As per the original Post    Hi I was using Isodraw 7.0 from long time. We have updated to Isodraw 7.3 and I have a problem enabling the cursor info in Isodraw 7.3 on windows 10.   "Use buffer drawing" option is not freed up. I tried the below methods but was unsuccessful. I tried to modify the "IsoDraw 7.3 Preferences" file in the local directory, but was unable to do so. I closed all the open files and try to check the options, but still was unable to do so. as per a suggestion, I even tried with a basic theme of windows, unsuccessful. Even tried to reinstall, but 😞 .   Could you please help me to get rid of this problem.   Thanks in advance,

Which preference file stores the Publishing engine URL? I'm trying to reset this preference but it won't reset. I've deleted the arbortext.wcf file but it is still there. Thanks in advance.

Hi All! Here is a sample DITA topic for example:     I am looking for ways that I might be able to display the graphic name as generated text below the graphic on the image tag?    Another bit of info is I do not burst the image tag.    Any help would be greatly appreciated.  

Hi Gang,I maybe missing something so please forgive me if this has been answered. When drawing a Bezier path and coming back to add handles to use to smooth the curve I find that some of the handles are very short and impossible to select to lengthen. Is there a way of controlling the length of the Bezier handles without selecting them, or am I just stuck? Thanks

I am using #XREF for linking document references when publishing to PDF. My setup is working for valid cross references within the data. When #XREF does not find a given ID match within my stringdecl (dead link) and returns an empty string, is there a way for me to display some alternate output? When this happens I would like to fall back on displaying some non-linked text instead.

I need each chapter in my document to start on the right-hand side. In my stylesheet, on the chapter element, on the Breaks tab, I have set "Start new" to "Odd page". This works for every chapter except the very first. I am using this stylesheet with bookmaps which include frontmatter before the first chapter. I experience the same behaviour across different bookmaps.

Hi Gang,Using IsoDraw 7.3 M110, is there a way to extend lines? What I want to do is to be able to select a line and have it extend to the next line/ellipse in the current path. This would be much like the "Extend" command in many different CAD programs. Sort of like taking the F5 & F6 functions in reverse. Keith

IsoDraw seems to have this behavior backed in of pointing and yelling very time it encounters CGM Application Data that isn't intended for it.  Rather than silently skipping that content (as the CGM specification says a consumer of CGM should do), IsoDraw writes a log file for the image.  This makes for an annoying mess of pointless log files. Why is it a file reader/displayer like IsoDraw sees it as default necessary to write files to the file system? Anyway, I'm hoping there might be a command line parameter, or registry hack to get IsoDraw to just shut up. Here is an example of the noise:filename.cgm.LOG### BEGIN: 2/7/2022, 2:47:22 PM ###*** Protocol of: 7.2.2022, 14:47:22 *** Program version: 7.3 M030 ***Import of file:filename.cgmFile format:CGMStart of conversionSkipped element (Class, No., Size, Count):                         7 &n

As some may be aware, Microsoft has removed IE in some of the latest Windows 10 builds. We use that OS IE to connect to Windchill, and removing IE has left us without any viable options to use Isodraw on Windchill. Has anyone found a viable option?

I've noticed that Creo Illustrate does not consistently group parts in the Item List. Is anyone else having this happen? We are on Creo 3.1 M010 build 27.I am adding annotation callouts manually. In one list, Items 1, 2, 5, and 16 are grouped as they should. But when I get down to 30, it should be 19. Hi! Unfortunately we have lost the exe files for Arbortext Editor 7.0 - I say 7.0 because that is the version our license is for, but i was using 7.1.   Our Sales Order number (SON) and  the SCN number do not let us download the required files - but we have a permanent valid license for Arbortext Editor 7.0 I have sent a support request, but as our details are not recognized the route the support requests goes is taking some time. I have a valid license but no tool to use it with 😞 and, of course, I'm unable to carry on with my work that is in Arbortext Editor. Is this all I can do? Does anyone know how we can access and  download the files we need? Many thanks David

Would it be possible to generate a toc in the Editor?We're using Styler to generate the ToC inside the pdf. We are also using Styler to increase the author's user experience in the Editor. On the Editor side, the toc feature doesn't generate anything. Perhaps there's a workaround with generated text (maybe a source edit?)? We're on Arbortext 8.0

Afternoon~ My team currently has Arbortext 7.1 deployed out to them for editing various .xml files. Long story short - When we switched database software, there were some issues and all the highly customized stylesheets (.fos) we had were lost. Through a pain staking process these stylesheets were restored - however, graphic files (.cgm, .svg, .png etc) are no longer displaying for the team within the Editor window.  I've verified that the graphics selection is checked underneath the view tab. Within the Entities tab, both the graphic name, file name and notation are properly declared (Graphic), as well the notation name and system ID (Notations). Adding in hotspot data for sheet to sheet linking is fully functional. Even the built in Check Completeness function verifies there are no errors within the document. I want to believe that the problem now lies within the configuration/document type files that would need to re-created (similar to the .fos files that were l
