Hi PTC community & friends, Recently, I have tried to upgrade my Java version to 11 from Java version 1.8 and new JRE 11 folder is available under java folder just like how Java 1.8 version used to be. I have modified the Tomcat JVM path after upgrade to new Java 11 path upto jvm.dll.. I have set the JAVA_HOME variable and PATH variable as suggested in thingworx 9.3 upgrade documentation.  After all the above steps, when I tried to start tomcat via service, It fails to start. Upon checking on system event logs. I see following message as below "The Apache Tomcat 9.0 Tomcat9 service terminated with the following service-specific error:The system cannot open the file." Please provide your inputs.  

Trying to connect to an L30ER through an L310ER in Dual IP Mode. KEPServerEX Version is 6.10As close as I can tell, the ID should be:<10.10.10.1>,1,[4,192.168.1.2,1],0However, I get an Invalid Device ID I can connect through Ignition's OPC server with a connection path of. 4,192.168.1.2,1,0, but I'm not sure how that translates to KEPServer's ID. 

Hi Team,    I found that we can use Oauth2 for Integrating 3rd party tool with Windchill by an official document, is anyone have any idea about the tool integration where we can use another Authentication mechanism instead of using Oauth2?   If yes then please help me with the same.    Regards  Anurag Bisen

Hi,We have successfully installed AMU in our local system & also core configuration done as per the steps given Core Functions Confuguration ,by importing json file with some randomly filled spreadsheet values in thingworxapps database and listed equipments in spreadsheet are displayed in the Equipment Configuration Tab. After that we are facing issues with the next step in advanced settings, in event sub type & the industrial connection selection in drop-downs and also in other process of attribute configuration & asset monitoring. Kindly provide next following steps of configuration to monitor 1 machine with their parameters & alerts for project exploration purposes. Please refer attached images FYR.     Thanks in Advance    

Dears, I am using KEPServerEx 6.9 and version is V6.9.572.0, where can I find the OPC UA client version? I must use up OPC UA 2.0 to connect the equipment thank you! 

We recently bought a new license, which indicates that version V6.13 is eligible, but the currently installed version is V2.11.250.0, and I believe that the new license won't activate the old version. Unfortunately, I am unable to install a new version on our old server because I keep getting a pop-up window during installation that states that. " The installer was unable to find required root certificates, please apply windows update, if unable to apply windows updates, contact support for instructions on installing root certificates" Due to the fact that we are now using Windows 7 Professional SP-1 32-bit and Windows updates are not possible, kindly assist us in obtaining a "root Certificate" OR, instruct us on how to obtain a license to activate an earlier version of "2.11.250.0". It actually happened after I replaced the server's HDD after it crashed and I re-imaged it on a new hard drive.

Hi Developers, I have a mashup with lots of containers and widgets. I am currently using it as a homepage in Organisation. But it cannot be used as a master in mashups as ThingWorx won't allow that.I have been asked to copy entire contents of mashup into a new master mashup so that we can use it in mashups as a master.Its very time consuming. Is there a way to make a mashup a master or a way to reference mashup into master? Any suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks in Advance.

Hello, I have a use case where I want to use the auto complete widget.However when implemented, it seems to not work correctly, or at least not all the time. The following is a search I've made setting the "MinimumLength" property to 1:As you can see, I get some values. But as soon as I add one more character, I get no results: This doesn't always happen as you can see here: So it doesn't seem to be because of the amount of text. If anyone has had similar experiences and have found a fix for it, or that could confirm that this is some issue with the widget, that'd be great. Sorry if this is not the right place to ask, but I didn't find any related communities. I am using KepServerEx to monitor some PLC tags. I have defined some alarm tags in Area1 for testing. when I tried to access these tags in some clients like OpcExpert or UaExpert, I can find the Area1 folder but there is no tags inside. These clients have successfully read other tags. In OpcExpert I even can't find the server itself in the alarm tab. The AE connection to the server is enabled and I am not using anonymous logins.    

Hi,I am working on a bar chart and I want the data to display differently than it is shown now. I can find the format property for the yAxis, but nothing for the xAxis, where do I modify how that data is shopwn? You can see a sample of the current chart in the picture attached. For example we only want a portion of the date to show. Kind RegardsOskar Berntorp

Hi, I have successfully installed Thingworx AMU Application in my local system for exploration. After installing AMU, I'm trying to do the thingworx app core configuration by the given link Core Functions - Process the JSON File.  In this process, I have filled all required sheets & mandatory columns in the spreadsheet with the demo values as per the instructions. After that successfully generated the JSON file with the help of the README file. But when executing that SQL query in database of thingworxapps with generated JSON string, I'm getting some error message - Error, Parent Equipment Type Hierarchy is not respected.  Can anyone please help me to out for continuing further exploration.  FYR, I'm here sharing the below documents,Demo value filled Spreadsheet.XSLXGenerted JSON Source FileThanks in advance.
