Windchill

I have a BOM structure with WT parts. The WT parts are linked to CAD drawing or is described by document. I have made a customized view for Multi Level BOM report generation. I require two columns  to be added to this view (1) Linked drawing / document number (2) Revision of linked drawing / document. Attached is the screenshots. How can I add the two columns in the customized view for generation of BOM report please suggest. We use WIndchill 11.1

Does anyone know of a good way to print information or text that's within Windchill?More specifically our company uses the "Comments" Section quite a bit for our Change Notice Documentation. It seems there's no good way to capture or print this information unless you screenshot it. See attachment for reference.

I added a new step to the Promotion process and added the DRWPART attribute for this step. There are two options for this attribute "YES", "NO". How do I make it mandatory to choose one of these two options from the Extension manager > Promotion Validate Plus section.   

After upgrade from 12.0.2.9 to 12.1.2.0 the "My Tasks" table on the home page is missing the 3 multi task related icons and actions. The 3 missing icons/actions are: Accept Tasks, Reassign Tasks, and Decline Tasks. I have not made any changes to anything related to roles besides upgrading that I am aware of.   This affects all users except for wcadmin. In the screenshot below the left is "normal" user and the right is wcadmin. Note the 3 highlighted icons and actions for wcadmin that are missing for the normal user.         Digging into it with jcaDebug=1 shows these are actually "removed by role-based check". See screenshot below:     I do have a call open with PTC but haven't gotten any solution yet.   Anybody here have ideas for me to test?

What is the problem?I get the error:        NDI ERROR: two dependencies have same uniqueID "".But have no idea how to find these two dependencies that are generating this error.  As can be observed, the error does not provide any information about the two dependencies. 

How to automatically transfer data (documents) from windchill project link to another windchill instance?

Is it possible to simulate different license profiles, to test which licenses I need? So, maybe there is a "I can do everything"-license-profile for an admin/test user that I can strip down with a profile. Is there maybe even a given database where I can download such profiles, to import them next to my standard profiles? I would love to do that on the productive server, too, by the way. Thanks! (Why: Every one of the three user-roles only uses his/her three to five standard processes. I can't tell which of the over 400 actions make them work or which of the PTC Windchill Advanced License, PTC View and Print Only License, PTC PDMLink Module License, PTC Creo Data Management and Visualization License, PTC Windchill Base License, PTC Contributor License I need, nor do I know in which of the five contexts, Product, Library, Project, Program, Global, which makes 12000 fields, which is too complex in its own. )

We can find and download the various Windchill SW packages, but can't seem to find the PTC Solution Installer SW. I have a Infotable with Labels: Sr.no, MachineID, Description, Created-by, Time, Status. I want to update the infotable via a Mashup. The Mashup takes input MachineID and Description. There will be a Submit button. After the button is clicked, this information along with current user and time gets added to the infotable. How can I achieve this?

Hello all, A few years back a parts list and an associated illustration was created for a fuel pump. I'm now doing some revisions to said fuel pump where I need to add in a collection of nuts (total of 4) to the assembly. Is there a way to add in parts to an existing parts list? Or do i have to start from scratch? For context, I am using windchill 12.0.2.8, and the illustration was created through PTC Creo Illustrate.

I want to add custom action on a windchill workspace GUI , if any body done then please share the details.
