Creo+ and Creo Parametric

Click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, click, ... REDO! Need more clicks in order to make the boundary line smooth.  Is there an alternative to the mainstream "circle" selection in CREO? Most of the time, we only need a circle to focus and zoom into details.  Thanks.JSp.s. If there is "circle selection" for defining the boundary of a detailed view, we will never use again the "Spline selection". (CREO's possible response: R U threatening CREO? We love Spline! In order to make you love and use Spline, we will never give you "circle selection" option!) Thanks.

Is there a way to rotate the "16" text in the surface finish symbol?Its properties has a box for angle but it stays grayed out. Does anybody know how to define the defaults for Notebooks? I don't seem to be able to find any configuration options that define the drawing settings for them. Mainly I would like to be able to set the default unit of my notebook to mm. Now, even though I open a drawing template the notebook defaults to inches while all my other documents types open in mm.

No chance to delete new parameter in completely new layout. What is now happen?

Hello, I wanted to upgrade my VB.NET program from framework to .NET 5.0   After upgrading with the converter from Microsoft I have the problem, that some classes are not casted correct. For example I get error: Public member 'CurrentModel' on type 'IDpfcSession' not found for line: ...asyncConnection.Session.CurrentModel   Does anybody has a solution?   Thank you!

Hi, In some models, when exporting a family table to Excel, it is adding random columns or creating duplicate columns for some parameters.After saving the Excel file, the family table will not update anymore and delete every row. The column "o" shown below, is added after adding a parameter column "widthMM".

Hi,We don't use the "Creo Product Insight" extension, nor do we have a license for it, are we at risk with the log4j vulnerability? Seems to me if we don't use the extension then the java code won't be ran, and no one can log in and therefor can't do any remote code or anything. Are we at risk considering this, do we need to remove the mentioned jar files? This is for Creo 5.0.4.0Bruce

Hi, i'm not amazing with creo and am having a bit of trouble using the blend feature. I have used it before without issue but for simpler things. My problem is i'm trying to make a part where the top and bottom surfaces are the same shape, just one is rotated 8degrees compared to the other. When i try and do the blend for this in creo its not connecting the correct points together, for example the left face on the first sketch is connecting to the right face on the second. I've added some photos to make what i mean a bit clearer. Wondering if anyone can help?

Hi guys,I'm creating a parallelogram mechanism in Creo 3 and I'm struggling with the limits of this mechanism.I was able to connect all "links" correctly with pin and cylinder connections. But now I also want to add some limits and I don't want to integrate some minimum and maximum angles in one of the links (with the “rotation axis”), because the limits can change when the width of the links are changing. What I want to do is putting in the real limits by a minimum distance of zero mm between two surfaces. The only problem is that I don’t know which connection I can use for this.Can somebody help me with this?Here you can see what I mean:The mechanism has in its left position a limit of 0mm. The mechanism has in its right position a limit of 0mm too: Another thing what is happening with this mechanism, is that the links get crossed while moving it. Have an assembly drawing created in Creo 2.0.   Working on the drawing now in Creo 4.0 M020.  Having an ssue showing item bubbles on an assembly view, showing bubble by view... nothing shows up.  But if I select 'by component and view', and pick each part... they show up.    Anyone having similar issues??

Creo 7.  I had to switch out a part in an assembly and I updated the drawing that has repeat regions with find number balloons.  My drawing shows all the correct balloons and quantities but every time I open it up I get an info window that says:Quantity Balloon ChangesTotal quantity for XYZ.PRT in ABC.ASM has been changed to Zero.  Associated balloons have been removed. See the attached file. I get the context of what this is saying but I don't know why I get it every time I open the drawing.  I've looked through all the drawing views to make sure I don't have a hidden balloon annotations.  Does anybody know what I need to do to prevent this info window showing up every time? Airfix Draw

Hi!I tied to generate motion skeletons concept model for the mowing of 3 circles (can be also 2) and for the leading of point on the loop around this circles. Otherwise, I wish to move the chain on bicycle (as example). And I wish to do this without the using of mechanism.  I have record a short video for better explanation and I have attached the files.So, it si this possible or not?The think is, that the mowing on the loop is depended on the movable distance of the circle. But hot to explain this to creo  🙂in this video we see solution with driver. Hello all and thank you ahead of time for any responses.I downloaded an assembly from grabcad as a step file, imported it into CREO 2, and then attempted to scale the model and it is not scaling. I clicked "Operations", "Scale Model" then entered a value of 0.66 because the length is 18 and I would like it around 12. The system prompts me to accept the scaling and regeneration to which I click OK, and in the bottom left of the screen it says "rescaling dimension", but nothing ever happens and the models dimensions stay the same. The model has about 40 parts, my PC is Core i5, and I have given it over a half hour to process but nothing. Hi all, I am in CREO 7.0.2.0. I would like to make a macro in CREO, for searching all the symbols, annotation, dimensions, datum etc... create in the drawing.I have an issue for searching symbols added in the 2D.I have the same symbols create in the part with MBD and create in the drawingHow can i distinguish them with the search tools?I would like to show only the symbol datum target create in the 2D.Regards

New Creo 5.0 User I am trying to mirror parts in an assembly.  I have a "box" assembly (in black) with an 'L' bracket (in blue).  I mated the 'L' bracket on one side of the box, now I want to mirror it (about the yellow plane) so a second instance exists on the opposite side of the box.  Instead of positioning it how I want it (in green) it's just translating to the position in red.  How do I fix this?
