures of the buttons in the panel will load at the center of the 3D space when you enable the panel itself.I've read there was a bug related to the position of the buttons in a panel, so I checked whether it's fixed for pictures of the buttons but it's not.

Is there any way to use an external camera (usb c connection) to connect to a vuforia studio experience? 

Dear PTC Support team   Trying to tracking by model target, but may have trouble(sometimes can't tracking) with specifications that do not allow us to change the initial position.Our environment is On-premises,we can't use advanced target in vuforia studio.   We request to more easy tracking for model target.
