While filling up the Spreadsheet(Equipment) there are no columns for the Equipmenttypeuid and when I am trying to run that query without that column , error is coming that Equipmenttypeuid cant be null.Can someone help me regarding populating the Data in DB.For the PTC Guide reference --> https://support.ptc.com/help/thingworx_applications_setup/r1.0/en/#page/applications_setup/Common_Config_Process_JSON_File.html#   

In order to deploy localization tables as packaged project entities (using Solution Central) we have to create our own localization tables (instead of using the existing "Default", "de" etc.) as described in case CS364402 https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS364402 We create a second table for an existing langague. We have to add arbitrary information to make it unique for the project: "de-pr1" instead of "de", since "de" exists. (To evade the duplicate Thing name problem) Now "de-pr1" is still referencing the Default localization table (contradicting our intention behind all this)How can I change this? If I look at the Composer view of the newly created LT (picture) I can see the "Reference Locale"-Dropdown on the top right. I can chose from all LTs, but this is not an option I can save for the LT. I am attempting to import tags for a newly added Device. PLC is a Siemens S7-315-2 PN/DP. The PLC project was originally created in Netherlands with comments etc in a mix of English and Dutch language. The PC's at my location are all localised for English only.   Kepware Error messages: Step 7 language file failed to open. ¦OS error = C:\ProgramData\Kepware\KEPServerEX\V6\1640396820\Global\Language was not found.'.A required code page is unavailable on this machine. Hello all, I've been doing an install of Thingworx with CWC, and have been running into a strange error. Installer message:ERROR 2023-07-31 17:55:49.379 Install Applications - Error Code: 25002CORE Creating database entities: Failed to establish a connection to the database Script Log:THINGWORX APP INSTALLATION - CORE : Step #6 => Creating database entities; Failed to establish a connection to the database We're using Thingworx v9.3.1 Postgres, currently installed and working fine on an Azure Windows VM with a hosted DB. SQL Server is installed locally with a Developer license, with a blank DB and user made ready for Mfg Apps. We're using SP8_ThingWorx-CWC-310 for our CWC installer, following the clean install steps. The proper JDBC connector has been added, and we're able to run "VerifyMnfgAppsTableExistence" on the SQL entities that were created during the CWC install attempt. TLDR: Don't use a field name called "location" in your DataTable to save values of the datatype location. Just call it something else. I have been trying to store some data in a DataTable and run into an issue where whenever I try to retrieve the location field, it would always be 0,0,0. This was very confusing and I was clearly not the only person, here is an old post with a false solution:https://community.ptc.com/t5/ThingWorx-Developers/Unable-to-store-location-in-a-data-table/td-p/513471 The problem lies in the fact that when your datashape has a field definition called "location" of datatype location, then you are duplicating the internal field definition of a DataTable. Below is a screenshot of the default field definitions and you will see that there is a "location" field in there.Just change your DataShape to use a different field name (other than "location") and you should be fine.

Dear community,I am trying to connect to a device with UCON;I can communicate with the device with ASCII strings over a terminal;unfortunately it doesnt work if I enter my ASCII string in Kepware.The device only recognizes ASCII strings; if I copy my ASCII string from a converter with the CR and LF into the terminal it works and responds.If I try to insert the string into Kepware's Interface it doesnt work.Manully inputing the string and entering  ALT+13 for CR and ALT+10 for LF also doesnt work.The device doesnt answer to the string. How else can I enter CR and LF into the interface? I can't seem to find anything about it on the net or help.Thanks in advance.

Hi,according to the documentation the Grid Widget should have keyboard navigation. But it does not seem to be working. Pressing keys (arrow keys, tab etc.) is not doing anything. There seems to be no setting to activate the keyboard navigation. Am I missing something obvious? 🙂

Hello,I am facing an error when i try to use pop-up from a collection (mashup inside collection contain a button that open a pop-up). If i try to zoom in or zoom out, the pop-up is closing.Do you know if collection is refreshing on zoom action or what i can solve this issue?Thank you in advance, Alex

Hi,I would like to monitor the user login data, such as user name, login time, logout time, and maybe even better with login PC's info (device name, IP address).There're similar info provided in Monitoring menu of composer as 'Connected Users', so is there a service I can get these info? By the way, sometime I saw one user has multiple records on this list and are all marked as "isConnected".
