Hi @tmccombie - I've noticed that the Chalk for RealWear app does not allow me to enter a Display Name and join a session initiated from the desktop. I can enter the connect code manually or via dictation, however, the display name box does not record dictation, or manually typed characters. There is also no response when selecting/dictating "accept." Attached is the screen as seen on the headset. The app is 4.0 and the headset OS is up-to-date. Thanks in advance!

Does Vuforia Chalk allow more than 2 users in a single session?
Hi, I have been trying to set up a chalk session with my colleague, but the Session closes before the connection is fully set up, he can't see my screen, even when I had finished scanning the environment. Then the Session automatically closes. The https://networktest.twilio.com/ test shows no problems. Are the PTC servers working? (we are in Switzerland) Thank you for your quick response, Alex

Hello, A client recently downloaded a Chalk trial and is testing the software with a Realwear headset and mobile. They are running into recurring 'reconnecting' error messages when they attempt to connect to the Realwear or mobile from their laptop - however, the software functions perfectly when sessions are initiated between mobile phone and mobile or mobile phone and Realwear. Are there security, network, or firewall settings that would be preventing the laptop from connecting to the session properly? Thanks for all assistance.
Currently, if you want to switch to see the other persons view, you need to end the current session and start a new one. Would it be possible to enable the ability for the two users to switch views during the session on mobile?

HOw to get followup of Vuforia chalk activation mail? I have registered my organisation for Vuforia chalk via google form provided by PTC for partners. I have filled the data 2 days ago but didn't got nay activation mail yet. At the end of form it was mentioned that you will receive activation within 48 hours.
Will vuforia chalk will work on low band width like 2G or 1g connection?
Suppose I have purchased Host option license of vuforia chalk which comes with bundle of 5 license. My question is, Can I change the hosts frequently through admin centre?. This is the question from one of the customers. We have experienced an issue with chalk users already using their phone (Chalk,Teams,Phone) while another Chalk user is contacting them it does not indicate that the other user is already on a call. Is there anyway to know that another user is on the phone? This is causing confusion since the Chalk call will continue to ring indicating that the other user is not answering. When in fact, that user is already on their phone/chalk and does not receive any notification that someone is trying to reach them.

User of the trial does not have the chance to host a session and call a colleague who has downloaded the app. As soon as the user wants to start a session, he receives the message "host privileges are required"

Hello, I registered for the free Vuforia Chalk trial back around April 3rd and I have not received my activation email. I've received other email communications from the Chalk-Registration@chalk.vuforia.com email address. But not the activation email.
Hello, If the package for 5 users w/host privileges is purchased, is there a way that the primary admin not take one of the host licenses? So the admin could still manage users, but wouldn't take up one of the licenses. (1 admin w/o hosting ability, 5 hosts). If so, what would be the best way to do that? Thank you
