If a test failure occurs while running Test Run in the browser, you can report a new bug using the Report Bug button, and this bug is automatically entered into the 'Reported bug(s)' field of the Test Run Item.However, these functions cannot be used while using Run in Excel.Therefore, if the user used the Run in Excel, they must create a new Bug Item and manually enter the Item into the 'Reported bug(s)' field in the Test Run.If the number of Test Runs that need to be performed is huge, this will inevitably become a very cumbersome task.Additionally, the Excel Import function is unavailable in Test Run Tracker, so there is no way to process this all at once.If the 'Reported bug(s)' field value can be entered in the Excel template used in Run In Excel, the user can batch pre-registered Bug Items into the 'Reported bug(s)' field when importing the Run In Excel file. (Like the function of entering the Reference Field during Excel import of another tracker)

Hello Team, Good day! As of now, in our System Admin/Server Status dashboard under the Download Logs option, only "Export Daily Logs" and "Export Weekly Logs" are available. There is no option to select a 'Specified Date & Time Range'. Does someone know why "Report/Usage" command is disabled when right-clickin on an element in a diagram.We use PTC WM 9.6. It seems to me that in 8.x, it was allowed. Help mentions only that "Report Usage" for a diagram (itself) does not work but I don't see why it should not work on an element displayed on a diagram.We have to find the element on the browser and then perform the "Report / Usage".. which is a bit annoying. Thank you in advance for your support

I am attempting to install CB 2.1.0.2 on ubuntu  and have done (hopefully) all of the pre-requisite steps.  When I login as the "codebeamer" user and run the installer, I get the following error:  sh MED-61402-CD-330_2-1-0-2_Linux.bin Creating directory setup Verifying archive integrity... 100% MD5 checksums are OK. All good. Uncompressing codebeamer 100% Executing codebeamer setup... Please enter the Installation Directory (/home/codebeamer/CB-2.1.0.2): Installing codebeamer into directory: /home/codebeamer/CB-2.1.0.2 Cleaning up setup folder Incorrect installation directory.  Any guidance on this? -Matt

The export option for wiki to word displays the following error "Export failed with unknown error, please check your logs"The environment is configured in the portal.ptc.io environment. (Codebeamer 22.10 sp3 postgre)We have configured the wiki with dashboards and traceability browser and want it to present it in a document format as well, is there any way we can do that?

 We have integrated Codebeamer with Windchill PDMLink via OSLC and ThingWorx Flow. We created a custom field ,called[ Windchill ] to add the Windchill Link to the properties of codebeamer project trackers. Every time we need to add the URL of Windchill manually.Our query is how can we populate the field automatically with Windchill Link. Are there any steps we could follow? or we can add it manually only. 

Is anyone faces Codebeamer performance issues ? How you fixed it ?

WRC 4.2 How do the perspectives work on documents? There is no clear explication in the help or the user guide.   On the one side there are the perspectives WRC Standard and WRC advanced.On the other side there are perspectives on documents. What is meant here? Those from RV&S document views?

Hello   I am  able to Integrate Git with Codebeamer am able to clone all git files locally but from codebeamer I get   I am using CodeBeamer 22-10 LTS and github.com is GIT Repository   My codbeamer url is http and my git is https .Is this a reason for that .I selected  Use an existing repository option      

It appears that Release notes only includes bugs and issues solved in the release notes. Does anyone know if you can configure to include other items such as requirements, stories and test items for example into the release notes if associated with the Release and completed?  It looks like this maybe hard coded to only manage these two tracker types.

Hi,Codebeamer version 2.1.0.1.I wonder if it is possible to add and remove items to a merge request (when restarting the merge request). This feature is available on regular reviews, however the option isn't available when restaring a merge request review.Our workaround has been to use regular reviews on the working set itself, before doing a "bogus" merge request review that points to the original review in order to be able to include and remove items according to the feedback from the reviewers. This however is far from ideal as the merged item doesn't has a direct link to the original review done with all the members.Feature available when doing a regular review hub restart: 

Dear community,  we try to use the GIT integration with ILM11.2 with oracle db repository as the integration documents describes this. We like to manage Linux files (source code) with this GIT integration in the configuration management domain of ILM.  Now there appears the following questions:  Where are the data of the GIT repositories stored? Are they also stored in oracle db with ILM server?   Is it possible to use the GIT integration with the ILM client or have we to use the CLI for GIT?   Is there an overview regarding the GIT integration? Hi, I am trying to create Codebeamer OSLC server in Windchill Modeler but facing this error - Unable to connect to the remote server but when checking the properties of the connection it shows Connected.Attaching the error file. The Windchill Modeler and Codebeamer applications are on different servers. So, how can we configure the url for codebeamer to make the OSLC connection. Like this we have tried the same for creating OSLC connection for Windchill application and url provided seemed different which led to the successful connection in Modeler. Here also the Windchill application and Integrity Modeler( windchill modeler) is on the different server Please guide on above scenario.

Instead of doing field position changes in Parent Template, if we did in Child Template.will it break the inheritance?if yes then will it break on all field related inheritance or only Field position level inheritance? Currently working in  2.1.0.1-patch3 CB version.

we are using integrity 10.7 version, and we have an issue with Deploy targets. In Windchill RV&S they are showing as offline, but the servers are up and running and the source code server & MKS agent in deploy servers also running. we tried restart services in source code server, but the issue not resolved. I am trying to export data from a multi-choice field in Code beamer to a single cell with the data separated by commas.I have used the groovy script from the Code beamer Excel Templates page. https://codebeamer.com/cb/wiki/597447This can be seen in the attached text file "GroovyNotWorking.txt" see  1/.I have modified it to use the field I am trying to export see 2/.The exported excel file has the error message in the relevant cell. see 3/. 

Windchill application is hosted on Azure VM using VMs_FQDN:81. We are trying to deploy the application hosted on Azure VM to Azure Application Gateway. We want to expose application for external users so that they can access the application outside the VM. Application URL -- http:/FQDN:81/Windchill/app Configured APP_POOL(VM on which application is hosted), Listeners(Port 80,81), BACKEND_SETTINGS(for Port 80 & 81), Routing Rules(Path Based routing rule-- Heath probe is showing unhealthy.
