As the installation guide,support.ptc.com/help/codebeamer/r2.1/en/index.html#page/codebeamer/install_guide/5848463.html#wwID0EBRIKB  Minimum value of floatingLicenseSessionTimeout is 60min.Minimum value of namedLicenseSessionTimeout is 1min. I want to set floatingLicenseSessionTimeout = 5min.Why is min. value of floatingLicenseSessionTimeout 60min?

Instead of doing field position changes in Parent Template, if we did in Child Template.will it break the inheritance?if yes then will it break on all field related inheritance or only Field position level inheritance? Currently working in  2.1.0.1-patch3 CB version.

we are using integrity 10.7 version, and we have an issue with Deploy targets. In Windchill RV&S they are showing as offline, but the servers are up and running and the source code server & MKS agent in deploy servers also running. we tried restart services in source code server, but the issue not resolved. I am trying to export data from a multi-choice field in Code beamer to a single cell with the data separated by commas.I have used the groovy script from the Code beamer Excel Templates page. https://codebeamer.com/cb/wiki/597447This can be seen in the attached text file "GroovyNotWorking.txt" see  1/.I have modified it to use the field I am trying to export see 2/.The exported excel file has the error message in the relevant cell. see 3/. 

Windchill application is hosted on Azure VM using VMs_FQDN:81. We are trying to deploy the application hosted on Azure VM to Azure Application Gateway. We want to expose application for external users so that they can access the application outside the VM. Application URL -- http:/FQDN:81/Windchill/app Configured APP_POOL(VM on which application is hosted), Listeners(Port 80,81), BACKEND_SETTINGS(for Port 80 & 81), Routing Rules(Path Based routing rule-- Heath probe is showing unhealthy.      

I am suddenly facing an issue on running the Windchill Modeler application and facing the FlexNet Licensing error:-96,7. No changes were made to the Host ID or Host name of the server too. 

Hi,We are facing some issue in the exports of trackers in word format and i.e. where ever a field do not have any value, it is displaying it as '--' and we don't want this. Is there any way we can resolve this by making change in the template itself?

Is there any customer demo doc for windchill modeler 10 ?

Is there a way to batch import thousands of Word documents into Codebeamer?  I understand that the UI is more of a wizard approach with the ability to select a file, set rules, preview, then finally import.  But if I want to assume the content is good and use a basic rule (e.g. import all with no conditions) then is there a way to do this?The back story is that the documents are exported from an old and non-accessible system and Word docs are the only file format available so ReqIF is not an option.  Or is this a situation to hire a bunch of interns, show them how to import using the CB UI, then let them loose to import everything?

I am  currently working on a project in codebeamer and I need to create some custom actions. I am new to this and could use some guidance on which APIs or methods to use some sample code to get started. I am struggling to find the logic for existing actions within the codebase or documentation. Can anyone help me on where I can find the logic for existing actions and  how they are implemented? Thank you for your time! Regards,DK.

Hello. Not sure if this is the right place to post. I recently downloaded Windchill Modeler 10.0 and have been going through the tutorial. When I got to the simulation section of the tutorial and tried to run the Speed Controller, I got an error message saying that Visual Studio is no longer supported. What is the workaround? Thanks.

Currently I'm working on Listener API and I'm following the wiki page(Listener API (codebeamer.com)).Here I'm not able to find all the API's code as I saw few methods related to few API's, anyone if u have any idea where we can get all the codes or get the details of interfaces  let me know. 

I'm currently trying Windchill Modeler 10.0 on Windows but have encountered a problem running SySim. I filled out the contact form on the PTC website for sales to contact me about a separate trial for regular Windchill for SysML modeling, since my university already has a site wide license for other PTC software. But I haven't heard back.  Is such a trial possible? Any insights would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hi, we would really like to also reference other work item types besides requirements, requirements collections, test cases and change requests (e.g. Design Items or Information Items) using OSLC. Currently only the mentioned work items are offered as types in the OSLC browser in PTC Modeler for the Polarion integration. Could you please provide instructions how this can be realized? Thank you very much. David

Hello All, I am currently using the following :PTC RV&S v13.2 and Windchill requirements connector 4.2 Scenerio:  Until all the requirements in RV&S are set to in analysis state, the feasibility status field will not be editable. Since a requirement document can have varying levels of requirement states, i have issue particularly for the requirements in the "draft" state.  Issue: When i make an reqIF exchange with partner who will be updating the feasibility comments and feasibility states and when the requriements are sent back in a draft state, the requirements connector tries to update the fields in RV&S but since there is an editability rule, the import ends up in a error.  Is there a way for the requirements connector to ignore the mapping of the draft state requirements ?   

Hi Team, I am trying to install Windchill Modeler in our organization's new VM but when applying the license, the services of Modeler are not starting. Even if it is starting, they are stopping automatically. I am not able to figure out the reason like what is the issue for which the services of Modeler are not working and also the license issue could solve.  I am attaching the error images of both services and license. Can anyone help me out on this.

I am facing issue in installing Windchill Modeler to our project's VM and after attaching the file of License we are not able to start the service. Even if it is starting, it gets stopped automatically.  We were also receiving this FlexNet Licensing error, and to solve this we have followed the below instructions - Open a Command Prompt in Admin modeRun "cd <location of the script>"Run "cscript fix_10-0_license.vbs"On successful execution, start the Service named "PTC Integrity Modeler License Server" or "Artisan License Server"Still I am facing the Error 1067 issue.  

how can i move a git repository from one project to another? unfortunately i can't find any help in the codebeamer help center.

Hi Team, I'm trying to disable the active user from codebeamer via REST API as mentioned in codebeamer wiki usinghttps://codebeamer.com/cb/wiki/117612#section-Update+an+existing+user.It works when the user is not the only project admin of a project, whereas when the user is only project admin of a project, disabling of such user also shows successful response code 200. I would have expected an error response code from RESTAPI, since it didn't disable the user. Trying the same scenario from Web UI, it shows the below error message. User [10] MME1COB cannot be disabled as he or she is the only Project Admin in the following project(s): [22] BD Test1 Project. Could you please log this as a defect and fix them ?
